Started of calling around to see who can see me right away, because I wanted to do my nails last minute. Wasn't too happy at all. I mean yes, I was fitted in as a walk in. But I was cut on my thumb, it's barely not even a full week after& it's lifting so much. Also my left index finger has a huge gap. She was working on me at first, then the girl who finished her pedi sat down& waited but she made us switch saying my nails needed to dry because she just plopped on the powder. I waited a good 15mins& she finished her up& had me sit back in the seat. There was other techs there, not sure why she juggled us both like that.. but overall, not sure if I'd go back. I literally went home&fixed it to my liking. Reshaped, shortened, flattened& little heart design was me. read more

Love the owner and loved honeys work unfortunately even though i had and appointment with honey she had someone else do me and my nails only lasted for three days before the punish started peeling and catching on things. I need to know that if i have and appointment and my girl is there that she is going to honor that appointment. Im so sorry but now i have to find s new place to go. Consistency is so important to me read more

This place is amazing, I see Bee for my nails every time ( first one the right) she has been my nail tech for 10 years now and she's amazing. They respect your time of appointment and Vicky is a sweat heart. The place is very clean and very affordable. I have always had an issue with an ingrown toe nail and Bee is the only one that has mastered to help me every time without hurting me. read more

Do NOT go to this nail salon! I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I visited today and asked about options for my dip nail set. The nail tech recommended removing the dip set. She used a plastic, fake nail to pry the dip set off my natural nails. This tore the tips of my natural nails and caused both of my thumb nails to split down the side. Ouch!! Avoid this place!! Lastly, I tipped $7 on this $28 service because I would feel guilty not tipping. But I will NEVER go back to this place. read more

I used to love going to Vicky and her daughter for my mom and I's pedicures but recently had a bad experience with removal of acrylics for my grandma. Tina used a fake nail to pop off her acrylics almost making her cry when I tried to confront her she said she did not speak English. Vicky is not confrontational as the owner of the business so Tina just does as she pleases. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back. This used to be my favorite place but after this experience they've lost 4 customers. Tina can get in big trouble for cracking fingernails like that. Terrible practice, avoid yourself the pain. read more

I always forget their names, but the lady who has the table to the left of the entrance is always amazing when it comes to ombré nails! They're super sweet and always squeeze me in! Which I appreciate since my work schedule can be a mess. Got a full set before my vacation and she made sure it was exactly what I wanted! The lady who did my pedicure was also so sweet and did a beautiful French tip read more

The salon is small but cute, there's about 4-5 pedicure massage jet chairs and about 4-5 manicure tables The owner/manager is very sweet and kind she insures you enjoyed your service when at checkout she also takes note of the service quality performed by the nail tech(s) Helen was my tech for a full set. I paid 65$ for the full tip plus a solid gel color. I asked for stiletto hot pink on nude pink French and left with coffin pink jelly nails. I told the tech 3 times that the shape was incorrect and she seemed to not understand me I really didn't wanna complain bc I didn't feel like doing them myself how ever every times I asked her to fix something or to reshape and file the tech seemed to become annoyed I had 2 crooked nails and one was shorter than the rest (not that noticeable) When it came time to polish my nails she did the color extremely far from the cuticle I asked as nicely as I could with out seeming agitated if she could get closer to the cuticle and she looked confused she got gel Polish into my cuticles as well as acrylic The manager asked me before I left if I enjoyed my service I was so annoyed I just said yes paid then left Day 3 of having my acrylics on and my index finger and middle finger nails have popped off my ring finger and my pinky finger are lifting My right hand seems to be okay minus the fact my index figure is lifting Thankful I can take them off and do them my self but for those who can't I'd recommend asking for the manager to do them or finding somewhere else to go I really can't be mad I knew this could happen I just hope the tech I had practices her shaping and acrylic application a little more the price I paid wasn't worth the set I left with especially considering the tech seemed to lack experience read more

