They also focus on a holistic approach, which is rare to come across these days. I have suffered excruciating pain in my neck and upper back, to the point where I become immobile and can't perform normal daily tasks for a week or so. These flare ups would come every few weeks for about 8 years. I went to countless doctors and orthos and they could never really pinpoint the issue or cause. It was tiresome... I was being prescribed tons of therapy and exercises, only to find myself getting more and more flare ups. It felt like I was going backwards in progress and no one could help. Almost two years ago, I finally found Dr Meagan and Justin and gave them a shot. They found the root cause!!!! I was so relieved! It got to the point that I had to go to urgent care to then go to a podiatrist to then be told I needed physical therapy. Luckily for me, I got sent to Florida Occupational Healthcare. For a month, three times a week, I had therapy at 7 in the morning. To begin with, I'm not even a morning person, yet these people made it worth my while. I didn't dread coming in the morning. I was always treated with kindness and respect. From the receptionists to the physical therapists, every single person working has a smile on their face. Not to mention that one of the therapists, Danny, makes some amazing coffee. That aside, my therapist was Alain and I'm grateful that he was with me in my journey to fully recover from my sprained ankle. He wasn't just my therapist, he was someone who pushed me to do better in and out of therapy. I don't doubt that now that I return to the gym I will be taking with me some of the exercises I did at physical therapy. All in all, I'm glad that if I had to get physical therapy, I got sent here.
