The studio is cozy and comfortable enough to make you levitate during the class. The ray of light from the sunset hit me while pulling the class, keeping me warm and active during the entire exercise. The studio faces Douglas Park full frontal, which blends harmoniously with the natural spirit of a Pilates class. All these elements combined provided me with the gracious spirit of a tribal Pilates experience, making me wonder if I would be floating on air while I was swinging through the stripes through the Douglas trees. Dr. Gareth paid attention to all details and was on top of our class at all times, combining several exercises and making sure we obtained a complete workout. I would like to try more sessions in this space, as I think the environment makes it unique to capture an unplugged workout routine.
