Save your money and do not come here! The lady quoted me $35 for a pedicure and $55 for my nails when it's time to pay my total was $178!!!! When I asked her that doesn't add up 2 pedicures and 1 gel manicure doesn't come out to almost $200 She said oh yes the pedicure is $35 but I charge $25 EXTRA for gel color. Wow how about letting a customer know before hand. She also kept adding charges throughout my service. For my color I said French tip and she said that's an extra $10 At this point find another place with people who won't price gouge. They're also extremely dirty. I arrived 10min later and was told to "sit there and wait a while.." better communication would be nice. Just not a good nail salon sadly. I did the deluxe pedicure with regular polish for $60. She put the hot wax on my feet before she started the 15 min timer for the massage so she was only able to (lightly) rub my calves and shins and didn't touch my feet. At one point she put her hands on my shins and leaned her full body weight on me to get closer and hear what I was saying because the music was so loud. I had to say "sorry that hurts can you not do that". She also fully painted my cuticles and made no attempt to clean them up. Once she finished and I paid they basically pushed me out the door. I said that I didn't think the polish was dry and there was no one waiting for my seat so I didn't understand. Of course 5 min later they got screwed up and are basically ruined. They also have such a limited selection of colors. I asked for a dark red that didn't have sparkle and that was too exotic apparently. She kept showing me magentas and fire truck reds. read more

Would not recommended the builder gel service. The nail has no apex and is bumpy which can be seen in the final product. They got polish on my skin and didn't wipe it off. Also buffed down the topcoat on my nail so part of it is dull. Nails are all different shapes and lengths. When I cured the gel it burned so bad that I had to take breaks every 3 seconds. Cost of this procedure was $70 not including tax. $10 extra if you want cateye polish. read more

Horrible experience. I went to get a manicure. My fingers and nails were so bruised by the time that she finished I was mortified. I ended up going to another salon to get the nails removed and ended up realizing how bad the bruising was. I am still sore. The salon that helped fix this advised to not put nails back on and let them heal due to how severe this was. Even after noting the drill was hurting and clearly hitting my skin constantly she just continued to tell me to relax. The manicure was horrible. The nails were uneven, excessively thick, and overall poor. My nails are now bruised (didn't even know that could happen). Concerned I actually have an infection now. Got my nails done for a wedding and the person who did my nails here (Jasmine) was so good! She was thorough, detailed, and very supportive of my vision/design I wanted. I got the acrylic nails with small pearls. Love how these turned out! I was initially worried that it would fall off quick after a few weeks but let me tell you that these actually lasted 3 MONTHS! Great service! We did a walk in, my mom, sister and I. They were able to take in all of us. I got a massage and so did my sister. My mom got a pedicure, and massage. The staff is super friendly and made us feel completely comfortable. The place is small with 4 chairs and three nail stations but service is excellent. Upcharges galore! Need existing polish taken off? That's an extra $10 for toes and $10 for fingers. Want gel? That's an extra $25 each, too! Total to check out was 4x-5x what I normally pay and my heals were still very rough/dry like sandpaper. If you don't use cash, that's another upcharge. "Deluxe" pedicure which includes 15 min massage should be $60, but by the time you pay for polish removal ($10) and gel ($25) you're at $95 plus tax and tip. Massage chair is very old and not comfortable...Left my back feeling tender to touch (like I had a sunburn under the skin). Skin on legs and feet still looked and felt extremely dry (see photo). Fill in is $35 plus another $35 in up charges so $70 plus tax and tip for basic, one color service. They did fit me in quickly and did both toes and fingers at the same time. Location and hours were convenient to where I was staying. There are other places recommended to me by locals in the Al Moana Mall about a mile away. I had a very mid experience here for a pedicure. They accepted me as a walk in which was nice, and the staff was also welcoming. The salon does have some health safety concerns though. I was thrown off that they didn't automatically line the foot tub with the plastic, and I was actually charged for it. The exfoliating gloves, exfoliating sponge, and heel scraper seemed to be shared among all clients which I found kind of gross. The actual pedicure itself was also not impressive. The paint went out of the lines and my lady spent more time cleaning it up than actually doing it. The finished product still has messy lines. To top it off, this was one of the most expensive pedicures I've ever gotten, and I'm from SF Bay Area. I don't think the service or the result is worth the price. The cheapest option for a pedicure that they offered me was $45, then adding in the tax and plastic liner came out to $49. Needless to say I'll try and find a better place in Waikiki read more

I visited one shop that didn't even acknowledge my presence for over 15 minutes! Happened to be walking by Crystal Nail Salon one evening on the way to an eatery and I saw workers cleaning up. Since it was toward closing time, I wasn't expecting to be serviced nor was I expecting the great customer service I received when I walked in! My pedicures are a little "extra" lol if I do say so myself, as I have acrylic on my toes so I always expect to pay more and for it to take time. The manager Melissa not only acknowledged that but also offered me an appointment at a time where she'd be able to service me with the time needed to give me excellent results. I appreciated that! This place is conveniently located across from the International Market Place in Waikiki and my friend and I already had an appointment at the dry bar an hour out so we thought we would try to get our nails done if possible before checking into our dry bar appointment. The ladies were kind enough to fit us in, in fact, they accommodated us and told us if they don't finish we can go back after our other appointment! They knew how much of a rush we were in but they worked together to try their best to service our mani and pedis all at the same time! They did not let quality get past them though even when we were pressed for time so that truly spoke volumes of the pride they take in the work they did for us. We didn't finish but we did return to complete the service and they did so professionally. We appreciated the work and the accommodation!
