Best massage I have ever had and I highly recommend to everyone! Steve is clearly #1, and Sharmese is a close second. Both Steve and Sharmese are very experienced and spend the time with you to understand any issues before you get a massage. They are truly amazing! The space is crystal clean, welcoming, and comfortable and every precaution taken. I have never had any issue about safety. Both Steve and Sharmese's approach is warm, kind, and compassionate and they take the time and each has extensive expertise to understand and meet each client's needs and goals. The massage is always outstanding ... their skill is incredible! It was immensely therapeutic for me as it helped me greatly reduce my stress and relax deeply, as well as decrease my neck and back pain and increase my flexibility. I would strongly recommend both Steve and Sharmese at Restorative Massage and Wellness. Steve is a thoughtful, dedicated therapist that provides personalized treatment to his clients. He draws from a wealth of knowledge and experience along with completing the full doctorate program in physical therapy so Steve is beyond masseuse trained. I would highly recommend Steve to friends and family. I am regularly booked with Steve and find out well in advance if he is on vacation so I can book Sharmese as a backup. The desk staff is also excellent in working to get you in, if there are no openings, and you are waiting for a cancellation. True professional staff all around! I met Isaac my first time here who is the owner and a licensed trained masseuse too. Isaac treats the staff professionally because he truly understands what it takes to be #1 in this field! Parking on Washington Street is free, and if you cannot find a space, the side street has plenty of spaces as a backup.

Two days before our appointment, I received a call from the spa letting me know they had just booked a soccer team for the same 11:00 a.m. time slot. I was asked if we could come at 8:00 a.m. instead so that we could have a better experience. I explained that 8:00 a.m. was not an option because we all have children to get to school, and I expressed my concern that the facility would now be at its maximum capacity of 20 people. I told the staff member I would check with my friends and call back if we decided to cancel. My friends were fine with proceeding, so I completed my intake form that evening and planned to keep the reservation. Two days later, I received another call from the spa--this time offering us 50% off if we would come at 8:00 a.m. I again explained that 8:00 a.m. was not an option and expressed that the repeated attempts to move our reservation made me feel as though our 11:00 a.m. appointment was an inconvenience. The staff member explained that they simply wanted to make sure we had a good experience. I understand that perspective, but after the second call, it was difficult not to feel that accommodating the soccer team's booking was being prioritized over our existing reservation. At that point, the experience no longer felt like the birthday celebration we had planned, so I canceled our reservation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't plan to utilize Bohdi Spa in the future. I understand that scheduling conflicts happen, but I would have expected the spa to honor an existing reservation rather than repeatedly asking the customer to change it--especially after being told that the proposed alternative time was not possible.

In order to get what you want you need to let them know if you want a design ahead of time otherwise you barely get 1hr of service for builder gel. first time ever heard for as long as I have been doing my nails that I need to send pictures and add notes when making appointment. furthermore, they ask you to provide details when you're a first patient but they never ask you to begin with. none of the receptionist asks you any questions and if you do not know you wont get your nails done. Also, the technicians can't even do the shape correct: it's always going to be at an angel. lastly, the owner seems to be professional, do not get fooled. she can travel and she will book you with any other technician without even notifying you. just avoid at any cost. not worth the stress. Wild Orchids is a Chinese nail salon, located in Westwood. This was actually my first time getting my nails done at a Chinese-owned salon, in the US. I am Chinese myself, and felt comfort hearing some Chinese tunes playing. I felt at home honestly and wondered to myself why I haven't gone this place sooner. Today, I decided to get a chrome gel manicure, no acrylic extensions. Lol, also the first time I opted for no nail extensions & did natural nails. My nail tech was Fanny, who was very kind and did a great job! My nails came out exactly how I wanted them to ;). I asked for two coats of OPI Funny Bunny, one coat OPI Bubble Bath, + chrome finish. The nail salon was super clean. The tools used are all sterilized well. I consider their prices pretty fair, compared to other nail salons I have been to in the city. I would come back again and recommend coming here if you're around in the area!
