Crush added items to the menu! Next time I visit, I want to try the Açaí Bowls! Today I ordered a chocolate peanut butter and banana protein shake. It hit the spot especially after our hard yoga workout. I also ordered the vanilla protein balls. Extremely filling and yummy!

Very tasty drinks, hard to believe they aren't loaded with sugar. The service is quick. The restaurant is clean with lots of seating. There are restrooms available. Lots of different drinks on the menu.
Always feel welcomed at Crush. Staff and owners are lovely and so kind!!! Anything I get here is amazing and shocking that it's healthy. What a great option we have here in Reno!! Thanks Crush!!
I came in for Crush's Yelp event with my son as our first time in. My first impression was it's such a cute space! I knew we would be back. I met the lovely owners Aj and Megan than and my son has been raving about their protein donuts and spider man refreshers to anyone who would listen. Today after the gym and running a few errands with my kiddos we stopped by for my mid-day protein fix and my kids ordered their flavor of the day protein donuts (Raspberry cheesecake) and refreshers cucumber lime and a Spider-Man refresher. I couldn't decide between 3 flavors, so I know what I'll be trying the next time few times I'm in, but I had a fruity pebbles shake today. Their prices are better than other protein bars in town and they have combo options that will save you a few bucks. Do sign up for their rewards with a phone number. Thank you Aj and Megan for your outstanding customer service. I wish I was closer to South Reno, but it'll be a treat when we're on that side of town. See you both next time!
My Yelp friend Adam R is a regular here! I have been wanting to visit you for so long. If you are following, you know I have been hosting (and teaching my guests) how to ski. Well, one of the parents of the kids hurt themself so I was not able to make last weeks Yelp event, sorry. But I came the next day to support. :) Quality/Quantity - I got the February special, You're A Peach Energy Drink, power tea. This was good. Make sure you stir before drinking it, otherwise it might be too sweet. Zero sugar, so it was naturally sweet. Vitamins and NO crash energy. Well, I also had a cup of coffee today, so let's see how this will work for me?!?! Atmosphere - Small local business. In the same shopping mall as Walmart, which I am a regular customer at... Several tables. Plenty of mall parking. Service - AJ was so nice and welcoming. He gave me a discount on my drink and the last two samples; thank you. He shared about the business and his future grand plans. Congrats on all your success and wishing you the best. I see that you have so many regulars here. Even when I came today, there were a few regulars in the lobby hanging out with the owners. Price - $8. Owner Comment - What, you have been here since 11/2023?!?! And I am now finally able to make it. Congrats on all your success and wishing you even more success.
If I reviewed every time I came here their entire Yelp page would be my experiences! But I can here this morning to redeem my 50% off combo coupon. I got two different February specials and was very happy with the flavor and speed at which I was served! They kindly gave me another coupon for $3 off my next combo. See you next week Crush!
Yum! Perfect protein smoothie for post workout. I really like the nutritional value that the smoothies contain. I ordered the salted caramel and also a snickerdoodle. I preferred the salted caramel, and the snickerdoodle had a great cinnamon taste to it. At $10 a smoothie, it is a great meal replacement when you need something on the go.

This will be my new go to for high protein, low carb and sugar meal replacements. The Nuts 4 U was full of flavor and had a sustaining content until dinner time. AJ and his wife Meaghan are super friendly and provided quick service in a super clean store.
Wow!! So many positives to say about this business. I came for the first time after a workout and asked for advice on what to order. Protein shake it is! The protein shake was amazing and I love all the nutrients it has. I'm not a sweets person and I was advised to go with the Java latte. It was so tasty! I also had a protein ball and mini donut (all healthy and so good!). The owners were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works, the ingredients in the shakes/teas as well as the protein snacks. They also have a punch card rewards system that I would advise being a part of. It only takes your phone number. Everything was very clean and the place itself had a casual cozy vibe. Next time I stop by, I hope I'll have more time to sit down and enjoy the treats!

Today i go their chocolate brownie blueberry protein shake. It tastes like how it sounds, personally it's good but not only they have protein shakes. They also have teas as well. So if you're looking for a high protein, low-calorie drinks look no further this is the Spot for you! The establishment is super clean, and guarantee great customer service! read more
Crush is always a great experience. The service is consistently fast and friendly, and you're greeted with such a positive, welcoming vibe every time. The drinks are so good, they have great nutrition, are high in protein, and still taste amazing. It's honestly the perfect balance of healthy and delicious. The tea is super refreshing, has an amazing flavor, and gives great, clean energy. This is one of my go-to spots and I highly recommend it. read more

