She actually said "you can ask her when you call her" we don't give out that information. How unprofessional!!

I've been going there for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about the red light therapy and what it has done for me...smaller pores, reduction in acne, rosacea, scarring and stretch marks. Since I joined 7 days ago I have done, Red Light therapy, Cryotherapy , Sauna , Compression of my legs, arms and waist and upper thighs, IV with vitamins added, an IM shot for immunity. I recommend new patients to be cautious of the way they do their billing practices. I was charged about 6 mos after services were rendered. I did not receive any notice via email, mail prior to being charged. The person in charge Elizabeth was unable to convince me that the charges made were for the dates of services rendered. She also took an antagonistic defensive tone rather than try to quell my justified frustration when I communicated with her initially. This is not good business practice.

I forwarded it to my husband's computer because he has a printer but couldn't open it because of my password. I called the office and was told to drive in to get it because they were paperless. I'm 73 years old and this was not convenient and if they are worried about the environment what about the car emissions?? I asked again if they would mail it and I was told no because of the HIPAA laws and they would be fined $10,000 if they mailed me my paid invoices. I said I get my doctor and hospital invoices all the time through the mail and her response was that I should sue them. Needless to say I canceled my next appointment.

Dr. Gus was recommended to us by a member of our same church who told us what a wonderful doctor he was and how his nutritional and health based treatments significantly improved his medical condition. My son started meeting with Dr. Gus twice weekly for hyperbaric oxygen treatments to help improve his immune system and monthly with Dr. Gus for chiropractic treatments. Within 1-2 months of his initial appointment, my son's speech significantly improved in both the quantity of language that he used and in the complexity of his language.
