From the beginning, a gel pedicure was explicitly requested, yet a regular pedicure was provided. 2. We requested a refund only. We did not ask for nor did we want a free polish upgrade. We simply wanted our money back so we could take our business elsewhere. 3. You have not addressed the quality of the polish correction. The poor workmanship is clearly visible in the photos. This is exactly the type of subpar service we were trying to avoid experiencing a second time, which is why a refund was requested in the first place. We only agreed to have the polish corrected after the refund was dismissed, and unfortunately, the quality issue remains evident. Dont try to spin this to your benefit .
