After an incredibly long and intense conference hosting a group of North American CEOs, my…read morecolleague and I were thrilled to learn that the group had gifted us spa services as a thank-you. Exactly what we needed. We chose the 80-minute deep tissue massage, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. Spa manager Jessica greeted us warmly and enthusiastically, immediately setting the tone. We were offered champagne, then asked to complete a brief intake form to note our needs and any areas of concern. From there, we were escorted to the women's locker room, changed into plush robes and slippers, and spent a few relaxing minutes in the sauna. Soon after, our massage therapists arrived, Nelly for me and Jenny for my colleague, and guided us to a beautiful, dimly lit treatment room. We settled onto warmed massage tables and were wrapped in the softest, most luxurious sheets. And then... the real magic began. Nelly was absolutely phenomenal. She worked through my sore, overworked muscles with incredible skill for over an hour. Her hands were both strong and intuitive, her movements gentle and graceful as she transitioned from one area to the next. The pressure was deep and effective, paired with an impressive understanding of anatomy and, honestly, my body in particular. I never wanted it to end. It was exactly what I needed to melt away the stress of the previous week. I left completely obsessed with every aspect of this spa and fully plan to return very soon, this time with my boyfriend. I will absolutely be requesting Nelly again. And I should add, my colleague was equally impressed by Jenny. These women are true artists.

This place is amazing! I've been doing Pilates with Nicole…read morefor several months now and it has literally changed my life. I was a big guy, as in tall and heavy when I started (less heavy these days!). Nicole took the time to evaluate my specific situation and tailored my training. When I started, I suffered from back pain caused by a small hernia in my lower back, not severe enough for surgery. After just a couple of sessions, the pain started to fade. A month into it, it was gone! Nicole's training had strengthened my core without putting my back in risk. Now, in addition of not having back pain, I am stronger, more flexible, and way lighter than when I started. Scheduling is a breeze, she is very flexible, understanding and fair. I would recommend this studio to anyone that wants to get stronger and healthier. Don't waste your time and money on "one size fits all" Pilates classes. This is truly a custom made experience and believe me. It pays off!!!

It's a personal sauna, private with a large blackout curtain in front. There is a small space to get ready and they have the disposable panties and bra so you don't have to bring your own into the sauna. Inside, there is a tray with ice cold water, some jade rollers and cold wet towels - which i thought was the loveliest touch. My favorite part was the incorporated bluetooth speaker. I paired it easily with my phone and was able to listen to my audiobook for the whole hour at leisure.

They had a steam room, sauna, and a great relaxation area. You also get access to the outdoor pool if you want to utilize that while you are there. The massage itself was prefect and I always love when they let you pick your own aromatherapy scent. I gave the experience shower a try afterwards and it was neat. So many different water options, lights, and even music if you wanted. We grabbed lunch by the pool afterwards. Overall it made for a really lovely day. They will validate your valet so I think it ends up costing around $14 instead of the standard rate.

The spa itself is elegantly designed, combining modern luxury with elements of Eastern tranquility. I opted for a full-body massage, and the therapist was absolutely skilled in addressing my areas of tension. The pressure was perfect, and I felt every muscle relax and release. The use of high-quality oils and the attention to detail in each movement was exceptional. The facilities are top-notch, with a gorgeous relaxation area, steam rooms, and a beautiful pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, adding to the sense of escape. The staff was warm and professional, making sure my experience was seamless from start to finish. Overall, the Mandarin Oriental Spa is a perfect oasis of calm in the heart of Miami. It's a bio-synchronization bed therapy session promoting the body's healing ability. Once I arrived, I was welcomed with a smile and was given a great tour of their facility. I have to admit, I was transported to a core memory of my youth's first experience of Epcot Center and their Innovation Land. The center is very serene and futuristic in feel. The ambiance is immediately set and you are transported from the busy hustle and bustle streets and lifestyle of Miami. Once my tour concluded I was prepped for my session and surrendered to the peace. I laid back, dark glasses on and meditation music radiating through the headphones. As the minutes progressed I coukd feel myself drifting and getting immersed in the experience. Once my 30mins ended I did not want to leave. I felt relaxed and my body regenerated. As I walked back to my car I could feel the positive effects of my session. I look forward to experiencing again.

She helped me schedule & reschedule appointments, understand billing, and throughly detail what each treatment entailed. The therapists did a good job with the products and I always think it is a good idea to do some holistic treatments every once in a while to keep your body clean and healthy. I believe some of the treatments could be a little more affordable or offer different combo packages. They do offer discounts on packages of three or more on certain treatments. The location is off Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater and the facility could not feel more clean. The tall windows allow so much light to enter into the establishment which I loved as well. My next treatment will most likely be a massage, but it was pretty interesting to see all the different options and treatments, half of which I've never heard. I had a very comfortable few visits and will be back soon!
