After a few failed attempts to order carpet from companies in the city, I set an appointment with Christina. She was very helpful and patient as I explored their selections. She quickly followed up with samples sent to my home as well as quotes. Fernando came out to measure the room and he was really patient when he showed up and I was in a meeting. He was really flexible when I rejected some of his advice and we came to an agreement about the actual installation. Christina scheduled the installation within a couple of weeks of me choosing the carpet and she sent a carpet cleaning kit (gift) with the carpet installers. One of them told me his name was Eric and he was really friendly. They carefully removed and replaced the furniture. They were really nice and professional. My home was flooded due to a hot water pipe burst. We had to replace the flooring. We went to Carpet Time to pick out new flooring. Eleanor and Christina were very helpful and took the time to explain the differences and types of laminate floors. We went with a laminate flooring that is water proof and looks like real wood flooring. Niko and Herman installed the flooring with ease. In addition to doing an awesome job, they were very clean. I did not have to clean up after they left. My review is overdue. Carpet Time installed our Marmoleum kitchen floor in April. It's perfect! We were interested in this floor specifically because we've had it in the past and thought it was perfect. In visiting the manufacturers website, Carpet Time was practically the only authorized installer. I then looked them up on Yelp to see all the amazing reviews. I had a general contractor who was renovating our new co-op in Jackson Heights, and everything was coordinated through him after we made the specific selection. When I mentioned that I wanted to use Carpet Time, he told me he has dealt with them in the past and was relieved. When I called the first time they explained their process, and it's easy, logical, and the final product exceeds our expectations. Spent a number of weeks searching for rugs for our new apartment. My experience with Carpet Time was INCREDIBLE. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. I live in Chicago and I was looking for flooring for my commercial space. My interior designer had recommended that I purchase residential flooring for my business. Christina and Eleanor helped me realize that I needed commercial flooring and walked me through the entire process of selecting the appropriate flooring. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. If I hadn't gone to Carpet Time, I would have residential flooring in my space, which would have been a huge and costly mistake. This is the second time I have used Carpet Time to install linoleum in my kitchen in my apartment, and each time is better than the last. The quality of the floors is outstanding, and the only reason I even needed to reinstall is because some of my construction guys ripped the first one because they thought it was real tile and pushed the stove across it.
