Started my visit with a Maker's peach crush cocktail, which consisted of Maker's bourbon, triple sec, peach puree and sprite. Completely refreshing. Dined on the sweet dreams wood fire pizza, a ny style thin crust, (mmmm), topped with only cheeses, mozzarella pecorino, fontina, Parmesan, sharp provolone, ricotta, fresh garlic and thyme. One of the best white pizzas I ever had. Wood fire makes for a deliciously crispy crust. This delicious pizza was enjoyed with a flight of local lagers, and pilsners. Went here on a Monday night for dinner. Got a table for 3 easily but moments later the place filled. The meatball appetizer was the highlight. I'd have to put it in my top 3. The pizza was good. Now this is surprising. On vacation in the area was looking for a good pizza restaurant. Most of them gets so-so to worse reviews. Stopped in at Crust & Craft. A pretty regular looking mall restaurant, but oh my gosh their pizza is ridiculously good! I had the grandma which is sort of a deep Sicilian style pizza, and it was delicious. My sister, a mushroom lover, had mushroom pie and she liked it a lot too. If you're in the Lewes area it's a find. Wish I could give it a 4.5 but as you know Yelp does not permit that. We stopped in here on our way down to the beach for a wedding weekend. Great choice! Their gluten free options are ample. There wasn't much that couldn't be modified or was already gluten free. My husband also enjoyed the menu as a non-GF eater. I'm looking forward to coming back here for sure. Pizza in DE has been so hit or miss, especially gluten free. Plus... that cast iron ricotta dish? In the Rehoboth / Lewes, Delaware area over the holidays and decided to pop into local favorite Crust and Craft for dinner on a Thursday night. As referenced in one of the photos accompanying my review, there are specials Mon-Fri, and Thursday's special is 25% of the total check so...SUPER BONUS! As indicated in its name, Crust and Craft specializes in pizzas (the "Crust") and craft beers (the "Craft"). I arrived with a party of six with ages ranging from nine all the way up to 50's. And the best thing about a restaurant like Crust and Craft is the menu has wide appeal for everyone. The decor is a mix between neighborhood bar coupled with brick oven pizzera. There is a nicely appointed bar when you first walk in, showcasing all the beers on draft, as well as an extensive selection of spirts. Walking in towards the main dining room, you can feel the heat from the massive oven and smell the aroma of freshly baked breads and pizza. Wasn't drinking this evening, so cannot comment on the beers but did enjoy one of their in house brewed root beer. It came in a bottle and had a nice crisp bite without being too sweet. Shared a Cobb salad with my sister, since it was huge and came loaded with bacon bits, boiled egg, onions, tomatoes, blue cheese chunks, and smashed avacado on top of crispy romaine. At $12, it easily feeds 2-3 people. The pizzas arrived next, and while I wouldn't say they're as good as the NY slices I grew up eating, for a beachy resort town, Crust and Craft are making some damn good pies! The Roni has crushed tomato sauce, house cheese blend, calabrian chilis, and loads of pepperoni. And you can tell if the oven in a pizza joint is hot enough? The pepporoni curls up into little cups with a slight crispiness. Each slice was covered in delicious flavorful pepperoni. And the dough was also quite good. It was a bit "chewy" in the center - but not undercooked thankfully - but the crust...OMG, the crust had a nice black-ish char. Service was friendly, prompt, and I appreciate the offer of take home boxes, since we weren't able to finish all of the pizzas. Next time I'm in the area, I can definitely see myself stopping back in...especially for their Happy Hour specials which according to the menu, also seem really good. Amazing pizza. We got the New Yorker with pepperoni and sausage. Excellent! I also got the black eyed pea soup for New Years and it was delicious. The only thing I'd change is knowing how much they'd charge for my drink. I got an orange spritzer from the mocktail menu and added a shot of vodka and they ended up charging me $17 for one drink. They were out of the amber beer and another seltzer that our group wanted. Other than that I'd come back anytime. Very clean and attentive staff. read more

I want so badly to like this place, but even their bogo deal isn't great. For a business that's been around as long as they have, with Sodel mgmt, I'm shocked they have no idea how to cook pizza. How in the world do you cook a pizza that you cannot pickup a slice without the whole glop of cheese and toppings immediately falling off of the paper thin undercook and soggy excuse for crust. I don't mind the burnt edges but the pizza dough needs to be replaced and the cooking process needs a redo. It's a Shame because the flavor of the cheese and toppings is good. The ppl are nice too, but cmon. This place has neither crust nor craft. Be better. read more

