I usually come to the this location a lot and they've done pretty good the past few times I've been here but it seems that no matter how much I tell them to not make my toenails short they use alternatives to do it. If I tell them not to use a nail clipper, they use the file to file them down short! It took a while to grow out my toe nails all for them to just be short once again, i clearly don't want my nails short but they just don't care and continue to do it their own way. Gotta wait at least 2 weeks now again to grow them out, UPDAT: It's 09-08 and I'll be posting another review. So I guess it's just depends on the nail tech you get cause the lady that did my feet today was so gentle, and understanding she had no attitude and was very careful. I have been a customer for over 12 years. I love these hard working ladies. My nails always look good. I'm very conservative and do not like anything over the top, they know it and never bug me about extra designs, etc. I have had them do brows, facials and massages. I am always pleased. My manicures and nails last for about 3 weeks before I need fills. About five years ago, my husband started going with me to have clean up manicures and especially pedicures. They always accommodate us by giving us their private room. He has very dry skin on his hands and feet, so they treat him very gently. He doesn't come as frequently as I do but enjoys it a lot. The shop and the equipment is always sterile and clean. Even in the tight economic times, I consider this my best splurge. read more

It was my first time this nail shop, i asked for glitter ombré and Amy was really rough with removing my previous nail color. I told her multiple times it hurt and she refused to soak my nails. I asked for coffin shape and she told me she wasn't able to do it. She did a horrible job and charged me $44. I returned to the nail shop three days later in hopes of someone else fixing the shape and ombré mess. I sat at station #6 and she did change the color and shape but still charged me $28. When she was done I had to request for her to put some oil on my cuticles and she told me that they didn't have any. I'm disappointed and will not return here. read more

Instead of what everyone would do, which is rush through the service she took her time and I didn't get out of there till 9 pm and I absolutely love my nails!! I don't know of any other nail shop that will open their doors to you after closing hours! This place doesn't over charge you either...Spa pedicures that include paraffin wax are only $25. Went a few weeks ago for eyelash extensions and a pedicure! The pedicure was fine but the nail tech went a little too deep with the cuticle cutting that there was some pain. It was fine in the end though. On the other hand, the eyelash extensions were BEAUTIFUL! I got the temporary lashes and they were done by Lily. They were supposed to last about 2-3 weeks but they lasted almost a full 4! I was 3 weeks in and still had people asking me where I got my lashes done. The best part is, they were only $30! I really recommend coming here for lash extensions. Nail stuff is decent but lashes are great. read more

Usually get my eyebrows waxed here but decided on a pedicure! Before sitting down, I was asked if I would like anything to drink and I answered water, but I guess she forgot.... The lady who did my nails didnt have a name tag or anything so I am unsure who did it. Anyways, I speak vietnamese and they were not speaking respectfully towards /about me and my sister. They didnt know I can understand... My water was lukewarm, close to cold but because my feet only soaked for a minute before she took it out, I did not correct it. I am used to going to salons that always ask me if the water is okay. Anyways, I felt like she half-assed my nails. Compared to the many other salons I have been to, I feel like she was rushing through! My cuticles still look gross. The "massage" lasted 2 minutes top. It just felt like she was rubbing my legs softly.... As far as the nails, I mean, it looks amateur and as if I had done it at home (which, mind you, I paint nails horribly). My sister had a french tip pedicure and the tech asked her how she liked the tip, and we had to reiterate that she liked it thin a couple of times because she kept repeating "oh, thick?" and then in vietnamese she goes "i hate doing it thin." Seriously????? I will not be getting my eyebrows done here anymore because of this poor experience. 1/5! I dont understand why is it busy here when service sucks and so does the techs. read more

She started doing my nails and I kept asking her if the color was gonna turn pink because it looked white, she immediately took her mask off and raised her voice and said you keep telling me you're confusing me. It DID NOT meet the expectations. They promote false advertising. I had shellac previously on my nails & instead of soaking it off she took the machine to my nail at a very high speed & starting cutting up all my cuticles. This was my first visit. I like the look of the salon. But, the service is questionable and I didn't get what I wanted. I won't be returning. I wanted a refill and she (Thao) just gave me a clear gel as a refill. She argued with me; wanting to give me a whole new full set. I didn't need a full set and stood my ground on a refill. Then, I get the gel and no white tip powder. She was very short and rude to me after that. As for the pedicure from Tina; she did a great job there. The complaints there is that she was distracted and didn't concentrate solely on me. The massage was laughable. And, she was very, very pushy about nail art. I don't like nail art and if I have to say no more than 5 times - that's an issue. The next pet peeve I is that I made it very clear that I wanted them (the mani and pedi) done separately - not together as you don't get to enjoy a pedicure if your having someone deal with your hands the whole time.
