I come here for a morning workout to start off my day (and there is one every hour starting at 5:30 am), and it is the perfect way to get the endorphins pumping. Each day is set to a perfect theme, so this gym always adds variety to your week. I highly recommend trying a workout here and have to say their Saturday workouts are my favorite because you get a full body workout, like some days. Everyone who works here is also very welcoming, so you get excellent customer service. It is at an ideal location- right next to a Publix so you can meal plan after a workout if that is your preference. Highly recommended. F45 is my favorite among interval gyms because I am not a fan of treadmills and running- but that preference is up to you. They also have more space than some F45s. I went to an F45 in Dallas, and that space was tighter than this one. I highly recommend giving them a try.

have been a member since it opened 3 years ago…read more What really attracted me here, and reason why I have been away before from any gym, is the fact that you do not get trapped into a contract...You pay a registration fee of $40 once a year and your monthly fee ($20 plus taxes) is very cheap...There is a cheaper membership for about $16 a month but with the one I do have can access any Youfit and bring a guest, which normally is my wife... I have been living in the area for over 20 years and reason why the machines and equipment are new and not mistreated is due to in the space covered by this gym used to be a Dollar Store and a billiard, so you do not find older or rusted equipment which happens when a gym opened in another former gym location. The gym is pretty clean, no smells of any kind and you have a staff lady cleaning the machines all the time, even vacuuming the floor (I have had tripped off the vacuum power cable twice!)...Also the staff there is super friendly, very attentive and always helpful. Every now and then maybe one machine is broken, but usually does not take more than 2/3 days to get it back to work. The environment is laid back, so you do your workout without any problem nor nuisance from any other customer, and generally speaking the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. Maybe and this is being very but very picky, the only thing is that some people (and this is NOT gym's fault) use a machine foreeeeever!...They read and reply text messages, watch TV, chat with other customers and so on...C'mon if you go to the gym is to do workout not socialize...But except for those few people, everyone else is polite and considerate. Bottom line, being over 50 my significant one and yours truly have both achieved an improved general health as well as trim off that nasty overweight: you feel happy when the doctor praises you for keep in good shape and your samples show the reducing % of cholesterol, A1C and your blood pressure under control.
