Cute place! Love everything about this place, the ambiance, decor, service, and of course stars of this place the bites! Everything is delicious , you can tell they're crafted with love. The bites are 1.5" square of goodness. Best place to get your dessert after dinner around town. Everybody is so nice too, highly recommend!

I love this spot for many reasons. One main reason being how cute the decor is and how nice everyone that works there is. I was lucky enough to be able to go to the Yelp Elite event here which included 2 complimentary bites, a hot coffee or tea and 10% off additional purchases. I got a hot peppermint tea, one pumpkin oat bite and one chocolate caramel bite. It was the perfect mid day snack! Outside of this event, I've visited this spot many times to grab a quick 6 bite box for either myself or as a gift. Couldn't recommend this place more!

    The delicious bites!

This place was shockingly incredible. I say shockingly because I'm not really a snacky type of person, but the passionfruit bite and the rocky road were sooo tasty. I split them with my boyfriend who preferred the passion fruit, but I really liked the nutty and chocolatey rocky road. I also got a mint tea that was so refreshing but cozy and went super well with the bites. Such a good spot for a gift to bring to someone's place or just a snack for yourself when you're craving.

Really cute set up and the macchiato is very good , noticeably warm enough not for me to ask "could you warm up please " :-)) Will come back to taste the sweets

Boomerang Bites is a nice alternative to your typical bakery or patisserie. Housed in a cute and pleasant storefront, this is a little oasis where you can enjoy small but mighty treats. The bites are small, multi-layered squares that pack quite a bit into their tiny dimensions. We were offered samples on our arrival by the friendly woman working that day, and we quickly realized that the bites were very dense and filling. We ordered just three: the (sweet) chocolate caramel, key lime, and chocolate orange. Each was unique and very tasty. The chocolate orange had a layer of a fantastic orange gelee that went perfectly with the dark chocolate layer on top. The key lime bite started a little mild, but the key lime tartness crept in for a great finish (and was the lightest of the three). I also liked that they weren't bright green, which made me suspect all-natural ingredients. Finally, the chocolate caramel was delicious and substantive. The bites were $3 each at the time of this review. I thought it was pretty reasonable given how surprisingly filling they were. If you want a bit of dessert after a filling meal, or a unique gift of sweets for someone, Boomerang Bites is a fun choice.

The boomerang bites are a perfect sized treat when you have a sweet tooth but don't want to over indulge with a big cake. With more than 15 different types of bites it can be hard to decide ! But we went with the choc caramel and the rocky road and boy were they decadent! Since we went for breakfast we got a flat white and a regular coffee and they were quite tasty. The real star however I believe was the red onion and brie bread which they warmed up for us. It wasn't too heavy but just perfect for a breakfast meal. Nestled right in the heart of Hoboken its perfectly placed and they even have an outdoor section for nice days. I'll be coming back for sure.

A delightful little bake shop nestled right off of Washington on Newark Avenue. It's the perfect go to if you're looking for dessert to bring to a party or just a special treat. In addition to the little desserts, they have a few food items on the menu and coffee. The store is adorned with little trinkets for sale, many of which represent Australian culture and folklore. While nothing in the shop is inexpensive, it's definitely worth it for a special occasion. The service was good enough and the woman behind the counter helped me pick out flavors for the box that I got. As a heads up 24 bites cost over 50 bucks . Definitely give it a try. How happy I am to see this store open up in Hoboken! I've loved Boomerang Bites since I tried them at The Hive coffee shop in Hoboken and have been hooked since! (3-4 years now possibly!). They're these delicious, full of flavor small square bites that are kind of cookie/fudge/brownie/cake like depending on which flavor you have. It's really indescribable but they're sooo delicious! My favorite are the salted caramel, sweet caramel (without the salt), passion fruit, and the gluten free fruit and nut. They're the perfect sweet treat alone, after a meal or a small quick snack with coffee or tea. Upon my visit I also tried the chai tea with almond milk and added my own honey and it was also delicious. Great temperature and chai flavor--not too overpowering as some other chais I've had before. The service is great here, the women are really friendly and welcoming. And the ambience is very laid back and relaxing. I'm not a huge fan of the chair by the front windows as they feel very fragile to sit on but I look forward to checking out the backyard when the temperature warms up!

This is almost like an unspoken secret bakery & coffee store in Hoboken! I've lived here for the past five years and I am always discovering amazing little shops in Hoboken. They specialize in small bite size cookie bases that at first glance you may think is a brownie - but it's not - they have an amazing assortment of small nuts, flavors, caramel and chocolate combinations. They really are good! But the most amazing is the seating area in both the front AND the back - the weather in Hoboken has been amazing and so sitting outside in there backyard cafe area was amazing. So happy to have discovered this place. Very friendly cashier & staff - but they looked busy

Andrea and the team at Bomerang Bites are just the tip of the iceberg of how fabulous this place is. The bites themselves are incredible - truly so delicious. I also want to speak to the positive impact this place has on the collective community because of their giveback efforts. Big thank you to Andrea for sharing these delicious goodies in our small corner of the world

