I had water damage to one of my room upstairs due to a radiator leak. I wasn't sure if we needed to do just the 1 room or the whole upstairs since the wood is all connected. When I had spoken to him on the phone he said there may be a slightly different color if we do just the one room. So before he came out, I asked if he can get us both quotes. He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.

It was very old carpeting so a lot of the cushioning/padding that was underneath was stuck to the floor as well so they made sure all of that was scraped up without damaging the wooden flooring below. I just had to do some mild cleaning the following day to remove dark spots and they gave advice how to get that up. They did a excellent job! They cleaned up everything and took the carpet and scraps downstairs to the recycle area.

I learned later, with other craftsmen, that with correct tools and consideration of my desired outcome, it was not necessary to butcher my floors on their edges. This flooring company tore my floor up. I did try to go cheap so I went with them. I did not know that when we negotiated price, I negotiated away the sealant ti protect floors and allowance to butcher my floors. I was told back/forth 2/3 coats on floor. With/without sealant? Angel said 2 coats sealant. Soon dirt is well in the grains of wood. I know because I can see where a rectifying area was made with the sealant compared to everything that sticks with floor. I have question is it the @Bona #Bona product. My first rodeo. Fixing will cost me an entire 675 sq new floor. It aches my heart. I don't have that kind of money and I wanted a nice outcome. If I had been informed more, I would have work harder to have paid more instead to spend so much more now fix in a few years after I save to do it. Why are workers not honest?!!!! Please inform the consumer the cost of cutting price. I have regrets that will cost me now to redo and seal my floors, and more, if I want to resume my useable sq ftg because you ate it away to close the gaps you butchered. Please do not do this to another customer again. Just be honest even if you don't get the job. I am so hurt.

The team took the time to walk me through various options and find the right solution for the space. The LVT looks fantastic, and I was especially impressed with the hardwood refinishing. They restored the old floors beautifully and achieved an excellent match with the existing wood flooring. Despite mixed flooring, they did an excellent job making the floor feel seamless and intentional throughout the apartment. Everyone I worked with was patient and professional throughout the process. Melissa was incredibly helpful with all of the co-op paperwork, which I especially appreciated since this was my first co-op renovation. Angelo was on time for the estimate and helped me work through different options and narrow down the right LVT samples. Dave was outstanding from early talks to managing the day-to-day work - he was communicative, responsive, and always willing to answer questions. He also helped select a stain that blended beautifully with the existing floors. All of the work crews were punctual, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Throughout the project, everyone at Spagnoli was incredibly accommodating and always took the time to address questions and concerns, making the renovation process much less stressful. Morris Park Flooring is a wonderful place to shop. I was able to get my office carpeted for a price that shocked me, and the quality of the rug is great and it came with the padding as well, so I am very happy with the job done. The installers were great, on time and left everything clean before they left. Jimmy the owner is a total gentlemen, kind and keeps his store neat and clean. He not only has the best flooring prices, but if you need a gift for a special person he has really nice things that will bring a smile to anyone's face, from Candles to Willow statues, to jewelry, basically this is a store you must visit, because you definitely wont regret it. Morris Park Flooring is a great place to go if you are looking to put down new floors. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and can steer you in the right direction if you are undecided on what product you want to go with. He also really looks out for you. The manufacturer of our floors wanted to move the delivery date to two weeks after what they had promised, but Jimmy took care of it and the floors came in when we needed. Rafael and the flooring crew were also outstanding. They did the installation beautifully and were even done a day early. This is a great company. They don't mess around or play games, they're always straight with you and looking out for your best interest and they do everything for a fair price. I contacted Jimmy (owner) about getting a two bedroom apartment outfitted with Linoleum during the pandemic. He replied quickly and told me he would call me when he was allowed to open. True to his word, he contacted me, the flooring was chosen (great selections) and in a few days, his contractors came and finished the job in one day! Wow, they were professional and diligent. The pricing and installation was reasonable and the work was exceptional! The floor looks GREAT! We decided to add boarders to the flooring and Jimmy accommodated us quickly. Totally fantastic job done by Morris Park Flooring. I has my 2 bedrooms done with carpeting and bought an exquisite area rug for my living room and placed linoleum in my kitchen and dinette. The worker Juan and his partner arrived on time and and done a beautiful and professional job.All the wonderful things I've heard about this place were all true. The carpets we ordered for our nursery school were cut and bound individually for us to meet the specific needs of each classroom. In addition to being attractive additions to each room, the carpets were very durable and easy to clean, essential qualities in a nursery school classroom. We had a wonderful experience with Morris Park Flooring. I had them place linoleum in my kitchen and wall to wall carpet in my 3 bedrooms. Such a wonderful selection of inventory to choose from. We had them to my stair leading to my bedrooms. The store manager Jimmy is very pleasant, courteous,respectful and a good hearted person. Morris Park Flooring never fails! After calling Jimmy, Ralphie showed up, on time and with samples on hand. After a consultation, Ralphie was able provide PLCC II an awesome contract! The installation was done in three days! That included rug removal, floor leveling, padding, rug installation and border completion! It's beautiful! i had morris park flooring install 400 sq ft of viynl plank flooring. i ordered a measurement on thursday got it measured on thursday put the order in Jimmy had it installed on monday. the two installers were the best they took their time and the install was perfect. very precise and it look beautiful. i would definetly reccomend morris park flooring for floors. the price was very reasonable. the best thing my wife was very pleased. read more

On the out also bought a Kavaldon Luxury Candle .What a breath taking pleasing fragrance .10 different to choose from.
