One thing to note is that the pedicure chairs are elevated, requiring you to step up into them, and they are not massage chairs. The basins also don't have jets, and the seating area feels a bit close together. My nail tech did a good job on my service, and I was happy with the final result. However, she did remind me that I should arrive on time next time because I was late, which, while understandable, didn't make me feel especially welcomed as a first-time customer. What stood out most was the overall customer experience. I noticed a drink menu and waited for someone to take my order, but no one ever did. Throughout my appointment, I was only spoken to by the receptionist and my nail tech.
