Normally we love Jamba and we don't usually go to this location but we were in that area so it was the closest one. When we arrived there was no other customers inside. There were two workers. We were helped by someone who was new (they mentioned it a few times) and the other staff member was in the back area "cleaning". It took us over 15 minutes to just place our order and the other staff member didn't even offer to help. We only got three things, no modifications (thank goodness) two small smoothies and an açaí bowl. While we were ordering two other families came in, the one employee cleaning looked up at the people coming in and rolled her eyes and mouth "oh my god". We waited so long to even get our drinks. The food was absolutely amazing like always with so much options and variety's, smelt good, the atmosphere was nice it was very clean and colorful. The service was what made be not rate 5 stars, the workers were hopefully just having a bad day but the guy taking our orders was very annoyed and did NOT like when we asked questions, it's very hard to understand what's inside the smoothies and when we asked questions he made us seem stupid and he would roll his eyes, he most likely as having a bad day. read more

I have always enjoyed an occasional Jamba Juice as a treat,but this time was disappointing. I understand inflation, not the employees fault, but when I pay $12 for a smoothie I expect it to be full! They used to even give you the extra in a little cup. Also, my smoothie tastes watered down and flavorless. Did they change their smoothie base? I went to this location last week on 05.1.2025, I can only have liquid due to having surgery 04.28.2025. I asked for a medium orange dream but not as thick and little thin due to my restrictions. When I received my order and I had received a small in my medium cup, due to me asking for it to not be so thick I was given less product than what i ordered, on top of it a female employee talked to a male employee like it was stupid and didn't know what the word thinner meant. It's not right to pay more and receive less than, because of restrictions out of my control. I highly recommend driving to the keystone location or a different one hell go to KEVA over this location. I also work on the other side of the freeway from this location and will drive to a different one of a whole other company than deal with a company stealing from a customer. read more

I'm not sure what people are talking about with the poor customer service here -- every time I go there's a guy there that's super friendly and always joking around with the customers, so no complaints from me! Great smoothie variety and fast ordering (and even more so if you order online for pickup). I get the Apples n Greens every time and it's always super consistent and yummy! The one thing I don't like about this location (and it's no knock against Jamba themselves, therefore no stars off) is that there is ALWAYYYYS someone soliciting with a booth outside. I had a small issue with a food item I had ordered and they were able to fix it right away and even gave me a complimentary smoothie for my next visit. This is a good Jamba Juice location. Lots of nice natural light and the menu is easy to read. There are plenty of seats inside and a few bar stools by a window. They have a pretty small selection of packaged snacks and usually seem to be out of at least one ingredient when I'm ordering something. But the employees have always been very friendly and helpful. I love their rewards program and easy APP to track rewards and make different smoothie modifications, as well as online ordering. read more

We've gone here multiple (50+) times , but this review is regarding the several visits made within 20 minutes before closing. They are located right visits to Panda Express, which makes for an easy & convenient dinner stop. We went tonight & were at their door 9 minutes before the posted closing time and the doors were locked. This has happened multiple times, where the business was open based on their online/website and physical/door hours, but their doors were locked and employees refused to let anyone in. I literally checked if Reno had a Jamba before I bought my home, no kidding! This one is always amazing because they have the wheatgrass shot available every time I go. In the past the location I would go to everyday didn't have the wheatgrass shot available because of several different reasons...I pretty much go 4 times a week. A single 1 ounce shot of wheatgrass has the nutritional value equal to 8 pounds of raw vegetables. Seriously! I'm not a huge fan of eating veggies everyday so this is great option for me. Also I have found that I don't get sick when I have it every week. My favorite smoothie is the protein berry burner. You get to choose two boosts and I get the soy and immunity. Kind of a boring flavor that I have had before. The cashier was super nice. As I sat down to drink, she told me they were closing and locking the doors, but I could stay. I was a little surprised. They closed at 7:30 PM on Mondays. At all the Jamba Juices I have been to in neighboring California, most close at 9 PM on weekdays, while a few close at 8 PM. What made my day was she then brought out a free sample of a White Gummy (I at first thought she said "White Bunny") smoothie for me to try. I did not know at the time it was on their secret menu! The place is simple with top 40 music playing, although it was pretty empty at 10:30am there are plenty of places to sit including outdoor seating. Jamba is just what the Dr ordered. A juice filled beverage and an acai bowl to go. Perfect after a long day of work while feeling under the weather. They were quite busy when I arrived but took my order quickly. As soon as the cashier was done taking order she jumped right in to help make orders. That helped since they seemed a bit behind. When I picked up my order they apologized for being out of spoons for my acai bowl. It was ok since I was headed home to eat it but if I had been eating this on the go this would have been a huge inconvenience. When I got home to eat the bowl it had melted a bit but was still cold enough to be delicious. The strawberries and bananas were freshly sliced. It had the right among of granola to get a bit in every bite. The honey drizzle was a great addition of sweet without too much. I left off the coconut since I don't like it. Don't come to this location. Management and staff are poorly equipped with the skills and customer service required to run a franchise. We ordered three açaí bowls and we waited 25 minutes only to find out that one of our bowls was given to the customer behind us because her drink order was ready. We told the manager we will just take our bowl without the fruit because the staff member cutting the fruit was taking a super long time cutting the fruit. Terrible service and horrible place to visit because of the experience. No apologies from management and maybe if she did, we would have felt differently. read more

Huge fan of Jamba. Having lived on the east coast for the last 7 years without one, we're pretty excited to be near one. My husband gets the Razzmatazz just about every time. Every once and awhile he mixes it up with a protein smoothie. I typically get their dairy free and soy free options, which are kinda limited (imo). Occasionally I get the Açai bowl as a special treat. This location is clean and the staff is friendly. Smoothies are made quickly. I do find that at this location in particular my drinks aren't always well-blended and I end up with about an inch of chunked fruit in the bottom of my cup. Not a huge deal though. I do wish Jamba had more dairy free, soy free, no sugar added options. read more
