I can't say enough great things about South Miami Sports Medicine! The staff is incredible, from…read morethe front desk to the therapists-- they truly go above and beyond to provide personalized care. This is not a cookie-cutter operation; they take the time to address your specific needs and never rush the process. I've been treated at least 4 times over the last 15 years for different ailments, my entire family has relied on them at one point or another. They are, without a doubt, the best I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, there have been times when my health insurance did not include them as a provider, and I HAD to go elsewhere-- nothing has ever come close to the level of care and expertise they provide. If you're looking for top-tier physical therapy, this is the place to go!

After a meniscus repair on my right knee and ongoing cartilage issues, I tried several physical…read moretherapy facilities but never found the right fit. Most places were overcrowded, with the PT constantly bouncing between patients and rarely giving proper attention. Often, assistants guided the sessions, and I was left on my own without clear direction. That all changed at FOX Physical Therapy. I feel very lucky to have found Braulio, who is by far the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. At first, I was nervous it would be like other facilities, but Braulio explained that he treats a maximum of two patients at a time, and that made all the difference. Braulio is incredibly attentive and present. Even when working with another patient, he is constantly watching me, giving me feedback, correcting movements, and motivating me even from across the gym. He explains exercises clearly, remembers details even months later, and truly knows how to motivate you, especially when you don't feel as strong or in shape as you once were. What really stands out is that he stays focused on the work. There's no wasted time or unnecessary chatting. You can genuinely tell that he cares about your recovery and progress. I could go on with many specific examples, and write an immense review, but the bottom line is that Braulio is a highly skilled, dedicated, and truly caring physical therapist, and I recommend him without hesitation. I am still working with him and have seen amazing improvements. The facility itself is also very clean, well organized, and fully equipped for proper rehabilitation. Thank you Braulio and thank you FOX Physical Therapy.

It got to the point that I had to go to urgent care to then go to a podiatrist to then be told I needed physical therapy. Luckily for me, I got sent to Florida Occupational Healthcare. For a month, three times a week, I had therapy at 7 in the morning. To begin with, I'm not even a morning person, yet these people made it worth my while. I didn't dread coming in the morning. I was always treated with kindness and respect. From the receptionists to the physical therapists, every single person working has a smile on their face. Not to mention that one of the therapists, Danny, makes some amazing coffee. That aside, my therapist was Alain and I'm grateful that he was with me in my journey to fully recover from my sprained ankle. He wasn't just my therapist, he was someone who pushed me to do better in and out of therapy. I don't doubt that now that I return to the gym I will be taking with me some of the exercises I did at physical therapy. All in all, I'm glad that if I had to get physical therapy, I got sent here. They treat you like family. I'm happy I've healed, but I'll miss everyone. I guess with that, I have one thing left to say: Thank you, all, for doing what you do.

During the visit, I was immediately pressured into signing a contract on the spot. After returning home, I experienced increased pain. I initially hoped it was just temporary from the stretching, but the discomfort continued into the next day. I returned to the location, explained the situation, and requested to cancel the contract. I was told I needed to send an email to process the cancellation, which I did. On February 24, I received a response confirming that they had "gone ahead and cancelled your agreement." Due to a significant worsening of my pain since receiving treatment at your facility, I am formally requesting cancellation of the above-referenced agreement, effective immediately. Please confirm in writing that this agreement has been canceled and that no further charges will be applied. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
