Haven't tried cryotherapy here yet, but I've been here twice now for the infrared sauna. We did the 2 person sauna and I think it was $60 for both of us which is steal. My husband tried another place and they charged him $80 just for himself! The sauna was spotless and so clean both times we came here. The room has plenty of space to put your stuff, along with a chair you can hang your clothes on. They also have towels already inside the room. The girls at the front both times were very friendly and answered the questions we had since we were new to using an infrared sauna. They have some great package deals, so we may be signing up for one the next time we go. read more

Shouldn't have black towels it just doesn't seem clean and I can iit smelled like mildew. Also no nice wet towel to wipe sweat off with essential oil eucalyptus like other places I've tried and sadly a friend of mine got some bacteria infection after session. Professional and clean. I got a living social to try the infared sauna and I loved it! The suite is facing South Dixie Highway so you have to go through the back of the building and walk to the street. Parking is in the back. Entering it the decor is cute very aqua and silver for all the selfie lovers. Went into the room and it's a sauna booth. The booth is spacious enough, and has a light control and inside you can pick your temp. I went with 140 for the first time and worked up a great sweat. You can take your phone in there with you and I had a grand time relaxing and listening to music. There's a radio that you can open up, but I couldn't figure out how to work it. My one complaint is that rooms aren't sound proof, so even when I was trying to zone out I could hear the convos next store. Also be aware that the room is shared with a nitrogen tank they use for Cryo treatments so even though there's a curtain the staff may walk into the other side of room through a sep door. I really enjoyed my experience at Cryo Miami. I booked my session online, and they have a special of $35 for your first time! I went with one of my friends, and we each went into the 'chamber' for 3 minutes total. It was cold, but bearable because they give you socks and gloves to wear once inside. The place itself was also kept tidy/clean. You do have to sign a waiver at the beginning, so try to get there a bit early. The entire process was very quick, which is awesome. They also have a sauna and some other treatments available. Definitely recommend! Also, directions: it can be hard to locate because of the GPS, so just turn right on US-1 right after you see the Japanese Sakura restaurant. It's right there. read more

Went to Cryo Miami yesterday since I found some Groupons (don't need to buy it, just show them the offer and they will match price) and wanted to try the full body cryo and the facial. Lawrence and Christina are super nice. They explain everything well and the experience was awesome. I spent 3 minutes in the cryo body thingy and boy oh boy do you legs get cold! Does the therapy work? I won't know unless I do it some more. The cryo facial is the best. It is so relaxing and makes your face feel like an ice cube but in a good way. I definitely want to do the cryotherapy again since I play a lot of sports and work out a lot. Always super sore. read more

It's my first time trying the cryotherapy. What it is you enter the cryo chamber the temperature in the chamber is lowered to approximately -240 degrees Fahrenheit, the body reacts by sending blood from the skin surface, muscle tissue, and surrounding joint space to the bodies core. While the blood circulates in the bodies core the blood is cleansed of toxins and supplied with oxygen, nutrients, and enzymes. It's only for 3 minutes, the first minute you don't even feel it and the worse is the last 30 seconds. It's best that you're u keep moving in place and don't get scared when you feel your legs like there are a bunch of needles on them (like a weird numbness). I really enjoyed and happy that I got the groupon deal where you pay around $90 for 3 sessions, which you can use for facial cryotherapy. The girl that works there let my friend and I try it, so I'll definitely use one of my session for a facial. After a groupon signed up immediately and now go to Cryo Miami 3/4 times a week. Everyone who works here is friendly and outgoing which really helps those 3 minutes in full body cryo sessions!! As a member you can combine full body, facial, or spot treatment with celluma or infrared sauna so it never gets old. My friend signed up even though she used to go to a different spot closer to where she lives and we've been able to use the infrared sauna comfortably at the same time. Really great idea for catch up time with a friend/significant other. The workers are laid back if you are early or late and you can always call beforehand to make sure. Cryo has helped me manage my slipped disk and scatia as I transition from PT into a consistent workout schedule. I also found that it helped my psoriasis near my elbow especially with spot treatments. Definitely try it out and if you are a nervous first timer come here over anywhere else they will make you feel so welcome and comfortable.. I am a person who is very active and exercises regularly throughout the week. I had done some research regarding cryotherapy and found it is suppose to be a great way to either help with muscle and joint recovery after exercising or to speed up the recovery process following an injury. Usually after a good workout, my body will remain sore for 24-48 hours and I won't be able to really exercise the same muscles for 4-5 days without pain or tightness. So I decided to drop by Cryo Miami last Friday after completing a leg day at the gym. I was pleasantly surprised that after just a 3 minute cryotherapy session, I had absolutely no soreness the next day. My body and muscles had completely recovered and I actually was able to go for a 5 mile run the next morning.
