I needed a pedicure really bad. Even on a good day my feet are scary. I was next door buying a pair of shoes and happened to see this place and walked in. I asked if I could get a pedicure and how long it would take because I had just been released from the hospital and was on oxygen. I wanted to be sure I had enough to last. Heidi took me right in and got started right away. She did an awesome job considering what she had to work with. She took the her time to make my feet look good. This was my first visit here and found them through Yelp. I made an appointment with them for a mani with gel and a spa pedicure with callous scrub. There's plenty of parking available in front. When I arrived, there were no other customers. Heidi did my mani and the older gentleman, sorry I forgot his name. Did my pedi. It's hard to find someone who actual does a decent foot scrub and he did a thorough job. When he was done. He showed me all the dead skin that he scrubbed off! The heels of my feet felt soft and smooth again! Hallelujah! He cut and trimmed my toenails short as requested. I love the massage as well which made me feel sleepy. Heidi did an excellent job on my manicure. It's been ages since I pampered myself and made sure my nails were all the same length. Overall, the prices for the manicure and pedicure were very reasonable! As we were talking, I told her I'm finally pampering myself for my birthday. Before I left, Heidi was so sweet and gave me a birthday gift, olive hand lotion! This will be my go to place here in Redlands! read more

I started taking my dad here a few years ago. He has Parkinson's and cannot properly take care of his feet. Heidi and Hai are always so sweet and accommodating to him. Although it says they take walk-ins, you will need to make an appointment to ensure being seen. They take their time and work around his stiffness and tremors. They are very gentle and constantly ask if he's okay or needs anything. My dad loves coming here, and I will continue to bring him. read more

I visited this place for the first time yesterday on my work break. No one else was there and she locked the door behind us. It was raining so I imagined that was why, but it did make me feel a little uneasy at first. But Heidi was great! She was chatty and personable and took great care of my nails. I have very brittle and thin nails, so I often feel pain or burning with the filer. But not here which was great! My nails came out exactly how I wanted them to! It did take close to two hours for a full set, but I'm not complaining because she cares that much about the final result. Definitely will be coming back! read more

Chose this placed based on reviews and photos. I was not disappointed. Heidi changed my gel polish (on acrylic nails). The color I had was thick and stubborn to remove. She was patient and detail-oriented, carefully removing it. She was also patient as I was being indecisive about my polish color. I walked out with my nails looking way better than I expected. I just needed to fix a horrid polish color, but Heidi got my nails all the way together! Went back for an acrylic fill-in and gel polish. Precision and perfection, yet again. Heidi times appointments carefully so they are not unnecessarily rushed. Be patient if she tells you she doesn't have available last minute appointments. Plan ahead. read more

On June 14th, I had relatives come in from out of state for a wedding and we decided spontaneously to get mani-pedis together. I called upon opening that morning to see if we could come in (5 of us) for our cousin's wedding which was the next day. They said yes. I was so relieved bc I could tell it was getting busy already. Thankfully when we arrived, we were able to secure all 5 chairs for all of us next each other. We had a great time taking pictures and sharing a memories together. We were treated very well and given great attention. It's been a month and our toenails are still looking great. My cousin said it's the best mani-pedi she has ever had in her life. I also agree. Even though we didn't get the gel, they stayed looking so fresh and new for a really really long time. I don't know what they used on top but it was so durable. Best value in the entire area. Updating my review I have been coming here since high school!!! I graduated 5 years ago! This is so sad that I am about to write a bad review about this place. These pictures show how horrible they came out! This was two days after. My nail almost came off from the side! I had to be extra careful to not break them or I would have lost half my nail. I have been meaning to write this post because it is important that other customers knows how certain places are. I came in trying to get my nails off from my wedding. I didn't get them done there that time because I got them done in Vegas for my wedding. I couldn't stand the nails so I wanted to take them off. I am the type of customer that wouldn't just ask to take off my nails and waste their time. So I asked to get my toes done instead of a fill for my nails. I couldn't work with them. The lady with the bald spot in the back was rushing trying to take them off. She seriously didn't use anything to help take them off at all. Usually they'll use to liquid and sit my nails in there for a while. She did all this stuff with my nails. She cut them shorter but left the fake nails on still as you can see in the picture. I never asked for them to be done. She charged me additional without letting me know what she was doing. If she would have explained while doing it... "this will be this much more for me doing this. Is that okay?" I would had said yes but she told me after the fact. The lady that did my toes was very sweet. I wish I would have got her name. I was just really upset about my nails. They charged me without asking them to do a manicure and extra with my nails. I just asked them to be off that's it. Then on top of that, it didn't even last a week only a few days. I was so disappointed! I usually tell my friends to go there but no more. There are many places that'll let there customers know what they are paying for instead of doing things without their knowledge of how much it's going to cost more. No more 6 year customer coming this this nail salon. read more

Found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a shot. When we arrived, we walked up to the door and pulled on the handle to go inside. It was locked. I looked inside, and I saw a man doing a lady's pedicure. He put his hand up to let me know someone was coming to let us in. A lady opens the door and asked what we needed. I said, "Two pedicures and one mani. All regular, no gel." She said okay, but as I step inside she stops me and says, "For you or for both of you?" I said both of us. And she said, "No." she wasn't apologetic or nice about it. Didn't offer for us to come back at a different time. Very unprofessional. The location isn't the best either. read more