We recently tried this place and love both the teas and protein drinks. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They have creative options for all pallets and have something for everyone. We also have tried their protein cookie dough which was also great! The have great seating options inside and also a great patio to sit outside. read more
The sweetest little shop ever. Staff is so friendly and the store was so cute. I thi k there is also a little pet there. Maybe a dog, not sure. They gave great recommendations and also was weary if I was breastfeeding so that the caffeine intake would be within the limits. Also the seasonal toasted marshmallow is super yummy and does not have that odd after taste you get from a meal replacement drink. It is a good morning and because of this random adventure to Crush, it's even better! Check them out. They are open early so you can grab this rather than a doughnut on days you want to have something a little more substantial. They have teas and others snacks as well. It seems I always stop by on the hottest of days, which makes it that much better. I stopped by for a Raspberry White Chocolate Protein Shake. It's probably my favorite out of all the flavors I've tried. Crush never disappoints and the service is always on point too. So glad we have you here in South Reno!! read more

Trying to make some healthier diet choices and so glad there is a business like Crush to help me reach that goal. I usually don't like protein shakes because they can taste chalky but there was none of that in our drinks. The peanut butter cup shake tasted like a dessert and I loved that it wasn't overly sweet-had the perfect balance. I also ordered the Big Stick power tea-and it does taste like a big stick popsicle-so good and very refreshing. If you haven't tried their drinks you need to go! read more
This place is simply incredible!! I love when you don't have to choose between getting a treat and eating healthy and Crush simply ~crushes~ just that concept. I got my first taste of their smoothies at a Yelp event earlier this year and had been dreaming of their banana bread smoothies ever since. I try to pair stopping here every time I am in south Reno! The service is amazing too- I love supporting local and the couple who owns and operates this company simply go above and beyond. I even called one day when I confused their hours and they stayed open a few extra minutes so I could swing by for a smoothie after work- I was so gracious for their kindness!! Absolutely the best protein shakes in town. I first tried this place at the Yelp Elite event and I got hooked. So many delicious flavors to choose from. I loved all the shakes I've tried so far and the Shirley Temple power tea was just as amazing The protein shake banana caramel kept me full most of the day.Im hoping to try all the flavors. My only complaint is I wish they were open a little later especially on Saturday. read more

It's kid friendly and they have healthy options for the kids also. There are lots of colors and medals of spartan races. Being here makes me inspired to be more healthy. The owner AJ was very welcoming and so cool to talk to. What a great, true, healthy concept they have going on here. Very clean ambiance. I opted for the Bahama momma tea. Soooo good! Wife the Java chip shake and it was better than any Starbucks coffee without the coffee and bad stuff. Will definitely return. They even gave us 50% coupon for our next visit. I was on my way out of town and I stopped to get my Crush Yelp event item. I got the big stick. It taste healthy and has enough sweetness but not overly sweet. AJ gave me some free samples of their cookies protein based which is always great have peanut butter in them, which is yummy also And a little snack of some sort just like a baby cupcake. What's really nice is it is right next to the Walmart where the old yogurt shop used to be. Super friendly family, friendly all kinds of smoothies, tease, etc. So it was a nice experience. read more
I was expecting a "Jamba Juice" kinda place. Boy was I wrong. These are legit protein shakes. I had the Banana Strawberry shake. Delicious and thick. I was more milk shake than slushy in texture. Flavorful and creamy. I can definitely see why they call these a meal replacement. The staff were knowledgeable and super helpful, guiding us through the ordering process and highlighting the health benefits. The store is light and airy, fully of light and energy. This is definitely a keeper. read more

The Best! I needed something for lunch. My daughter had told me about Crush. I like Smoothies because you can get everything you need in a cup/glass. I stopped today and got a White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake. Less than 200 calories. I only drank 2/3 of it and was full. I is Delicious. You think you were drinking a milkshake. Give them a try they have multiples and they have teas. read more
Thank you for the review advising this is by H&R Block it made it easy to find. Corner business with a great open bright aesthetic. Service was friendly and helpful as it was our first time. I ordered a peanut butter chocolate smoothie. We also got a child's rainbow tea and hubs got some tea as well I forgot the name, too focused on my protein smoothie. It was really good and is advertised as a meal replacement. My family liked it as well and their drinks. We will come back to try the protein treats as well as more smoothies! I am not sure if they offer different sizes for the teas that would be my only suggestion cause sometimes I just want the "kid size" of a drink! So glad this is in south Reno! Inside is adorable with some cute photo backdrops. Staff was so friendly and they have a resident dog but it was at home that day. Maybe next time! read more

11/27/2023- Finishing up my round of errands today, and took a slight detour.. Nicely located (2.7 miles away from me).. Opened up a month ago, and i think they "crushed" it..lol.. Very refreshing to see a healthy option, nestled between fast food chains.. Friendly customer service and knowledgeable. I went with the dragoon fruit cold tea, and a cafe latte shake.. Taste: dragon fruit tea was very tasty.. The cafe shake- nicely blended and could taste the blended flavors..- it did have a tad tase of a protein shake.. but that's okay. Always enjoy when a business has little perks like rewards. .. plus I got a card for a free one on the next visit. Tip: for your first time- go with a combo so you can taste both!
