The other members and the trainer Jorge Angulo are wonderful motivators and personable. It didn't take long for me to get adjusted with the workouts and the pace. Everyone works out so hard it pushes me to do better. I go after work which usually has one of the largest classes but the trainer walk around to see how you are doing, giving you tips on technique as well has push you to finish a set. Whenever I've had any questions regarding the weight I should start of with or proper technique, he's taken the time to show me and tweak certain things. I don't think I could say anything bad about this gym. Their membership is reasonably priced and they provide trainers if you are interested. I never find this place too crowded where I would have to wait too long for machines. They also have many of cardio machines and they provide paper towels and sanitizer to use if you want to clean each equipment before you use them. Everything is layed out nicely.
