    Great pizza! Fun spot!

Another winner from SoDel! Great pizza - perfect crust and fresh yummy toppings. We sat near the bar at a high top. Quick service and nice ambiance. Busy but not hectic. Our server was quick and pleasant. Will definitely be back next time we're outlet shopping.

We stopped in here on our way down to the beach for a wedding weekend. Great choice! Their gluten free options are ample. There wasn't much that couldn't be modified or was already gluten free. My husband also enjoyed the menu as a non-GF eater. I'm looking forward to coming back here for sure. Pizza in DE has been so hit or miss, especially gluten free. Plus... that cast iron ricotta dish? To die for! Service was great too! Very friendly, attentive, and made sure we were happy with what we ordered. Not to mention, the place has such cute decor.

In the Rehoboth / Lewes, Delaware area over the holidays and decided to pop into local favorite Crust and Craft for dinner on a Thursday night. As referenced in one of the photos accompanying my review, there are specials Mon-Fri, and Thursday's special is 25% of the total check so...SUPER BONUS! As indicated in its name, Crust and Craft specializes in pizzas (the "Crust") and craft beers (the "Craft"). I arrived with a party of six with ages ranging from nine all the way up to 50's. And the best thing about a restaurant like Crust and Craft is the menu has wide appeal for everyone. The decor is a mix between neighborhood bar coupled with brick oven pizzera. There is a nicely appointed bar when you first walk in, showcasing all the beers on draft, as well as an extensive selection of spirts. Walking in towards the main dining room, you can feel the heat from the massive oven and smell the aroma of freshly baked breads and pizza. Wasn't drinking this evening, so cannot comment on the beers but did enjoy one of their in house brewed root beer. It came in a bottle and had a nice crisp bite without being too sweet. Shared a Cobb salad with my sister, since it was huge and came loaded with bacon bits, boiled egg, onions, tomatoes, blue cheese chunks, and smashed avacado on top of crispy romaine. At $12, it easily feeds 2-3 people. The pizzas arrived next, and while I wouldn't say they're as good as the NY slices I grew up eating, for a beachy resort town, Crust and Craft are making some damn good pies! The Roni has crushed tomato sauce, house cheese blend, calabrian chilis, and loads of pepperoni. And you can tell if the oven in a pizza joint is hot enough? The pepporoni curls up into little cups with a slight crispiness. Each slice was covered in delicious flavorful pepperoni. And the dough was also quite good. It was a bit "chewy" in the center - but not undercooked thankfully - but the crust...OMG, the crust had a nice black-ish char. Service was friendly, prompt, and I appreciate the offer of take home boxes, since we weren't able to finish all of the pizzas. Next time I'm in the area, I can definitely see myself stopping back in...especially for their Happy Hour specials which according to the menu, also seem really good. There is even a kids menu for younger diners with a more "select" palate. Four well-deserved stars!

Pizza was incredible. Lots of draft and can beer options. Staff was attentive and very accommodating. We will be back.

Really solid pizza in Rehoboth!! It's a littler far from the boardwalk on Coastal Hwy. You have to drive there. But it's worth the trip. We had the traditional New Yorker and Grandma style pizzas. My grandma pizza was generously topped with a blend of cheeses, chunky marinara, olive oil drizzle and basil. The edges were so satisfyingly crusty. Yum! The New Yorker had nicely charred crust, yummy less chunky marinara and melty mozzarella cheese. We will def be back!!

Still love their pizza!!! Service and food always good! We stopped in after shopping for lunch and once again it didn't disappoint!

The Queen pizza was the best pizza I've ever had at a reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    Cheese pizza

Outside of them not having apple pay, it smelled good so i was hopeful. Pizza was burnt and charred around the edges, sliced poorly, and had almost no dough under the toppings. Mozzarella sticks were unseasoned and tasted like flavorless breaded cheese. I wont be coming back for a $15 pizza and $10 unseasoned flavorless mozzarella sticks

The Queen Pizza on a gluten free crust

Wood fired pizza is some of my favorite, and it's tough to find places that make it gluten free. I was happy to give Crust & Craft a try after reading reviews that they had safe practices to avoid cross contamination. We both enjoyed our pizzas. The crust had a good texture and flavor. The sauce on "the queen" was good, but lacked flavor - it seemed like a pinch of salt would have balanced the flavors better. The restaurant itself was much cuter than I ever expected for its location, and the staff were all very friendly and happy to confirm that my food was gf. I'd return again.

    White pizza, add pesto

Yay Crust & Craft! My best friend and I always stop here when we're in Rehoboth. The pizza is so delicious (pro tip, get the white pizza, add pesto) and it's always just a nice, casual place for dinner. Only thing that could improve it would be to add a full bar!

For a late night snack that can be delivered hot & fresh, this place is A+. The bar style thin crust pizza had savory flavored sauce. Well done which gave it a crunch crust. The strawberry dessert had a caramel pretzel like crust that went well with the creamy layers. Delivery was packed up nicely.

The black and whites on the walls feel right out of a 50's newsreel. I love all that historic stuff from my own childhood, so it pleased me to go back in time for a little bit. I needed a slice and diet to carry me through the late afternoon and Louie's was right in front of me when we parked near the boards at the top of Rehoboth Ave. I knew nothing about pizza at this shore, but my Jersey roots made me comfortable it would be decent. The reheat on the mushroom slice was strong enough to crisp the firm scorched crust back to life, and allowed the mozzarella to sweat and melt, while the sliced dark schrooms remained embedded in the surrounding cheese. It was a smaller than expected triangle, but the taste and texture were fine. The crust was somewhat airy with a nice crunch; the red sauce wasn't memorable. Five bites and it was gone. Four Stars for the rekindled sandy memories.
