Went in to get a quote, i was told the technician wasn't there but i could leave my apple watch with them to give to him that day and he will get back to me by the end of the day with a quote. 3 days later i still didn't get an answer. I called and no one answered, instead i rec'd a text back telling me they're still "working on it". I brought my watch in for hardware issues (the front face popped off, which was indicated on my form they asked me to fill out). I didn't get an update or quote on the watch until the 4th day. I was told there was a "motherboard issue" and it would cost $159 + tax to fix my 5 series apple watch!!! I told them I didn't want to move forward. Then when I looked at how long it would take for me to get a new one, I thought about forking over the money to fix it. Finally, I decided not to and would go pick it up. **HERE'S WHERE IT GOES LEFT.** I walk in while on a business call and tell the lady behind the counter (a postal worker because this business is located inside a postal store) and tell her, "I'm here to pick up my apple watch". She says, "I will help you when you're off the phone and you walk over here" and she walked over to another part of the counter. I went to the part of the counter i was helped when I dropped the watch off, but ok. Mind you, no one was in the store but me and her. Then she asked me my name, i told her it could be either my first or middle name (i didn't remember what I wrote) but they're both my names. She calls the tech, then I text the tech (mind you i told him I was coming in to pick it up). She said she knew nothing about it and needed to confirm with him, fine. Then she keeps asking him my name but my name is on the form. I repeat MY FULL NAME while the paper is in her hand and she's hiding it. She then asks me for ID. By this time, she and I spoke to the tech and he confirmed it was me. I gave her my ENTIRE NAME and She still demanded ID to give me back my VERY BROKEN watch. I showed her my name on my money app, she REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT. I get my id from the car, I show her my ID she tries to grab it (ABSOLULTY NOT). I lay it on the counter, still in my fingers THEN SHE TRIES TO TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID WITH HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE. "ABSOLUTELY NOT" i said. "YOU WILL NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID!! He just told you it was my watch and I just told you my entire name, I showed you my name on my money app, you refused to look at it". Then i showed her my id again and pointed it out "LOOK MY WHOLE NAME IS ON MY ID WHICH MATCHES THE FORM, that's enough. She ignored me and still didn't look. I then had to pay a $25 + TAX FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FEE via a money app???. Again, I had a HARDWARE problem and i was billed for a software diagnostic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The postal people are rude and the tech will not be there or answer your calls. I told the tech I would be leaving a review because of that lady's behavior and he asked what happened. I tried to call him to update him and he didn't pick up my call. I blocked him and WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION FOR ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER.

One my turn I asked the price to repair my phone and he again said $85. He began to work on my phone and mid way he told me he didn't have my screen in stock but he can pick it up 15 minutes away. I said it's fine, I could wait. I waited and I think the owner of the store was there. I told the owner that I would be back since it would possibly take the other guy 30 minutes to come back since it was 15 going and coming. I left to the store and returns within 40 minutes. When I returned my phone was ready and I was told that I would get a $5 discount. He ended up charging me $94.50, first the math doesn't add up right. If it would've been $85 and with a $5 discount then I don't think there was $14.50 in taxes. I didn't say anything and just left because I had somewhere to be. After, I went to T-Mobile to try to get a credit for my phone (btw, they advised to get my phone screen fixed in the first place). Once I arrived to T-Mobile they were checking my phone and said that I didn't have a liquid damage indicator sticker. I didn't know what it was and they advised that it was a sticker that helps prove water damage. I told them that it was probably changed at the screen fixing place and they advised to call and get it back. I called and I was told by the guy that fixed my phone that they did not know what I was talking about. Everyone at T-Mobile were in shock that they didn't know if they work with fixing phones. Basically this business told me that they didn't take a sticker off and that it was never in the first place. I drove back and as soon as I arrived the owner gave me attitude and kept repeating that there was never a sticker on the phone. That I was basically crazy and it was taken off somewhere else. I told them to give me my money and original screen back. I drove back to T-Mobile with my original broken screen and guess what? The sticker magically appeared. The whole time this business lied. They lied to me and repeated that they never took a sticker off and that it was never in the first place. I'm not bothered that it was taken off in the first place, im bothered that I was lied to. The owner and employee obviously don't know much about phones, they didn't even know that the phone had the liquid indicator inside. How can they be trusted if they lie? Don't go here! Save your time and visit a different place. They didn't have the needed materials, over charged me, and lied about a simple thing like a sticker. The place also looks very sketchy.

I was taking aback by his direct and honest opinion. I love the direct customer service as opposed to big box stores and with the 90 day warranty I don't think I could go wrong. I opted for an external CD ROM reader and external mouse and everything came to more than half of what I would have spent for a new machine. I brought it home. Everything was in perfect working order and I am 100% satisfied. When he asked if I was an existing customer when he rang me up at the register I said yes for like 100 years and he said we have not been in business for 100 years and I said OK well then maybe 50 he says how about 35. Very friendly and professional exchange highly recommend if you're in the market for a used desktop or laptop. These are your guys! Five out of five highly recommend will return.
