I went and got a chicken salad from them on my lunch break. I saw that the chicken was pink in the center and so I took it back. The manager told me that their chicken is always a little pink. I'm sorry sir, chicken is NEVER supposed to be pink in the middle. So either avoid the chicken or perhaps think twice on how the food is being prepared. read more

The food is alright speaking all I ordered was fries and 3 shakes it took them like 15 or more minutes like really? C'mom it's not like you had 300 customers read more

This place it great. I've had the Tri Tip sandwich and the Tri Tip salad. Both were delicious for a great price. If you want something to eat around the chain restaurant wasteland that is really UT county and you're in Provo or god forbid Thanksgiving Point then check out Cubby's. I've eaten at both locations and been impressed. Friendly service, delicious food, cool vibe. read more

Terrible food and terrible sales process. I ate what looked like the most "normal" burger, but the smoke gouda cheese on it was terrible. The patty resembled McDonalds patties. I also asked three different employees to not put mayo on the burger--sure enough, it came with mayo. This is probably because you have to talk to 3 or 4 employees to place a single order. I tried the rosemary fries--also worse than average. My expectations were for a moderately good burger. The food was so memorably bad that I've gone out of my way to describe the worst food I've had in years. And I've signed up on Yelp in order to post this. read more

Nothing to write home about. A bit over priced for what I got, and the staff seemed a bit rude. Maybe they had a long day so I'll give them a break, I worked in the restaurant industry for years so I get it. Our food was good, and I liked the look of the place. I think it would be better if they included fries with our meal instead of ordering separately. Also the sign said they had shakes, and they don't. A good chocolate shake would have defiantly improved things. read more

I come here often and love the food. But service is so annoying. If it's a 10 minute wait for your order you shouldn't be waiting 20. On a freaking soup and salad. They need to get their act together. I call ahead so I'm not out of the office long and they ruin my timing too often. They may lose a customer. read more

Worst burger I have ever had. No flavor, it was overlooked and leaning on the flavor of whatever nasty sauce the covered it in. However, the Tri-Tip sandwich is decent. And the fries are good, but I don't see myself craving this place read more

Really trying to figure out what all the fuss is about. I've been 3 times and I don't think I'll be back. Let's do the good, the average & the ugly. The good: the Chicago beef sandwich was pretty good but not jaw dropping. The average: Tri-tip salad was pretty good but it needs more to it, same with their kale grapefruit salad, let's be honest peeps The Kale craze should be put to bed, the only thing it's good for is cleaning hard surfaces. The ugly: the fries. Seriously why are people raving about soggy fries drizzled with a little sauce. You can get better fries at any fast food joint unless you like eating fries in the rain. read more

Overpriced for food that was only on par. Nothing too extravagant or exciting. Service from staff is good.

Favorite place ever. I crave the trip tip sandwich, Cali style. I have to eat one a week or I start having withdrawals.

I go to Cubbys more times than I should admit. I love that the food is all fresh, delicious, and good flavor combos. My meal of choice is the tri-tip steak salad, which had mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, feta, dried cherries, nuts, steak. I could eat it everyday. I cannot leave without ordering the rosemary fries that I dip in chipotle fry sauce. Yum! I need to go right now! I've eaten the tritip sandwich and the dipped Chicago pit beef. Both delicious. My top place to eat for a quick, delicious meal. read more

This place is one of my favorites. All the sandwiches are mind blowing and then add the buffalo fries and I am in food heaven.

This is conveniently located by the hotel that I stayed at. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad which was fresh and okay in flavor to serve the masses. Their peanut butter pie was below par and made me wish they served beer or wine instead. read more

I stopped in about 7pm on a week day and it was crowded but manageable. I placed my order and sat down. After 25 minutes I asked the front counter about my order and it was sitting there waiting for one of there staff to bring it to my table (which is there process). If they had additional staff or if their current staff was more attentive then this place would get 5 stars because the quality of their food was good. read more

Food always awesome. Buffalo blue cheese fries are my fav. Hucka whatever shake yum. But man clean the dang floors and everything. Feeling my feet stick to floor from moment I walked in was not good. And then sat down to sticky table. Today I was a bit grossed out. And the bathrooms....disgusting beyond disgusting. Watched at least 6 employees use in last 30 minutes. You'd think they'd see a need for cleaning. It's not always like this so hopefully someone actually reads this that works there and takes some action. read more

Up date: Went to AF Cubbys and the Heart Attack had more beef than before. Much better, more stars!

Good food, very friendly staff. Can't wait to try another dish. Burgers are very tasty and the buffalo fries are great.

Delicious steak sandwiches and burgers. I drop in every time I am near a cubbys location.

Try the Houdini burger or the Chicago dog. The baked mac n cheese is the best mac I've had in recent memory.

