I repeatedly met with flooring people that I felt wouldn't work to my very high standard or made suggestions that were to make their job easier, not accomplish the sophisticated look I wanted. From the moment I scheduled the in home appointment with Joan. It felt right. I received a call to confirm our appointment and I knew they would show up and respect my time. Appointment time and Phil shows up just as scheduled in a really cool retro varsity company jacket. I true professional, very polite and knowledgeable. I explained that I wanted the two layers of existing floor removed and the sub-floor repaired and leveled out. I also let him know that I despise molding where the floor and walls meet and I want the flooring cut perfectly to the edges so the gap could be closed with a small bead of caulk. THIS IS WHERE I LOST EVERY OTHER INSTALLER. Everyone else didn't want to do this type of precise install. What does Phil say? Not a problem we have a team of expert installers and this is all they do. They will receive exact instructions and it won't be a problem. Phil shows me a bunch of floors and I write down everything to do my research. Phil follows up with a text to see if I need anything else? I told him I just need some time. I spend the next two weeks figuring out what I want and never got any sales pitches or other nonsense. I knew he was just a text away if I had any questions. He just let me have my time to figure out what I want to do. I really appreciated that. When I was ready and contacted him he said I could go to the store and set it all up with Joan. I walk in to see Joan and there she was in a company branded sweatshirt, very professional and easy to talk to. We confirmed the flooring I wanted and the price I was quoted. I asked about the particulars of my install and she showed me the instructions right on the order. I left the deposit and got a call 2 weeks later everything is in, and we are ready to schedule the install. Like clockwork the installers showed up on time and got right to work. I had Alex and two twin brothers. Everyone was super nice to be around and worked really hard. Each of the 4 Days there was a substantial amount of work accomplished. I honestly couldn't be happier. I love the new floors and now I have a flooring company I can trust. This is an amazing small business that feels awesome to support and gives the attention to detail others refuse. A true 5 star review for a true 5 star business.

I learned later, with other craftsmen, that with correct tools and consideration of my desired outcome, it was not necessary to butcher my floors on their edges. This flooring company tore my floor up. I did try to go cheap so I went with them. I did not know that when we negotiated price, I negotiated away the sealant ti protect floors and allowance to butcher my floors. I was told back/forth 2/3 coats on floor. With/without sealant? Angel said 2 coats sealant. Soon dirt is well in the grains of wood. I know because I can see where a rectifying area was made with the sealant compared to everything that sticks with floor. I have question is it the @Bona #Bona product. My first rodeo. Fixing will cost me an entire 675 sq new floor. It aches my heart. I don't have that kind of money and I wanted a nice outcome. If I had been informed more, I would have work harder to have paid more instead to spend so much more now fix in a few years after I save to do it. Why are workers not honest?!!!! Please inform the consumer the cost of cutting price. I have regrets that will cost me now to redo and seal my floors, and more, if I want to resume my useable sq ftg because you ate it away to close the gaps you butchered. Please do not do this to another customer again. Just be honest even if you don't get the job. I am so hurt.

Morris Park was my go to because they did work for me in the past but this time I'm not sure. I…read morehave an extra large basement and I knew it was a big job but I was expecting a little more. Ralphie came to my home and got to work right away for two days in a row. The good, Ralphie put molding around my basement walls. He also went above and beyond to place drafting round my basement door as well as my laundry door. However, now my laundry door will NOT close. Ralphie also told me he couldn't get behind my dryer because of some elbow pipe but my contractor came to my home and pulled the dryer right out the wall with no problem. I didn't like how he left an uncovered space as well as an uneven floor in my basement. One day I went outside and saw trash in my backyard. I asked Ralphie if they take out the trash and he told me no, they do NOT take out the trash which I thought was weired. I keep my patio cushions in trash bags and someone from his team, took my cushions out of the trash bags and used them to throw away the trash his team created which I thought was unprofessional. Lastly, I have a lot of candles. Someone from his team broke at least 6 of them but didn't say anything. It wasn't until I started cleaning up, I noticed what happened. Ralphie was supposed to come to my home to fix my laundry door to have it closed and he has not done so as of yet. Again, I was expecting a little more especially for the price I paid. Would I hire them again, probably not. Pros: On time Professional Fast Added extra features Cons: They do not through out your trash Didn't complete my entire laundry floor Used my own trash bags broke my 6 of my candles and did not say anything.

Sheila worked with us, answered all our questions, showed us multiple samples and gave us an estimate. After they came to measure the price was much lower, who doesn't love that! The price was perfect, they came super quick to install the work was great, and she is a happy lady! While we were there, I spotted an area rug, I asked for a little discount on it and Alan agreed.
