This pizza was amazing! One of the best pizzas I have ever had actually. The flavor options are so unique in my opinion. I also loved the stuffed crust option. I had the personal potato head pizza which tasted to me like a loaded baked potato or stuffed potato wedge, but on a pizza! The service was quick and staff is so nice as well. There's a very industrial, modern vibe inside which is neat. read more

I've visited Crust Pizza in different parts of Houston many times and have always had great experiences, which is why this visit was disappointing. I arrived at this location at 11:30 a.m., but the doors were still locked. There was only one employee inside working, while the rest of the staff were outside talking and wiping tables. No one greeted me or acknowledged that customers were waiting. The only person who seemed interested in helping was the employee making the pizzas, and I appreciate her taking my order. The tables were also sticky and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. On a positive note, once my order was taken, the food came out quickly. However, the overall experience felt disorganized. This doesn't seem like a staffing issue as much as a training and management issue. With better leadership, customer service, and attention to detail, this location could provide the same great experience I've come to expect from other Crust Pizza locations. I was excited to visit because it's a beautiful location with a lot of potential, and I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve the customer experience. read more

We stopped by during the grand opening and were impressed from the moment we walked in! The pizza was absolutely delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and fun. I especially loved the exposed brick interior--it gives the restaurant a unique charm and cozy feel. The pizza mascot was also such a fun touch and made the experience even more memorable for the kids. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu! read more

Everything we ordered came out wrong. It was just an inconvenience since it was already late and we were just hungry wanting to eat and go home. It was a weeknight and maybe there wasn't a manager there because usually the service and food is great! read more

I hope this is good. They can't keep up with the orders. A lot of unhappy people because they are exceeding their projected ready time by approximately 55 minute. Got home and one pizza was wrong. Satisfied with the pizza otherwise. read more

Quite enjoyable! Uber Eated this one in search of a pizza a tier above Domino's. I would say Crust certainly is one. I am happy with the variety of pre-built topping choices and the fact that they allow for half-and-half pizzas with multiple crust options. Topping combinations were good, crust was crunchy, slightly more costly but I think a great pizza option if you are looking for something more than Pizza Hut and fam Would I Go Out of My Way to Try? No Would I Return? Yes Food Taste- 8/10 Value- 7/10 read more

We Love the pizza here and the staff is always efficient and nice. I like eating in and also ordering to go.

Service was great and the ambiance was wonderful. The pizzas were just very underwhelming! Unfortunately soggy overall and the margherita pizza had too much garlic. Not sure if it was unevenly distributed but it just felt like I was literally eating 5 cloves on one slice and I love garlic! read more

Went here with family about a month ago, and I guess I forgot to write the review. The service was not great, none of the open tables were clean, so we had to ask the staff multiple times to clean the table (It was moderately busy). The pizzas were not great at all, we were not happy. The crusts that we got were clearly frozen and prepackaged, and the topping and sauce were not notable in taste or quality. The next time I want frozen pizza I will eat digiorno's. Strangely it looked like the other customers got much better looking pizzas than us. On their website they claim "our signature crust is prepared from a scrumptious combination of the finest flour and organic olive oil." Highly doubtful. Overall this was disappointing. read more

Thank you PJ for excellent service. Best service I have ever had here. More employees need to learn from PJ.

Great service and place, delicious Pizza will come back to try rest of the menu and try to dine in.

Highly disappointed in our experience at Crust today. We stopped by this location to ask about the Veteran's Day special promoted on Instagram (@crustpizzaco), but the employee at the counter said he had no idea what we were talking about. I even showed him the post, yet he insisted no one had informed him and refused to honor it. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me he was the manager and didn't offer any explanation or apology. We called two other nearby locations, and both also said they weren't participating in the promotion. It's frustrating to see something advertised across your official social media if none of your stores are actually honoring it. We've been regular customers at Crust Co, but this experience will definitely make us think twice about returning. read more

This is pretty good pizza! We ordered on line for pickup. They have delivery but I thought I'd save money and get a hot pizza if I sent my son out for pickup. The Pizza was great but cold. Not the restaurant's fault because I didn't put my phone number on the order so my son waited in his car until the pizza was cold. Note to self: make sure you put your contact info on pick up orders! The pizza is a thin crust type with a nice balance of sauce, cheese and ingredients. They offer gluten free and the side Greek salad was also good read more

A very good pizza. It's not amaze balls, but very good. Crust pizza is far superior to their competitors in the area. That's not saying much, but it is really good pizza and the choice to make in that area. Great service too as well as, a nice joint. read more

Holy Moly! This Crust location was amazing. The food was delicious and fresh. We ordered the garlic knots, The Carl's King pizza, The Margherita pizza and a Chicken Alfredo. Everything was delicious. The service was impeccable. Tommy was on it. We sat outside because we brought our dog. It was a very nice covered area. Tommy even brought a bowl of ice water for the dog. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone. read more

I would say pizza is my favorite food because I'm from Jersey where there really isn't bad pizza. Since moving to Texas 3 years ago, it is very hard to find even decent pizza. I have to say, my son, my wife, and I truly enjoy Crust Pizza. The price and food is great and the people working there are very welcoming. read more

We don't typically pick up pizza for the family because the local choices tend to be very mediocre. In searching for better options we thought we'd give Crust Pizza a try. Comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy your Pizza Pie! I always stop by when I am in this part of Houston. Had a few SLICES, and then took the rest home. Manager is always, and I mean always friendly. He has personally waited on me each and every time I have visited this location. I do not care for Pizza when it is cut into "Squares". So, I always request it to be cut into (8) SLICES, the way a Pizza should be. (Ha) Of course when the Pizza came to the table, the communication of the "SLICES" instead of "Squares" got lost, because I did not get SLICES. The server informed the Manager, and the Manager came over to tell me that they would quickly get another Pizza started, and that I could keep the other one as well. I appreciate him resolving the situation and giving me a "little bonus" for the mistake. Looking forward to another Pizza from this Pizzeria! read more

great pepperoni rolls and even better service! It was easy to make my call in order, easy pick up.

The food was fair because the pizza bread was good, but more like a sandwich bread. The pizza also had barely any sauce or toppings on it, yet it was extremely greasy and I had to dab it 3 napkins to soak up the greasy oil. As for the service, it was 1 PM and they did not seem like they wanted to be there and treated me like they did not want me to there either, so I will not be coming back to that location at least. For the place itself, it was clean and everything was in order like it normally would. The overall feel was not inviting because there was no where visible to throw away your trash, leave dirty plates, and sometimes there were jokes made about customers. read more
