The instant we got there my daughter and I were warmly greeted by Kendall and Mel and they thoroughly went over the whole process with us. It was our first time and my daughter was a little nervous as she didn't know what to expect. My daughter felt a little more relaxed after she found out that she can change into a comfy white robe and socks and was then taken into the chamber room. I was able to be with her the whole time which was cool. No pun intended ;) 3 minutes is the cryospa target time. We were told that you reap the full benefits by withstanding the extreme cold for the full 3 minutes - so my teen was determined. Mel kept her comfortable the whole time and talked to us about the process and my daughter enjoyed the pampering.
