I visited his shop five times with questions before I finally gave the go ahead to proceed with a ring design and never once did he make me feel like a burden or that I was wasting his time. The sales rep who was working was unfriendly, rude, unprofessional and didn't greet customers. It was a lack of skills and Gorjana needs to do better in the hiring. When you're in retail there should be a level of professionalism. Prior to walking into the store there were some customers who walked out and forewarned others walking by the store. I suggest shop at Mejuri instead.

Garen was very upfront, professional, and confident. He explained that he would be using laser welding, which helped minimize heat exposure to the opal, and that gave me a lot more confidence leaving the ring with him. The finished work came out beautiful. The sizing looks clean, the ring fits perfectly, and the price was very reasonable for the care involved. It was definitely worth the longer drive.
