Koosha did a great job on my BMW with a clear bra of the entire bumper, front fenders hood, mirrors, headlights and rocker panels. I've had the clear bra on for about 18 months now and there have been no problems. When I show people the car, I have to point out that there is a clear bra on it. I take my car to the race track and since there are a lot of stones and rubber being tossed at the front of my car at high speed I wanted to protect it. Sure enough, the front of my car is covered with tire rubber after a track event, but it comes off easily and the car still looks brand new despite the abuse I know it's suffered. I was impressed with the Xpel Ultimate film applied as the paint below it still looks new. I referred Koosha to two other of my track buddies who have also been equally impressed. 3 family owned cars done by: Norbert 1 Honda hatch back, 1 Mazda hatchback and 1 Toyota SUV. These are not expensive sports cars (that you see in the photos for this yelp page) but we do keep our for 8-15 years and we run our cars up to 200,000+ miles therefore I decided to get the clear bra on 2 used cars and 1 brand new one. Everyone in the family averages from 8000 miles to 16,000 miles annual driving therefore we all have our share of road debris doing a number on our cars's bumper paints. Film Material: Excellent! The gloss matches the clear coat of the rest of the car. Barely visible unless you take a real closer look the same distance as reading the fine print. Hides the mini swirls and the small pits from being too visible especially in the black Honda hatchback. The suv got hit with a car plastic panel/part that flew off another car and the gash on the film (not paint) is barely noticeable. The cars i have full coverage on the front end can be cleaned with regular dishwashing soap, a rag, and a bucket. This is very convenient for the front end catches all the bugs and sticky stuff from the road. Customer service: Very professional but also very personable! Norbert is very good at responding to emails and quote requests via his website. He will ask you to take a photo of the car panels so he can confirm if he has the right template for your vehicle and also accurately send you a template of your car panels so you can choose which package to get. Work Quality: very satisfied to date! The film holds firm even on the suv with the gash (on film; not paint) with a single stage paint job (color change after 12 years of ownership) as well as on the Honda hatchback which is parked outside most of the time. These guys did a great installation on both of our new Audis. We had Xpel Ultimate installed on both cars. The first car had a standard package (front bumper, partial hood and partial front fenders) and the second car had a full front end installation including full hood, front bumper, front fenders and mirrors, all with wrapped edges. I was shopping around for a PPF for my new car with the notion that this particular install was probably going to be on the more difficult side of installations. I consider myself quite handy with anything having to deal with automotive finishes, worked in the automotive paint industry for many years, but new this task, on this car, was something I definitely did not want to attempt. I talked to a lot of local shops that installed PPF but did not get a good vibe on weather they would be up for the task. I think with the difficulty of the task, they inflated the price which made me shy away from having them do the PPF install. I gave Norbert a call one day, hence the great reviews on yelp, and I am glad I did. Norbert was upfront and honest but was booked probably 3-4 weeks out at the time. I was on the fence since I was using the car as a daily driver to and from work. I decided to wait the 3-4 weeks and drive carefully in the mean time. I dropped my car off at Norbert's place early one morning and told him to take your time, and if you needed the vehicle until overnight then that was ok. Norbert took the time to explain the whole process and what was all entailed with my install. He pointed out all the hard turning angles and edges on my front end. He even showed me how many separate PPF pieces 30+ that were going to be cut for my front end alone. Norbert gave me a call later on that evening to let me know the install was completed and I was able to leave my car overnight since I was called in at the last minute to go to work that evening. I picked up my car the next morning and WOW!. You literally had to look just inches away to notice the PPF. I new I had put my PPF install in good hands. Norbert is definitely a master installer and did all of the work himself. I looked at him when it was all said and done and asked him if he would ever attempt another similar vehicle...He laughed and said probably not at that price that I quoted you...He kept with the original price that he quoted me which was very reasonable and all in all I have nothing but good things to say about Norbert and his work. Had Norbert install PPF on the front bumper and headlights for my Tesla and he did an amazing job! Even before the install, he replied quickly to my initial quote, and scheduling an install date was a breeze. He even sent a reminder message the day before. When we arrived, he was very detailed in inspecting the surfaces before starting the work to make sure there was no pre-existing rock chips or defects from the factory. He completed it on time and the workmanship of the install was so good you almost couldn't tell that there is a clear film on it! He even buffed and polished a small area on the bottom side of the bumper that was scratched up (that I did not even notice) before installing the film. What can I say? All the other reviews on Crystal AutoShield and Norbert Ibarra are spot on. He has tremendous pride in his work, delivers as promised (and some), customizes as needed and provides service with a smile. He truly loves cars and his craft. I took my 2013 Corvette Z06 (carbon edition) to him for utmost care, and the car looks absolutely amazing! He customized the pieces that weren't already factory loaded in the computer. You can't tell the film is anywhere on the car from the factory cutouts to the customized pieces. He also advised me that SunTek had the better finish than other brands - I'm so glad he did. The car looks like a mirror shine - like it's been freshly waxed all the time. I now have confidence that small highway rocks/debris and errant swinging parking lot car doors won't damage the paint (whereas before I was always apprehensive), and any miniscule scratches will be magically erased by the self heeling properties of the wrap. Of course it likely won't protect from boulders or vandalism, but I am happy with the work he did and the piece of mind I have in protecting my investment. When I went to pick up my car, I asked, I can't even see the Clear Bra, how do I know the job was even done? I had to feel along the edges to find out there was something there. So yes the job was done haha. I later took the car to another shop to have some other work done. When I told them I had a clear bra on it, they said, I don't think the guy covered these panels.
