We were interested in this floor specifically because we've had it in the past and thought it was perfect. In visiting the manufacturers website, Carpet Time was practically the only authorized installer. I then looked them up on Yelp to see all the amazing reviews. I had a general contractor who was renovating our new co-op in Jackson Heights, and everything was coordinated through him after we made the specific selection. My experience with Carpet Time was INCREDIBLE. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. I live in Chicago and I was looking for flooring for my commercial space. My interior designer had recommended that I purchase residential flooring for my business. Christina and Eleanor helped me realize that I needed commercial flooring and walked me through the entire process of selecting the appropriate flooring. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. If I hadn't gone to Carpet Time, I would have residential flooring in my space, which would have been a huge and costly mistake.
