I also got the brookie which was more like a fudgey brownie with a crushed cookie topping. It was very rich and delicious, I enjoyed it for a couple days because I just could not enjoy something that rich and sweet in one sitting. Most recent visit may be my favorite! Got the mango sticky rice latte - yum! The latte itself didn't taste as strong as the blueberry cheesecake latte it was much smoother. Also got the walnut banana bread as per recommended on Yelp - and wow! That was the best banana bread I've had, perfectly moist, love the dollop of icing too it was just enough if you wanted a tad bit sweeter for your banana bread but it was just right in my humble opinion! I would definitely come back for that! Service was attentive & quick. There's a couple table to sit outdoors but non inside. Also, street parking only & be sure to read the street signs!

I was originally hesitant to explore a cupcake that is a dessert version of fluffernutter sandwich. But, my gut instinct after seeing the cupcakes through the window was telling me that the dessert was on the money. Freshly baked in house, this moist vanilla cupcake is layered with peanut butter buttercream and marshmallow fluff. I enjoyed this "sweet" treat a lot more than I anticipated. It is recommended to have some napkins handy because the cream will most likely get on your face when you take a bite. I was also appreciative that the server offered a glass of water with the fluffernutter. #sweet #sweethoboken #fluffernutter #specialtycupcakes #hobokennj

They also had some custom cakes in their cake case and they looked incredible. I look forward to being back.

The ladies working here were so kind and gracious about it, explaining how to order the cinnamon donuts in advance and they freeze well if you order a large quantity, so I purchased an apple cinnamon caramel scone instead. I ate it the next day and it was very good. I appreciated that it was a scone and not too sweet. There are chunks of apple in there with a definitive cinnamon presence. The caramel is drizzled over the top. It would go well with coffee or tea, particularly chai. There are other offerings here and if you see the cinnamon donuts, do not pass them up. 3.5 stars, but I am certain that could be revised upwards if I sample more of their baked goods.

I'm not gluten free but love any and all sweets. And I have so many GF people in my life. We were all patiently awaiting their grand opening and let me tell you: it was worth the wait. I stopped in shortly before they closed to pick up a box of cookies to bring to said gluten free friends. I got a mix of the sugar cookies, chocolate chip and sea salt caramels. All are incredible and none give the slightest hint that they are made to be GF. Crazy moist (Oy, sorry if you hate that word, but they were MOIST), soft and flavorful. The sugar cookie stole the show for me but I don't think you'll find a cookie you don't like. They had so many lots of vegan options as well if that's something you're on the hunt for. I can't wait to stop in again and try more of their cakes and sweet treats. Happy to have you in Mile Square!

I got the original cinnamon roll and the April special, which was carrot cake. Also got a strawberry shortcake matcha. The rolls are big! Worth the price and wait in my opinion. I preferred the original over the carrot cake. The carrot cake roll had some big pieces of carrot lol a bit unexpected because I assumed the carrots would be a bit more finely grated. but not bad! the carrot taste is just a lot more prominent. strawberry shortcake matcha was good, but I think the cinnamon rolls are the real star here. It's super tiny inside and only 3-5 people can comfortably stand to order. We got a few cookies and were on our way! Their cookies are all in the ~$4 range which is pretty fair for these specialty flavors and good quality cookies. My favorites in order were the Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie, the Banana Pudding Cookie, the Matcha w White Chocolate Chip Cookie, and lastly, the Ube Cookie. The Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie was gooey, sweet, and decadent in all the right ways. I'm a sucker for banana so I very much enjoyed the Banana Pudding Cookie. You taste actual banana! This is 10x better than the one Magnolia Bakery has! The Matcha w White Chocolate Chip Cookie had a gentle bitterness/umami flavor that was offset by the sweetness of the white chocolate chips. The Ube Cookie was also good but surprisingly the ube didn't shine through as much here. All in all, you will not have a bad bite here and it's all a matter of preference. So glad I finally stopped by!

Place is a hole in the wall to the point that I walked right past it. Lone server inside was very friendly. Definitely a 'get your shit and go' kind of place, but what do you expect with Hoboken real estate. Got a red eye over ice, which was slightly burnt but still good. For food I tried the La Rustica sandwich, which has proscuitto, stracchino cheese and truffle cream on homemade bread. The bread was great and I could've had just that. Decent amount of proscuitto however the price ($16) justified that. Cheese didn't do much for the sandwich, as it was outmuscled by the proscuitto and just added a touch of cream. Truffle was similarly lost. All in all could do better, could do worse. Donut bites, on the other hand, were freaking money. Got 3 of the ones with custard and should've gotten a dozen. That made the place itself. Lots of other interesting things here worth trying. Wish I could a sandwich with mozzarella as there were plenty of others that looked good too. Definitely would give this another shot, as there's some good stuff here!
