Needed an emergency IV drip to help with the post -holiday fatigue and Lume wellness was available. Easy to book and the ladies are wonderful and they all look amazing. They are like wellness Angeles lol. I love this place and I will come back to try out their other service. Thank you for the nurse that helped me , i forgot her name but since I had to wait awhile past my appointment time she hooked me up with an extra vitamin concoction to help with my migraine. Appreciate that cause it made this mamas self care day. read more

Anna is amazing! Great place to go. Super nice and super clean. Nurses are all very friendly

For all things skin-related, I seriously cannot recommend Sharon enough!! Her knowledge, care, and personalized approach have completely transformed my skin. She truly understands even the most complex skin issues, and after years of seeing dermatologists with little progress, Sharon has been a true lifesaver. No one has been able to help my skin the way she has...so grateful for her! read more

What a gorgeous spa! We were in Chicago for the holiday weekend and stumbled upon this spa on Yelp. We booked an infrared sauna and were so impressed with the facilities and the wonderful staff. Thank you, Lume! read more

My review is solely on the sauna experience. Online it says 60 minutes, but you really get 50. They leave a timer in your room to track time. It can feel rushed if you try to fit in a shower, changing, and drying your hair in the last few minutes. So in reality you get about 40 minutes of real in-sauna time. Other than the timing, I do like the facilities. They are clean and it's calm. I prefer the bigger sauna room, which you automatically get when you book on the hour. In the sauna, you can connect your audio to bluetooth. They also provide robes, drinking water, towels, hair ties, shampoo, bodywash, and conditioner. read more

Great experience! The space is so clean and relaxing. I did the lymphatic compression and a vitamin shot. The staff is super friendly and well educated on all of the offerings and benefits. read more

The IV business of my dreams honestly. Such a zen, beautiful, calming space (and it smells incredible)- the staff was so welcoming, professional and accommodating. Angelina (I think, apologies if I got the name wrong) at the desk fit me in last minute and walked me through all the potential vitamin add-ons, then the manager Madison gave me some excellent IV service. I chose the Immunity Idol IV with a vitamin trio add on - they put you in a comfortable & personal IV pod - perfect for relaxing and recharging. I wound up signing up for the monthly membership since I will definitely be back- so excited to have found Lume. read more

A+ for professionalism! The nursing staff is the cream of the crop. Always friendly, always making sure I'm comfortable. I've been getting the NEO sculpt to tighten up my abs and arms and so far, good results. Everything is clean and the music they have is totally relaxing. I can't wait to try their additional services! read more

While at Stretchlab Westloop I saw a promo for Lume Wellness so I decided to check it out. The atmosphere is very calm and chill plus the staff is so nice! I got the Energy Boost (B12 shot) and Solo Chill (Cryotherapy). Nicollette (staff nurse) gave the quickest shot that I've ever had in my life! Rachel (cryotherapy specialist) educated me about the experience and she was right, cryotherapy is freezing but it feels better than getting an ice bath. Rachel is very sweet and friendly. I came out feeling refreshed and energized! I'll definitely be returning. read more

Lume Wellness - IV Hydration Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

This place is great and highly recommended for their professionalism, care, and being such a high tech facility. After researching all of the medical grade hyperbaric facilities in the downtown Chicago area, I landed on Lume to go for my hyperbaric sessions. They were able to cater to my doctor's specific recommendations and the staff's care has definitely met those standards. I'm actually trying to get in touch with Yelp! to see if I can get this review up to a 6-star rating. Why I recommend this place: - This place can cater to a wide range of hyperbaric requirements. - The staff is professional and care about what they do. - The facility is clean, hip, and relaxing to be at. - Their hours open give you a lot of flexibility. read more

After a recent skin graft surgery, my doctor recommended hyperbaric oxygen treatments to accelerate healing. I'm now a firm believer in the benefits of hyperbaric oxygen. In just two treatments so far, I've seen drastic improvement in the appearance of my surgical site. The staff is really helpful and knowledgable and makes me feel right at home. I would recommend this as an essential part of healing for any major surgery. Such a relaxing environment, and a really great way to spend an hour. Looking forward to coming back! read more

