We love super hero speech. Our son has been in therapy with them since he was 2 years old and is currently 5. He not only loves going there, loves his therapist, but has learned so much. He's made so many advances and we are eternally grateful to each and every therapist that has worked with him. My almost 4 year old son has been attending super hero speech for a while now and he loves it here! I can honestly say the group of therapists that work with my son are the most caring, knowledgeable and best therapists he's ever had. I've had and continue having a great experience with this center. Especially with our Speech Therapist Carolina. She's professional, sweet and caring and my son has improved a lot since he started about 6 months ago. It took us a few weeks to start the treatment since there was a waitlist due to the high demand but the staff was always friendly and responsive. If I could give more than a 5 star review I would! My son has been going to super hero speech for 2 years and his therapists Lily and Janelle have been amazing! The communication from the therapist is always clear and they have taught us technics to use at home. Which is great! The improvement that I have seen in my son's speech Has been amazing. Everyone in the office has always been so helpful and understanding. Even throughout the pandemic they have done everything to make the parents and the children feel safe! I honestly cannot be happier with the service provided by super hero speech. My daughter started over the summer with the owner, Lisa. She improved so much in the short time that was receiving therapy. Now that she is in school full-time it was difficult for me to make it over to the office for her sessions. Lisa was so wonderful with finding a therapist who could work with my daughter's schedule at school. It was not easy considering that we did not want to have sessions during the curriculum lunch or gymnastic and ballet. Somehow she still managed to find a therapist who could work around our hectic schedule. She paired my daughter up with Jackie and It could not be more perfect fit. My daughter comes home from school on therapy days raving about how much fun and how nice Miss Jackie is and is so eager to show me all the things she is learning during her sessions. My daughter is the one constantly reminding me to practice her sounds. That just goes to show how eager she is to learn thanks to Jackie. No later than an hour after therapy I am receiving messages from Jackie updating me on Facebook he session. Making the decision to put your child in any type of therapy is not an easy one. But I highly recommend this place! They are so wonderful and make you feel so comfortable and make the kids feel comfortable which is the most important part. Very professional, caring and hard working staff. My son receives speech therapy at the center. He is older, main dx of autism and non-verbal so i was not sure the results I would see with this type of therapy. Through the help and guidance of his team of therapists at Super Hero Speech, he is learning to communicate with an AAC device. I have seen a decrease in aggressive behaviors and less frustration. I highly recommend Super Hero Speech Therapy. We started AJ in speech therapy just after he turned 2, after recognizing his twin brother was more advanced speech-wise and AJ could only say 10 words. In just one year, AJ is now the most talkative boy in his preschool, thanks to concentrated sessions at home 3 times a week. AJ narrates everything he does, and his vocabulary vastly increased thanks to Super Hero Speech. AJ was actually advanced to a higher class in preschool thanks to his speech development. This place is AMAZING. All 3 of my children have been seen by Ariel, she is truly a blessing. Every one in the office has such love and care for the children's development. I do not recommend this place to any parent. They only care about them and not the children they are suppose to treat and help. After months of waiting for my son to get the therapy they decide to not deal with insurance issues and tell me that they will not help my son. I wait for them to finish al the process now because of them I have to start all over again and what bothers me is that they jus do not care about the children who need to therapies. A place like this should be all about them. They do not care if they get behind in their learning. Their management is only about get paid. They left my son lose months in the waiting just to not help him. Months that are very important at this young age. Treatment as soon as possible is the key to help them to get better are they know that and they just do not care. Please do not go there. You will be just a number and they only care about money not the kids. read more

I did a lot of research when I was looking for a speech therapy provider, for my son. As soon as I had my first discussion with Lisa, the owner, I knew I had to go with Super Hero Speech. In the past month that he has been receiving speech therapy with them, his preschool teachers have noticed the incredible progress he's made with his speech, cognitive, and language skills. I wanted to work with a speech therapist who is professional, compassionate, and who "gets" my son. I definitely found that with Super Hero Speech. They take insurance and offer home visits, which also made it convenient for us. Lisa is very knowledgeable and is always available to give suggestions on how to carry over the skills, learned in the sessions. Our son has a lot of potential, waiting to be tapped. Worst place ever! I was so frustrated with their waiting to start the therapy, I have been waiting to start for months , finally I've got the appointment to start next week ! But I called the Insurance because in theory they just aprove 45 min of therapy per week which is a nonsense for a kid with a severe speech disorder ! Of course I didn't blame superhero speech for the amount of time the insurance gave to my child's therapy! I called the insurance and I called Medicaid too! They told me that the insurance must give my child the time the therapist asked for , if not I can make a complain to Medicaid, the guy from the insurance told me to call superhero speech and ask them how many hours they asked for my son's therapy! Then I called again superhero speech, and asked how many hours they told the insurance my son needed and if I could have a copy of that information to place the complain . After wait for more that 10 min at the phone she told me that she spoke to the owner and the owner said that they are having a lot of problems with my insurance and they don't want to work with them anymore ... after months of wait , and knowing that my son will start the therapy next week they just cancel the whole process without caring on what position they are leaving my child again , and everything because I asked for proofs for a complain to the insurance!! she just decided that she doesn't want to deal with me calling and making to many questions... they took almost 3 month to give me the appointment and they were blaming my pediatrician's office, finally i see how they work , they just care about money , that's it! Now I have to start all over again the process in other agency losing time again and the only one affected is my poor baby boy ! I am so so sad and frustrated right now!
