I didn't know much about cryotherapy, but my friend dragged me into RESET. I'm a professional skeet shooter, and my training, workouts, and nutrition are on point... I went for my first Cyrotherapy session yesterday and the experience was PHENOMENAL! I was truly impressed. The owner greeted me with kindness, she was very thorough and informative. She was amazing to talk to. The place is very CLEAN and has a view of the Bay, which is soothing and tranquil. There is a parking lot right next to the studio which is convenient because parking in Miami Beach can get tricky or you can valet for $3. Clean socks, glove, slippers, and a robe is provided to you. The cyro experience is indescribable, it only took 2.5 minutes for me and I almost didn't last, but now I'm craving it more and more. At the 1.5 minute mark my body felt an unknown sensation, it was so unique and I liked it! The endorphins that are released afterwards makes the whole day a happy one.
