It got to the point that I had to go to urgent care to then go to a podiatrist to then be told I needed physical therapy. Luckily for me, I got sent to Florida Occupational Healthcare. For a month, three times a week, I had therapy at 7 in the morning. To begin with, I'm not even a morning person, yet these people made it worth my while. I didn't dread coming in the morning. I was always treated with kindness and respect. From the receptionists to the physical therapists, every single person working has a smile on their face. Not to mention that one of the therapists, Danny, makes some amazing coffee. That aside, my therapist was Alain and I'm grateful that he was with me in my journey to fully recover from my sprained ankle. He wasn't just my therapist, he was someone who pushed me to do better in and out of therapy. I don't doubt that now that I return to the gym I will be taking with me some of the exercises I did at physical therapy. All in all, I'm glad that if I had to get physical therapy, I got sent here.