(Snacked 12/10/2022 SA @ 3:00pm): Boom... these bites were bangin'! I came across Boomerang Bites food booth (they also had a storefront nearby) while we checked out the inaugural Heights Holiday Market at Riverview-Fisk Park. This one-day event was an extension of the popular weekly farmer's market that occurred between the months of May through November. As you imagined, there were various vendors who sold their wares from arts, crafts, cuisines, and more. While we waited in a long line for the Taste Of Poland JC food stand, I decided to sneak over to Boomerang Bites for a closer look and possibly purchase something to snack on while we waited to order our food. Did I end up bringing some bites to my buddies!? QUICK BIO "We are a women-owned artisanal bakery that hand-bakes bite-sized Aussie 'slice' recipes using the finest ingredients with no artificial preservatives or flavors. Sized just right, our bites in all their unique and tasty flavors are delicious to eat and share. Every family in Australia has their own unique 'slice' recipe that they bake to share and bring people together--and ours is no different. They are an integral part of childhood, backyard barbies, coffee with your best mates, and any other all around good time. The core of our story is about sharing. Sharing the love, sharing the moment, and sharing goodness with our community. Authentically Australian, these bites started in the heart and kitchen of our founder Andrea. Andrea hopes to bring a bit of 'yummo'--fun, funky Aussie speak for deliciousness--to every moment. So indulge in our bites and indulge in spending time with those you hold dear." PURCHASE 6pc Gift Box ($15.00): From a selection of fourteen different flavors, it was hard to choose since each of them looked and sounded lovely. Ultimately, these were the ones I chose from top left to bottom right https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=_QDmGByw2Ir-nHGHqY5hAw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw: ~Choc Peanut Butter - Salted caramel, peanuts, oat cookie, and milk chocolate... peanut butter goodness! ~Passionfruit - Tangy passionfruit, vanilla & coconut cookie... sweet Jesus! ~She-Can Pecan - Sweet caramel and crunchy pecans over shortbread... short & sweet and can't be beat! ~Choc Anzac - Chewy mix of golden syrup, oats, coconut, and milk chocolate... sounded like a wonderful breakfast bar! ~Choc Caramel - Caramel over a cookie base with dark chocolate... simple sweet sensation! ~Hedgehog - Crushed butter cookie, coconut, and milk chocolate... a sweet sonic snack! SERVICE A friendly woman and two young boys warmly greeted me as they continued to converse with other patrons in the line and those who just completed their purchase. Obviously, they knew everyone! After waiting in their line for about ten minutes, I finally placed my order with the woman while one of the boys carefully packed my box. I was quickly out and returned to my friends in another food line. Everything was easy and quick - thank you! PARKING (FREE; N/A this instance) Being a food stand, they were at the beck and call wherever the event was held. In this case, it was an easy flat 10-minute one-way walk from my friend's place. Otherwise, there was a small onsite lot, and there seemed to be sufficient street parking along the main drag of Palisade Ave. and all surrounding roads - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A simple self-sufficient makeshift food stand with a canopy, tables where the snacks were displayed https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=SB73Dib-5Gdac9oJLNu1ow&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw, a descriptive legible menu https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=O7723icgAjZU868p_OFhHQ&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw, one order and pick up line, several places to sit and enjoy your meal since you were at a park, and plenty of natural lighting (duh!) while park and street electric lights illuminated the rest of the area. There weren't any TVs while the chatter and hustling of people, playing children, music from the vendors, vehicular traffic, and more, filled the background. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=s7losyd-kJsawHK75VDeUw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops... if it weren't so freakin' cold. OVERALL I loved the Boomerang Bites food stand and intended to visit their storefront the next time I was in town. Although each "slice" was truly no more than a bite or two, at $2.50/piece it was still well worth it, as harmony and love oozed from each morsel into your mouth and throughout your body; it was an ecclesiastical feeling! I found total value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $15.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice...AMEX! 5.0 STARS

The ladies working here were so kind and gracious about it, explaining how to order the cinnamon donuts in advance and they freeze well if you order a large quantity, so I purchased an apple cinnamon caramel scone instead. I ate it the next day and it was very good. I appreciated that it was a scone and not too sweet. There are chunks of apple in there with a definitive cinnamon presence. The caramel is drizzled over the top. It would go well with coffee or tea, particularly chai. There are other offerings here and if you see the cinnamon donuts, do not pass them up. 3.5 stars, but I am certain that could be revised upwards if I sample more of their baked goods.

I stopped in shortly before they closed to pick up a box of cookies to bring to said gluten free friends. I got a mix of the sugar cookies, chocolate chip and sea salt caramels. All are incredible and none give the slightest hint that they are made to be GF. Crazy moist (Oy, sorry if you hate that word, but they were MOIST), soft and flavorful. The sugar cookie stole the show for me but I don't think you'll find a cookie you don't like. They had so many lots of vegan options as well if that's something you're on the hunt for. However, they don't hold up well as leftovers so I would only buy what you're able to eat that day as it loses a lot once it's no longer fresh. The coffee was honestly nothing to write home about which surprised me since it looked better, maybe I got a bad batch. The store itself was cute inside, liked the little play area for kids. Again if I lived in the area, this would probably be a good spot to get work done. Maybe it's for the best that I live far... as I'd probably be getting cinnamon rolls far more often than I should be.

For food I tried the La Rustica sandwich, which has proscuitto, stracchino cheese and truffle cream on homemade bread. The bread was great and I could've had just that. Decent amount of proscuitto however the price ($16) justified that. Cheese didn't do much for the sandwich, as it was outmuscled by the proscuitto and just added a touch of cream. Truffle was similarly lost. All in all could do better, could do worse. Donut bites, on the other hand, were freaking money. Got 3 of the ones with custard and should've gotten a dozen.