Starting with the postives, Lume is well appointed and interiors are modern, clean, and inviting. Bookings are very easy as well as you can do it through the website or through their app. I booked the infrared sauna. I was very surprised when I was told that I would have the sauna room for 45 minutes - but that INCLUDES the time for you to shower, blow dry your hair, get dressed, and do your make up. I mean... I have long hair and it takes me 10 minutes just to dry my hair even with a super powerful hairdryer. So that meant I only had 20 - 25 minutes of sauna time, at the maximum, for a $50 price tag. There was a timer given that was supposed to help me track time, but that actually just completely stressed me out as I found myself constantly staring at the timer, afraid that I would run out of time in the sauna as I was mentally planning how fast I could possibly shower and get ready before time runs out. I know that other places have a centralized shower room so you can get the full allocated time for the sauna... I may opt for one of their competitors next time. This is a shame as I really want to revisit, but the more I thought about it, the more stressed / upset I became. read more

Went to Lume on vacation in Chicago and it was the perfect pick me up after a long travel day. I did an IV drip and cryotherapy. I was so relaxed during the IV, the nurse made me feel very comfortable and even brought me a cup of tea. The combo of the IV and cryo made me feel so energized for the rest of my trip. I wish there was a Lume back home! I will definitely be back! read more

The lady who did a covid test on me (via nasal swab) was not trained appropriately in the administration of the test. I barely felt the swab. So when she came back and said my test was negative, I thought "of course it was". You basically swabbed the air. They need trained personnel (eg nurses), or they should stop offering covid tests. I've had a real covid test before at a hospital, and everyone knows the swab goes in gently but as deep as possible to obtain infected cells from the walls. Not just swabbing your nostril hairs. read more

Lume is great - the staff is very friendly and and extremely knowledgeable. Madison was amazing!!! The space is very calming as well.

I work in the area and my office got a promotion code "LumeNeighbor" which got me $20 off. So I figured I'd stop in and check this place out. First off, I was very impressed by the General Manager (I believe her name is Meredith) who happened to be at the front desk when I arrived. She walked me through all of the services, the benefits of each service, and the pricing. I decided to get the Immunity Idol IV since it's flu season I figured anything to help me not get sick is a plus. The nurse who gave me the IV was very nice and talked to me the whole time about the benefits and how the whole process will work. For the next 25-30min I got to sit in their very comfortable chairs with a glass of warm tea. After my service was over I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of the space, so I sat in the lounge and finished my tea, when I was ready to leave the staff was nice and got my coat and shoes and I was on my way. 10/10 will be going back, glad a place like this has finally opened up in River North. read more

My mom & I were having some Chicago winter blues, low energy and tired after the holiday chaos so we headed to Lume for their Big Energy IV drip. Upon entering we're greeted by welcoming nurses, took our jackets and shoes, gave us slippers to feel more comfortable & relaxed. The ambience was very relaxing. The Nurse Practitioner Mayra took our vital signs and started our IV line with just one poke, then took us to our individual comfortable lounge pod where the Big Energy drip infused for about 40 minutes. The nurse brought some warm tea. I also decided to get the Vitamin D Booster Shot since it's the middle of winter and lacking some sunlight. To my surprise, the nurse was so amazing I didn't even feel the injection! The hour was exactly the relaxing & rejuvenating experience our bodies needed. I can't wait to come back and try their cryotherapy. read more

Madison was awesome. I came and got the champions drip with some B vitamins. Great experience.

Lume wellness has an awesome staff who is always on the ready and appears to enjoy pacifying its patrons. Especially Maddie who really explained the process on how to intake their products and being carful not to overwhelm one's self with too many drip treatments at once. Understanding the methodology behind consuming their products and the effects are extensive and makes total sense once you are in the cycle. I'm 66yo have had several drip packages and i feel amazing and very seldom tired. Ive also noticed a change in my skin texture and brightness. Thank you Lume for continuing to rejuvenate me. I cannot rave enough about this amazing place! I came in last evening for the first time for a massage from Alyssa. I was recommended by many others to check this place out and so glad I did! I booked a 60 min massage and it was incredible. She was kind and inquired about concerns and made me comfortable and well taken care of. I came in to destress and she exceeded my expectations and will absolutely book 90mins next time. This place exuded calmness and I cannot wait to experience all the other services they provide. Thank you Alyssa! read more
