Hands Rehabilitation provides excellent physical therapy in warm, inviting, soothing environment…read more Randy, Gisele, & Lady are very caring & knowledgeable. They helped my wife for her knee and leg through the rehabilitation process. They take their time & provide wonderful individual care. I highly recommend Hands Rehabilitation for ALL your therapy needs. Don't let the name fool you, Hands does therapy for the entire body. You're treated as a person, not like a meat shop or car factory.

I had therapy there for 5 months and after a while you get to know people. There were many horrible experiences that I had and also witnessed. Let me tell you about a few that stuck out. 1. Don't miss a day of therapy, you'll hear Michelle's wrath. (receptionist) 2. Sit anywhere you want to hear gossip from Lady (therapist) and Michelle with just plain ol' fashion girl talk. Also, they can be extremely unkind and unprofessional towards people. One in particular, I witnessed a full blow up with a woman that lasted for months. One day, her husband was called in and she followed as usual. They yelled at her for coming into the back area where patients are having therapy and family can stay. Lady shouted, "Get out." while Michelle following behind the woman stating, " Get out. You don't belong here." Randy came out of the office and only told them that she can stay. I was shocked that he didn't tell them not to speak to the woman that way. All three of them were treating her badly over something she said that they took to offense. You want to know what it was she said? One day I was sitting next to them. She and Lady were having a conversation, the woman said, "Sometimes moms need a break from their kids." Lady got mad and made a scene in front of everyone, called Michelle and they both were yelling. It was a mess. Since that incident, all three have always treated her badly. 3. Go to Randy (the boss) if you want information about patients. He'll always speak about their injuries and other personal matters. Once I mentioned patient confidentiality, he brushed it off saying, "They don't mind." Also, cuddle up next to him to hear improper personal story time. He would mention stories that involved his girlfriend not wearing bras. He would tell a story on how he gave homeless people money to do something to the parking lot to get back at a business owner. - Good stories for a work environment. Its no wonder why his employees are unprofessional. Employees are a reflection on the one who manages them. 4. If you want to walk on eggshells, pick Lady for therapy. Be careful what you say though, she might grab her hounds with her passive aggressiveness and her slick comments. If you have a choice, do not come here. If are forced to be here, buy a raccoon. This place shouldn't even get one star.

Dr. Ramirez developed a program after his experience working with elite level athletes, with one of the focuses being pain-free exercise for the working adult and young adults alike. The coaches and staff are very knowledgeable and are great at leading the group Foundations classes as well as private personal training. I recommend anyone living near or around the Hammocks or Kendall area to visit, do the fitness assessment, and join in on one of the classes that they offer. The culture is friendly and supportive, and each workout will definitely get you going and ready for the next session! Also, just a quick tip when visiting, the training center is located on the 2nd floor of the Kendall Ice Arena, so you have to enter the Ice Arena, and then ask the front desk window where the staircase or elevator is located to enter upstairs.

To my surprise (and delight), this was actually one of the modalities offered by Dr. Blanca. I made an appointment, and I've never looked back. Since then, I've returned for energy healing, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, cupping, PEMF, and massages--just to name a few. I truly swear by Dr. Blanca's hands, as well as those of her fellow practitioner, Priscila. Every chance I get, I recommend Minsu's Healing Oasis--and people always thank me afterward. Last year, I was involved in a car accident and required physical therapy through workers' comp. I was so relieved to find out that they were a covered provider. Visiting them feels like coming home. Each treatment is customized to exactly what your body needs at the time. Because of the demands of my line of work, I often feel the need to replenish my energy--and every time, I make sure to visit Dr. Blanca. She knows exactly what I need and always leaves me feeling refreshed and renewed. Through them, I've also been introduced to a more holistic approach and have been able to expand my knowledge and understanding of the connections between the human body, mind, and spirit.

This place is above excellent in terms of the variety of services they offer, the quality of their services, and their professionalism with their patients and customers. This is a privately owned healing space that covers every aspect of healing. It is not a chain accident clinic that only focuses on the physical aspect (if that). You will never feel like a number here. It is definitely physical therapy with a twist! You will not find a more personalized and tailored experience. Whatever ails you, physically, spiritually, emotionally, or all of the above, you will be in very capable hands. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Minsú and her professionals. Ronnie, Director of first impressions, always welcomes you with a smile and offers their signature tea. Yahima gives an incredible full body deep tissue massage. Priscilla does amazing @ RPT, acupuncture, and access bar therapy. Dr. Minsú makes magic with her numerous modalities, including physical therapy, craniosacral therapy, dry needling, and she also teaches yoga, meditation, and pilates for core strengthening to help back pain and stress. I highly recommend this business.
