Luaces is incredible and always remembers all my kids names and whenever I'm missing one he's always asking why didn't I bring them. Just to give you guys a little of back story I have a child with hearing loss problems and Luaces has helped me look for good ENT and he always remembers to ask what are the specialist working on him at the moment. The nurses are special too but the ones everyone pretty much deals with on a regular bases is Magnolia and Danay they are not as sharp with my kids names but it's ok they see ALOT of kids on a daily basis but they are always helping me as well.

This is a mixed review. I've been going to Dr. Pelaez for 15 years. I've never been completely…read moresatisfied but didn't want to go through the trouble of finding a new doctor. She is a very friendly lady but I found it difficult to ask her questions. Something about her demeanor discourages it. She speaks very quickly and laughs a lot to herself, its difficult to interject but if you do manage to pose a question she answers it and then goes on about it to the point where you might forget if you had other questions. A few friends of mine go to her and they like that about her, they say she's quick to the point. If you have to see her right away she always has appointments available and is very punctual. I called once to say I was running five minutes late and the office asked me to reschedule. She has a tendency towards very traditional methods, she does not respond well to requesting alternative methods of treatment. My mom is also a patient and when she told her she wanted to opt out of a mammogram and instead try a breast thermography, the doctor got very angry, raised her voice and told my mom she didn't know what she was talking. The parking is a little stressful. There's a garage but its tiny. You have to drive up to the fourth floor and there's someone there who charges but if you tell them you have an appointment with the doctor they waive the fee. I'm on the fence about the overall service. Quick appointments, little to no waiting time, clean office, questionable bed side manner, a little closed off to discussions with patient.

Maribel is AWESOME!!! She knows who I am and makes sure that everything that is needed is taken care of. My dr is Dr Infantas. She is very thorough and remembers what we have been dealing with health wise for me. She asks about my kids and works hard to make sure that I am healthy. When I started coming to this practice I lived in Cutler Bay and worked in Kendall. Three years ago my office moved to Homestead. I could have switched offices and found a doctor down there. Instead, I stayed here and I make that trip whenever needed. The workers here are family and treat me that way. I'm not going anywhere else. This is home!

She does also incorporate the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and is not one of those doctors that is quick to prescribe something and then send you on your way. She suggests holistic ways to promote healing as well. She is very knowledgeable and I truly appreciate her care. I took one star off because I often had to wait for several hours after my scheduled appointment time before I was even seen. But this is because she really takes her time with each patient she sees, and I feel this is a good thing. She is worth the wait!! I unfortunately had to find a different primary care physician because I moved to Broward county and it's too far to come see Dr. Iribarren. Finding a new doctor is never easy so of course, I turned to Yelp. I knew I wanted to try to have a…read morebaby and didn't want to do it with my previous gynecologist. After meeting Dr. Perez, I felt confident that this would be a good choice for me! Since it's a practice of three doctors (Lievano, Perez, and Collado), you meet with them all throughout your pregnancy, but can schedule appointments with just one for regular care like annual exams. I liked that they're super close to Baptist Hospital which ended up being a great hospital for my delivery. Speaking of, the thing about a practice is that you never know which doctor will be on call so it's best not to have your heart set on having a certain doctor there when you go into labor. On the weekends, they rotate with another practice entirely which I didn't learn until later, and it was a bit scary to know I may have a doctor I've never even met. Dr. Collado ended up being there when the time came and I'm SO happy and thankful! She was awesome the entire time, saved me from having an emergency C-Section, cooperated with my doula, and stayed at the hospital the entire night while we waited for my baby to arrive (and was there early the next morning!). I loved having her so much, I was set on keeping her as my main doctor moving forward. Unfortunately I moved, but would definitely encourage others to make an appointment with her if you're looking for a new gyno. Given how often I had to go there during my pregnancy, I'd say that wait times weren't bad on average, but there were a couple of times that were long, usually when a doctor was unexpectedly out. The nurses were always super kind though and great at taking blood. The ultrasound tech was also nice, and the back office was usually pretty good about helping me with billing issues, insurance, etc. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience. Pregnancy and birth can be super vulnerable and a bit nerve wracking, but I'd trust this team to do it again if I was in Miami.

I was 45 minutes late to my appointment because there was NO PARKING AT ALL. I literally had to sit in the middle of the parking lot just waiting for someone else to leave. After driving 1.5 hours from the Florida Keys. The staff was ok. Nothing special. They kept opening the door widely while I was naked on the table, just covered by a piece of paper... this made me uncomfortable. The doctor was not personable or friendly. Even though I was late to my appointment, I still had to wait another 40 minutes because they were that backed up. And I swore I would never use this office again if I need a special procedure. Now they are leaving all their Keys Women in a lurch as they are SUDDENLY closing the Tavernier office, with ZERO NOTICE. (I'm here now and no one has mentioned that they'll be shut down on Friday permanently.) I highly recommend avoiding this disaster.
