It was just a weird and uncomfortable first impression. I pay good money for my nails and have NO problem paying good money. Now as we were getting our feet done Andy came and started my nails i brought my own acrylic and he was slightly shocked and hesitant but he did so after speaking to us i guess they realized we wasnt ghetto and engaged in convo more. Which is offensive. My nails turned out GREAT he did a LOVELY job, and for that ONLY will i be returning. My feet was nice as well, my husbands feet came out nice i just wish i could have recieved a little more scrubbing but other than the horrible customer service the nails was great my feet were great as well. Also the lady was laying on the couch lazy, on the phone, another was on the phone with her shoes off neither of them budged when we came in. It was like pulling teeth on who was going to do our feet. Smh If they took a quality customer service training course i believe they'd get a hell of alot more traffic coming in.

Today I walked into this nail shop expecting a welcoming and professional experience, but…read moreunfortunately, that was not the case at all. The atmosphere felt very uninviting, and the staff came across as rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. I asked if they were busy, and the woman told me they were not and that she could take me right away. She immediately started filling the water for a pedicure, but based on past experiences at other nail salons, I asked how long the wait would actually be. Too often, nail shops say there is no wait, only to have customers sitting around for 15 to 20 minutes after the water has already been prepared. I simply wanted an honest answer about the timing. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer, I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the service itself, and unfortunately, the women working there seemed to lack professionalism and basic customer service skills. No one should feel unwelcome or dismissed when they are spending their hard-earned money. I will not be returning and hope the management invests in better customer service training.

I came in on Saturday, February 14th for a pedicure and manicure. While my pedicure was being done, another technician started my manicure and "finished" the prep in about 5 minutes. She repeatedly pressured me to get gel polish after I declined twice. When she started painting my nails, my cuticles had not been properly cleaned. Before she placed my hand under the UV light, I politely asked if she could clean my cuticles better first. She responded with an attitude, said she "can't do too much cuticle," and began rushing through my service in a careless and aggressive manner. She cut my pinky finger and applied a product that caused an immediate burning and stinging sensation. Then, while working on my middle finger, she cut a chunk into my skin and completely missed the cuticle area. This was not a minor nick -- it was a significant and painful injury caused by improper and negligent handling. It has now been 8 days, and my finger is still throbbing, painful, and extremely tender to touch. No client should ever leave a nail salon with an open wound and ongoing pain like this. I felt dismissed, rushed, and unsafe. This experience was unprofessional, unacceptable, and concerning in terms of basic safety and sanitation practices. I am sharing this so others are aware and can make informed decisions. I am going to the emergency room before it's been throbbing . I know she gave my ginger an infection . My finger is not normal .

It's a very small shop ! So patience is a virtue . I will say I'm not quite sure if they really go off appointment times . I called and they said come at 12 . I got there at 12:05 and didn't get seen until 12:30 . But again , I know they're a small shop so I was not too bothered by the wait . I pay 90$ for a deluxe pedicure which includes flower petals , scrub , oil down and massage . Clean up , hot wax on your feet , and finished with hot rock massage and hot towels , on top of my eyebrows and mustache getting waxed ! All for 90$ that also included the gel polish on my nails with French tip so just imagine how much it'd be if you just got regular polish ! That's a great deal and it's worth it . They are very good with precision and detail because my French tip was hand painted . I've never gotten my actual nails done here but I've seen customers leave with amazing designs and details . They always bring me back to life my feet always feel Ike a baby's bottom when I leave . Pros : good work , great pricing . Family oriented. Cons : small shop so limited chairs and techs , don't really follow appointment times . I have patience for things that's worth it ! They definitely are ! So I recommend getting a deluxe pedicure ! And listen to some music to dull the wait time lol . Also they have a card and after 10 services from them you get a free service so don't forget to get that card !

Instead I got something that didn't follow the lash line at all, was uneven, and made me look ridiculous. I literally cried in my car at the idea of anyone seeing me like that, it was humiliating. I texted Christina and asked her to just remove them. She said she could fix them. Fine. The last picture is what I walked out with after her "fixing" them, no additional commentary needed there! She said to come back in 2 weeks and she'd "fix" them more. So, I should come back and pay her more money for doing a bad job in the first place?! Plus, after an application, a removal, and another application my eyes burned for literally hours (I had to continuously flush them with eyedrops) and my eyelids were sore for 2 days. I asked for a refund and Christina said she'd refund half because she "spent a lot of time on it". Guess what? I spent a lot of time earning the money I paid to not get what I asked for and to walk out feeling worse about how I looked instead of better. I agreed to a 50% refund and haven't heard back from her since OR gotten my money back. So I ended up out $180 and with mangy eyelashes, spent my day off feeling like crap, and I had to pay again to get them done decently (after having to deal with false eyelashes for weeks while the damage grew out). They have so many beautiful orchids and they're so fun to look at while getting my pedicure done. I always have pretty great conversations with the ladies when I get my pedicure, never a dull moment. Gel Color change on kid…read more My daughter went in for a color change (white) and she did not ask for the price, she assumed it would be 20-25 maybe 28 dollars. Every shops she's been to has never exceeded $25, since it's only color. Once she's about to pay, the lady tells her $38. Their regular pedicure is $40, but she wants to tell my daughter $38 for color. That is ridiculous, she should have paid an extra $2 and got a full on pedicure. I then proceed to ask for the menu because at this point I feel she's just overcharging my kid to makeup for the no traffic at their shop. That service was not even on the menu, so I'm sure she just charged her whatever she felt like charging. Pleaseeeeee don't get me wrong, in no type or form am I being cheap, I just feel like she purposely overcharged her because she was a kid. If the color change was $50, by all means, I'll pay the $50 and tip her .. but in this case I feel that she took advantage of the fact that she didn't ask and was a kid.

From other reviews, I believe it was the mother who attended to me. She took her time and did a wonderful job. There is a woman who is in the salon cutting hair (five men came in as I got my pedicure). The place is clean and what I enjoyed most was how quiet it was.