Cubby's is the best food place in a 25 mile radius. The French toast is the best in the state. The fries are amazing. The mocha loca milkshake is incredible and you can't go wrong with a dragon Slayer. I would recommend this place to anyone and is the first stop with friends that are visiting from out of town. read more

Visited with my wife and two kids. The place was packed and it was hard to find a table but our food was delicious. Definitely recommend the Tetonka sandwich. It was probably the best buffalo chicken sandwich I have ever had. My wife had the same thing and agrees! Yummy. read more

The food is amazing! No other words come to mind. Since it was my first time here and I'm a foodie, I ordered the mac and cheese, lemon chicken salad, chicken poblano soup and cacadoodledoo sandwich. Each item is amazing it is own way. From The bread crumbs on the mac and cheese to the dressing on the salad and everything in between. Highly recommend. You won't be sorry. read more

The food was okay for the price. It was a fast food restaurant style, but my group was mixed on the food taste. I got the street tacos and liked them. My husband ordered a double burger and received a single. My daughter (who ordered first) got a trex kids meal and it apparently didn't make it on the order, even though the guy taking our order confirmed that dish. We ordered apple juices for the kids meals and were told they would come out with the food, but they didn't. I don't mind when a restaurant forgets something and we have to ask, but I felt like we had to remind them of half our order. They all seemed confused and unsure of what was going on. They were very friendly, but just seemed like they were all new. For a an almost $50 meal for 4, I was not super impressed. read more

The wild rice and kale salad tasted strange to me, not a good mix of flavors. They were generous with the rosemary and pepper fries but chincy on the pie. The coconut peanut butter pie is really good. read more

I'm a long time fan of Cubbys. My family have eaten there nearly 100 times. They recently began serving breakfast and it's insanely good. The lemon pancakes. The avocado toast. The breakfast burrito is crazy good. I have no idea why they don't have 5 stars. It's my duty to give 5 stars. Love cubbys. read more

Like someone else said, the ordering is a bit clunky and confusing. The place was packed but we got lucky and managed to find a big enough table for our group of twelve. The food came in a timely manner with no mess-ups. Everything was absolutely just as delicious as the original Cubby's in Provo. read more

You can never go wrong with Cubby's. Fast and friendly service. Delicious food. Not much else to ask for! Make sure you order the buffalo fries. You won't regret it. Their tri tip salad is out of this world. They have several locations throughout Utah county and a sugar house location is scheduled to open this fall and I cannot wait. read more

The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because I always have to stand around waiting for a table and then have people stand around me waiting for mine while I'm eating. The food is great, I've tried the Rosemary fries, the cockadoodledoo, the tri tip salad and the tri tip sandwich. read more

I'm surprised they could pass a health inspection. Food scraps all over the floor in the dining area. Tables hadn't been wiped off. The value of food received for the price paid was unacceptable. Sweet potato fries $4 for a smaller portion than what I had imagined. I got the tri tip sandwich, the meat was tough and not all that tasty. I would not order that again. The bathroom was incredibly filthy, paper towels all over the place on the floor, which looked like it may not have been cleaned for quite a few days. I do not recommend, nor would I go back. read more

Stop by today but not really a fan. Tried the heart attack sandwich just for the sake of it. The lady at the register ask me if I'd like it wet or dry...dry...but the sandwich was so moist that the bread was falling apart(not nice), little taste if any. Smell and taste like boiled steak over an overcooked sausage. Sorry.. Place seems nice tho and maybe burgers taste better read more

This place was a madhouse when we got here, but it all worked out none the less. We were able to find seating for 9 of us in split tables and got everything pretty quickly considering how busy it was. Their fries and burgers are great, but the portions are a bit smaller than I would like for the price. The original Cubby's still has the best Italian beef sandwhich for sure! read more

I really love the tri-tip salad here, but everything else I have tried has been rather sub-par for the price. The rosemary fries I got were not fresh. I would give them 4 stars just for their salads, but the service at this location is really bad. I have gone to the Provo one too and they usually don't have any problems! For some reason this location is just super slow at getting the food out. A few employees were walking around with trays of food but they didn't know where to go. Half of them just seemed confused/untrained. Service should be better, especially at 7pm on a Friday night. read more

This joint is awesome! The food is so good and they've really worked hard to speed up the order process. Don't listen to people who complain about the ambiance or the menu wall, etc. Cubbys puts out a quality product and I love the energy inside this place! The employees are very friendly and helpful and work their tails off! Support this joint and keep them around for years to come! read more

It's a great tasting sandwich but it's expensive for how small it is, and I'm talking about the bigger one even. I'll be trying the place again next time I'm in town. Pretty large menu read more

Amazing food! There are lots of options on the menu and the food is bursting with flavor!!

I had the tri-tip sandwich and Mac n Cheese. Great food and worth the stop. It was busy but we were able to find seating for a family of 6. Great addition to Thanksgiving Point. read more

Solid food all-around. The prices are in line with the quality of ingredients. Tri tip is awesome, and the dragon slayer burger is great. Rosemary fries are very good. Kids meals are reasonably priced and master from quality ingredients like the adult food. The Lehi location had a couple issues (parking, seating, and horrible layout) but they can be overlooked for the most part. read more

Consistently delicious. My favorites are the Houdini burger, the tri-tip sandwhich with sweet BBQ sauce (add some blue cheese for a pop) and ALL of the fries are good. I love the chipotle fry sauce, it's got a little kick. All of the salads are fresh and yummy. I love the goat cheese and beets. Friendly people that work there. It's always busy but that's a great sign to me! It's hard to find really good fresh salads in Utah Valley so I'm happy they offer fresh options. Highly recommend. read more

Basically my favorite "quick restaurant" ever. I adore the parm lemon chicken salad and I never leave without a krispie treat. Quick service, clean atmosphere, trendy setting, and always PACKED which means I'm not alone in my love for this place. read more

We love this place. Really fresh and fast. Their sweet potato fries are some of the best I've had. Nothin like a true-tip salad. Their dressing is fresh and the greens are yummy. I love their Mac and cheese, it has a smokey flavor to it. Their burgers are really good too, fresh meat and toppings. read more
