I then called him up, told him what I wanted done and set up a appointment. He showed up on time and I could tell very quickly he new what he was doing. We previously had another person that we would get our clear bra from, but due to scheduling conflicts and inability to leave our car at the service provider for multiple days, I decided to go with Crystal Autoshield instead. At first, I admit I was a little skeptical because I like the assurance that I can take my car back to a shop to get it fixed during their opening hours if I have any issues, but after having Norbert install my Xpel wrap on my car, I'm glad I had gone this route, and would do it again in a heartbeat. Norbert was very easy to work with and worked with our schedule, it was especially nice because we didn't have to take the car anywhere he comes to you as long as you have a garage you can make room for him to work in. Having a newborn baby this made our lives a lot easier. We had the majority of our car covered from the front to back. After he finished it was tough to see where the wrap started and ended unless you were looking extremely close, typically I have to feel the material with my hand to be able to tell it's there. Post install we had a string of issues ie, people hitting our car in the parking lot, etc. Every time I would send an e-mail to Norbert and get a response back the same day. The most recent was a mishap with a dealer car wash, where water traveled in through a cut in the material (not a common occurrence), Norbert put us in touch with his Xpel contact who agreed to cover the repair which saved us quite a bit of money, and time since Norbert came back out to our house and did the re-wrap on site saving us the hassle of having to bring our car anywhere and wait several hours in a waiting room. read more

I found these guys through the Xpel website as a certified dealer. I shopped around for the best price and read the Yelp reviews. I ultimately went with Crystal Auto Shield because of the great reviews and great price. My installer was Norbert. He was very accommodating as his schedule is super busy. I was able to take my new 2013 370Z Nismo from the dealer's lot straight to Norbert as I was afraid of getting rock chips. Man, this guy is a true professional. Where other places needed 2 days or a whole day to work on my car, Norbert only needed a few hours. Waited to do this review for the PPF on my Tesla 3. Its gonna look great right after install but the true test is after its been driven. It's been about 4 months since the install and I cannot emphasize how important PPF is if you care about your vehicle. First off all, my experience with Norbert was exceptional. Norbert does amazing work. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about paint protection. There are a couple of brands he carries; XPEL, Suntek, 3M, and others. He recommended the Suntek brand. He has a vehicle available with different films on, so you can see the difference between the brands. It also helped that he had a white car. I have heard that the edges of the film would be more visible on white. With Norbert's excellent work, everyone that sees my car doesn't even know there is clear paint protection on there. I went with a full hood, full fender, front bumper, head light, fog light, mirrors, front doors, all fender lips behind the wheels, and the top of the back bumper. He takes pride in his work and his customer service is GREAT! Details: This is my first yelp review and Crystal Autoshield (Norbert) deserves it! I e-mailed seven clear bra installers in the Orange County area and Norbert won me over. His pricing was less than all of the other vendors and his customer service was fantastic. I was debating between Suntek and Xpel. He recommended Suntek and I couldn't be happier. I had the full front end and rocker kit installed on Saturday. I dropped it off at 12 PM at his HOME and picked it up around 7:30 PM. His garage was extremely clean and prepped for the job. The finished product was great and I could tell that he sincerely cared about his work and is a perfectionist. After inspecting it closer on Sunday, I noticed a small bubble in the clear bra as well as a chip in my paint that I didn't touch up before the install. Let me be clear, the chip was NOT done by Norbert, I just missed it because I focused on other imperfections on my bumper before delivering to Crystal Autoshield. I e-mailed Norbert with photos and he came to my home on Monday, fixed the bubble (which is no longer visible) as well as touched up my paint at no extra cost. We talked "shop" for over an hour and he gave me great advice on maintaining my clear bra as well as my entire vehicle. Was really leery to have paint protection installed on my Jeep Rubicon as I've heard mixed reviews about the installation process and actual protection provided. My buddy referred me to Crystal Auto Shied and told me that Norbert who was the owner/installer would be able to answer any questions I may have about the whole thing. Boy was he right!!! Norbert is knowledgeable not only about the products he sells but about the process as a whole, something you just don't see in 2015 too often. After speaking with him for about 20 min he was able to answer all of my questions and appease my concerns regarding the paint protection process. I made an appointment with him the following weekend to drop my car off for installation (pretty easy to make an appointment too). I arrived work stall and immediately I realized how clean and organized the workspace was. Not to mention he was punctual, ready to go, and looked professional when I arrived. The installation took exactly the amount of time he had quoted, about half a day without my car. I had him do a full wrap on my hood, fenders, headlights, grill and windshield surround. Pretty extensive but the Jeep goes off road a lot and I wanted plenty of protection. (Figured if I'm doing it might as well go all in) The quality of the installation was impeccable, not only that, my car was clean and just as I had left it, something hard to find with most installers/repairers nowadays. Before I took delivery of my new Corvette in 2018 I decided to have a clear bra installed over the entire front of the car, and any other areas that might be subject to abuse. I initially found Norbert from on online search and positive reviews. I had no initial preference for a brand of film, just wanted top quality self-healing, and narrowed my search to Suntek Ultra. I then called Suntek to ask a few questions about the film, and spoke with a very nice woman. I then asked about certified installers in LA and although she said she was not supposed to play favorites, she heard nothing but praise for Norbert. That was enough for me. Norbert initially did my car a few days after I took delivery, doing about 60% of the car, and the work is flawless! He took care to "wrap" the edges so that you can't even see, and not 1 single person has ever been able to tell the car has film on it. Earlier this year as new patterns became available for the C7 Vette, I went back to Norbert and had the rest of the car covered so it is now 100% film. Unfortunately, in the last 2 months I have experienced some damage to the film, and sought Norbert's assistance to fix...he came though with flying colors, promptly fixing (at a fair charge) all of the problems. The bottom line is a ton of people install film, but customer service before/during and most importantly AFTER installation is what sells me, and Norbert is the best.....he is also a super nice, friendly guy that goes out of his way to accommodate the customers schedule. The job was done perfectly, I can not distinguish any visual differences between the covered and uncovered panels. I contacted around 10 installers in the area for XPEL ultimate but ended up with Norbert's SUNTEK product.