Providing an update I still love my acrylics and for the wonderful job she did and the price I'll probably be back. As for my pedicure I will most likely never get it done here again. Originally the lady had said I had some Ingrown toe nails but I didn't really think so she pulled them out and made sure to be careful the one on my right big toe is fine no problems but my left big toe is swollen and I'm a lot of pain it's been 4 days now and it hurts to even walk. I will most likely go to drs and ensure it's not I texted but I would say perhaps next time make sure they listen when you tell them it's hurting. read more

Went to crystals and loved my spa pedicure and nails. I've gotten several compliments and Tina did a perfect job. The nail techs are super friendly and make sure you're happy with you're service. I had a picture on Instagram and they were able to replicate it. They did not rush and were not chatty. Also! Eyebrows! Vicky does an amazing job! She's my go to and can't find anyone who does them as perfect as she does. I will continue to go back! read more

I love this place. My mom, my sister and I have been coming here for years and the quality of service has always been excellent. The staff makes everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Love this place sooooo much. For a while I struggled to find a good place that had good pricing, good staff and good environment. I happen to be going to the grocery store when I spotted Crystal nails. When I went in all the staff was very friendly and welcomed me in. Ive been going ever since! They never disappoint with my nails. No matter how simple or detailed I may want my nails they have done a great job! read more

This is my second time coming to get my nails done here. The first time I came was in February before I went on my Hawaii trip and I was not pleased at all. Cindy who did my pedi was great and the owner or managers daughter did my mani and I was not pleased what's do ever! My mani was so bad that Cindy had to redo my nails. Now I know I could do my own and I chose to come here but that was ridiculous. So Cindy is no longer with this salon which made me very sad BUT I wanted to give them a second chance to redeem themselves. So of course I get stuck getting my pedi done by the same girl who previously did my mani and omg I totally regret it! I should have paid attention to my gut feeling when walking in! I paid $40 for the #8 pretty much they best pedi package and I didn't even get my toes painted (my choice because she had an appointment waiting) which I'm glad I made that decision. I can really see what toenails look like and no joke this girl did not even cut my toe nails correctly. I am so upset sitting in my car right now looking at my feet. Now I need to go to another spot to provide me a proper pedi. read more

I came here yesterday with my best friend to get our nails done. Fills and pedicures. I guess she comes ALL THE TIME but that was my first time. The lady that did my set was good. But the design is still bothering me because the line was crooked on my right ring finger. She tried fixing it several times so after the fourth attempt I just said whatever. Since it was getting worse everytime. The lady that did my pedicure kept having to redo the french tip since she kept trying to make the line so thin when I asked a few times for her to make it thicker. Price for both was about $60. Not bad. But 2 of the ladies in there could seriously work on their customer service a bit more. read more

Great nail shop! Vicki is so sweet, she came out of retirement for doing nails just because I asked for an ombré that only she knew how to do there. Customer service is great overall. They take their time and don't get upset when you ask them to fix things or make it just how you want. read more

I had a jell manicure with a flower design and paid $30 plus $5 tip. After the 3rd day, my nails started chipping which was rare occasion. I went back to the shop and showed my nails as well as explain the situation to Vicky the manager ( owner). Vicky was claimed that this never happened before which was a lie because one of her customers (white) who overheard our conversation told me (while we were outside) that it happened to her before and she redid her nails! Vicky told me to go to a cheaper salon next time because I happened to be black! I don't recommend this place for two reasons: 1. poor quality product and service, 2. Discriminatory and racist read more

Vicky was such a sweetheart. She helped me choose a design that I'd never thought I'd get in a million years and I am in love! She was very precise and took her time despite being very busy. I'm not a fan of waiting but I do like how my eyebrows are done here. You have to not be in a hurry when you get here because there is usually a line of people ahead of you. If she appears to be in a bad mood...leave because you'll have thin eyebrows later :-/ It's a multi-cultural experience to the extreme here. read more

