As someone who loves self care, the experience I have here, makes me forget the crazy stress or outside world for the moment. Today I was driving down from Boca and of course if you know Miami traffic - 9 times out of 10 you know it's going to be an unpredictable drive. Fortunately, I gave a call about 8:30am for my 10am appointment to inform them that I may be running behind. However, the stress and anxiety I had about my drive was quickly diminished as they adjusted my appointment time. Service here is always consistently SUPERB! Once arriving, I went into the waiting area to drink a hot tea and relax. My masseuse was super friendly and amazing as well. Since I did the lymphatic body massage today, they give you a disposable bikini to dress into. I informed her of my problem areas and she got to work. She started on my midsection/waist which I loved because as a woman dealing with bloating, this massage helps! It gets your waistline snatched! Also, I love when they pull out the tools to really help get into different parts of your body. They also have the infrared sauna which on top of your body massage really allows you to sweat out toxins! I am so tired of this spa overcharging me. I asked in person to cancel and said, are you sure it's canceled? Yes, they assured me. This happened in the past. I emailed them and never heard back and then they just said "Oh our email doesn't work. It's old." But never updated a new one. This happened to me another time where I was charged twice and asked in person and on the phone for them to cancel the other charge and they said they would and it never happened until 5 times later. The massage is okay. Masseuses are nice. But customer service is the worst. I've been charged at least 3 times accidentally. Nothing is ever done. I'm contacting my credit card company and then canceling it because this massage cannot be trusted. o read more

So happy I found this place! I was feeling lethargic, swollen, and bloated so I decided to get a lymphatic drain massage. It's not a relaxing type of massage, it's a stimulating, invigorating massage but not painful. Afterwards I felt better! I couldn't believe it! Bonus is that my skin looks tighter and firmer on my arms, legs, and abdomen. Ultrashape is a boutique setting that is charming and clean. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. Warning!!!!!This place has got to be the biggest rip of we have ever experienced!!!! It's a complete waist of money!!! This makes me sad and I even wondered if I should even post because they only have one review but since they did absolutely nothing to fix the disappointment other then $15 dollars off a massage that cost over a $100 I don't know exactly....for a 1 hour massage that was only 30 minutes tops and then when I confronted them about it because I timed it they said it's from the time you walk-in the door your time starts!!! Well I have never heard of that and it should not take 30 min from the time you enter to the time they actually massage you! I have never in my life heard of that! Then to fix it they give me a little money off!!!
