"Two years ago while listening to the radio, Ofer heard about 3.3 billion dollars in the California State Budget for the California Solar Initiative Program, which gives rebates to people and businesses who install renewable energy generating systems"
"I couldn't believe what I had heard," said Ofer. "I remember being so excited for a couple of days that I couldn't sleep at night. I knew right then and there that that's what I would like to do from now on: help change the way power is generated and delivered to homes and businesses. It makes so much sense, even without the incentives from the government, but especially with the incentives."