VICKY IS A TRUE SCAMMER!! She will tell you a price and charge your card a total different price.. She picks and choose who she wants to tax with. She'll tell one person $10 the next person $12 and the next $13 dollars for eyebrows. She is fake and unloyal to HER LOYAL customers. The nail techs BARELY know how to do nails. The nails peel off like stickers after 3-4 days. This shop is a messssss and if I could give it -100 stars I'd do that. Shut this place down and get some REAL PROFESSIONAL nail techs and cosmetologist in here that actually APPRECIATES their customers!! Trust me I understand it's financially tough times for A LOT of people!!! Not just VICKY and her nail techs so be professional and HAVE A SET PRICE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. After being a loyal customer for YEARS. I'm done!! I'll be letting plenty of ppl know about this shop and the games they pull. read more

I called to make an appointment on 9/7. The person on the phone said she will give me an appointment with Jon/John. I arrived around 20 minutes later. I wanted full set coffin nails ombre. Everything about my nails are a disaster... My dislike of my nails was apparent, but I didn't make a big deal, as this isn't my go to nail shop. As word got around I didn't like my nails everyone in the shop acted as if they did the best job on my nails and how dare you for not liking your nails... This was my first time trying ombre, Jon said because it was my first time I don't know what it is. Excuse me, not only do I know what it is I know how it should look. One lady even said I will get used to it! What?No one said I'm sorry. They did give me $2 off my ugly nails, and really thought they did something great. They get the one star for my pedicure read more

I have been going to Crystal Nails for a long time now. I get my nails done there and I love them every time. I never have to tell Lisa what I want she just does them and they are so sexy every time. She takes her time to shape them and to do the artwork. I never feel like they are talking bad about me even if I tell her I don't like something. Now my girl Vikki gett's down on my eyebrows I never tell her what I want. Because I feel like you shouldn't have to if this is her job she knows what your eyebrows should look like but I was reading some woman's review and she was say's how Vikki didn't ask her what she wanted. Well that was your dumb ass to just sit there and let her do it knowing you have a way you like them. Then you tell people if they want a good job done go else where how bout you go else where and we will keep going to the best eye brow place in town which is CRYSTAL NAILS OFF OF UNIVERSITY AVE STE #313. An as for her looking in the mirror all the time as a businesswoman she has to stay fly at all times. The only way she can do so is to look in the mirror to make sure everything is in place so stop the hate cause I LOVE THIS PLACE AND STAND BEHIND IT 100%. -LELE- read more

I used to come here when I used to get acrylics. Maybe 3 or 4 years ago. This nail shop is a small size . The staff is ALWAYS friendly. There is sometimes a bit of a wait. The quality of the services is very good. Prices are kind of high for this type of salon. I didn't like how my eyebrows were done here. She would wax, thread and tweeze the eyebrows that I BARELY had. That just isn't right because when you thread eyebrows correctly you shouldn't have to clean up with tweezers or wax. Just saying. Anywho, you'll be okay if you decide to get your nails done by any of the sweet ladies here. read more

This was my first time coming here. If you're going your first time and paying with card, be sure to bring cash for the tip! Vicky was so sweet with everyone in the shop!! She didn't do my nails this time but she kept checking in to make sure I was happy with my nails and fixed the shape of my thumb when she saw I didn't like it. I didn't get the name of the girl who did my full set, she was also sweet. Minus a few small, like very small barely noticeable, details I'm in love with my nails! Tina did the accent nail only a foil marble and it's sooo pretty in person. My pedicure was okay, just a little rough. They have a lot of color options and they seem to be able to do a lot of different designs. I had to get my nails a little bit shorter this time so I can't wait to go back and play around with some nail designs! read more

I thought the prices were good, but for the work they do I would rather go to someone a little more xpensice than suffer through broken/cracked nails.. This is the second time I dealt with a nail injury due to Kim.. sad thing is she is one of the best in the shop. I don't know if they use cheap materials now, but Crystal nails is not worth going to! While Kim was doing my nails, another girl came in with broken nails and when she left Kim talked about her like the broken nails were her fault.. Now I see! It hasn't even been a week and she gave me a NEW FULL SET and my nails are already jacked up :/ with one cracked nail. read more