Really solid pizza in Rehoboth!! It's a littler far from the boardwalk on Coastal Hwy. You have to drive there. But it's worth the trip. We had the traditional New Yorker and Grandma style pizzas. My grandma pizza was generously topped with a blend of cheeses, chunky marinara, olive oil drizzle and basil. The edges were so satisfyingly crusty. Yum! The New Yorker had nicely charred crust, yummy less chunky marinara and melty mozzarella cheese. We will def be back!! read more

I was happy to give Crust & Craft a try after reading reviews that they had safe practices to avoid cross contamination. We both enjoyed our pizzas. The crust had a good texture and flavor. The sauce on "the queen" was good, but lacked flavor - it seemed like a pinch of salt would have balanced the flavors better. Always eager to try a new pizza place. The New Yorker was exactly what I was looking for...but it was a tad too much ash on the underside of the crust. My husband loved The Grand Ma; I prefer a square pie with a richer sauce and more of a sourdough crust. Brick oven pizza in a fun contemporary setting. I liked the big windows allowing sun streaming thru the windows and the honey colored wood decor. Pizzas were mostly cheese and meat based although there were options to add veggies such as spinach and broccoli. The pies are 12" in slice and one per person is a good amount to leave feeling full and satisfied. We got the queen pizza (sauce, mozz, and basil- margarita style) and the good fella (red pie with spicy sausage and red pepper). The brussel app with almonds and apples was sweet and had good charred flavor. Lots of beers on tap. House Cabernet was good. Ordered 2 Greek salads with a side of grilled chicken through DoorDash for a total of $51. What arrived was the size of a side salad, and it was 90 percent a large, tasteless hard tomato cut into wedges. Added to this were 2 thin slices of cucumber and a few slices of red onion. No feta or anything else that resembled a Greek salad. The side of grilled chicken was completely dried out. We called and spoke to the manager, who said the salad was tomato based, so it may seem different than a Greek salad. If they would like to sell a cut up tomato as a salad, it should be described as such on the menu. We asked for a refund and were told to speak with DoorDash. read more

Now the pizza did not check off the right boxes for me. The crust was okay and you could tell it had been cooked in a wood fired oven. Our pizza had red sauce, mozzarella, basil and spicy sausages. None of the tastes blended together. The mozzarella had a real funky taste and there was definitely nothing spicy about the sausage. I really couldn't taste the sauce at all. The pizza left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. You really can't fool me with pizza because I live in an area where pizza is abundant and delicious! After a very busy day, I hadn't had much time to relax & get some food. I placed an online pickup order at approx. 7:50pm, arrived at around 8:15pm & was pleasantly greeted by the host. Getting the food was no problem. I ordered 2 pizzas, the roni & the queen. The ride back to the hotel made me excited, because the pizza smelled so good. I got into my room & opened up the pizza & it looked absolutely delicious. I picked up the pizza & instantly knew something was wrong. It was incredibly floppy & heavy. I gave the benefit of the doubt because sometimes the steam from sitting in the box for a while can make it little soggy. I took a bite & had to spit out my pizza. The dough was raw, for both pizzas... This was a huge disappointment. After spending $35 on my dinner, I am now in the drive through of Chick-fil-A... Every time I have been here the server asks midway through the meal whether we will be having dessert. A few minutes later the check is placed on the table while we're still eating. I pass by the restaurant numerous times each time I go to Rehoboth and I decided to give it a shot. First of all 10/10!!! I ordered the queen with pepperoni. I love how the crust was fluffy, a little chewy, and crispy. The charcoal on the crust gave it a nice flavor as well. The curled pepperoni...delicious!!!! Cute little pizza spot and front bar area. The pizza is great. Have tried the meatballs and their chicken cutlet sandwich. The sandwich was soggy and cold. The servers had a change of shifts while dining there so we hadn't seen the server for a while , not notified beforehand-so the sandwich sat there and just decided to eat the inside of the sandwich. Came in on a Saturday night around 7-730pm. We were seated immediately and brought waters. Our server was prompt and checked in with us plenty of times. He kept our water full and the food came out quickly! My friend and I split the white pie and it was good! This was my first time here, but I would say that the crust has a nice chew and the garlic sauce had a nice flavor to it. It was slightly sweet, but not in a weird way. My friends husband had a basic cheeseburger and fries and said it was good! We ordered a kids cheese pizza and had some of the leftovers the next day. It was ok!
