Decided to stop by on my way to work and check out this new place. Super cute kind of hard to find with no outside sign, but was able to figure it out with the suite number. Super friendly staff, great menu to choose from, and the protein shake is delicious. It's sweet without being too sweet and I loved all the little details with the chocolate swirl, the crumbs, and the chocolate chips.
First time trying Alpine Nutrition and had a great experience. The place is super clean with a cool aesthetic. The staff was also really nice and broke out how the menu works for the shakes with the option to choose your base (milk, water, etc). I ordered the banana peanut butter protein shake. They asked if you wanted actual peanut butter or just the powder. I opted for the original (how it was formulated, so both types). I didn't realize the "peanut butter" they use is actually reeses peanut butter and then they sprinkle PB Fit on the top. I'm not sure how healthy that is lol although you do have the option to opt for PB Fit only. If I would've known it was Reeses PB, I probably would've opted for only the PB fit considering I was going for a more low calorie shake. I did end up getting water as a base, so I may have saved a couple calories/fat from that lol Overall, the shake tasted really good. I would like to try it again without the heavy sugary filler to really try the protein in its full glory. My only withdrawal, is there isn't any nutritional information that I could find. I would love to see a breakdown of the calories, protein, etc. to avoid drinking my daily caloric intake. They also use Herbalife as the protein powder, which after finding the ingredients online... has a bit more ingredients than the cleaner protein version I am used to. I would try it again, but I'll probably ask a bit more regarding ingredients and nutritional info.

Alpine Nutrition makes this easier as their menu focuses on high protein, low calorie, low sugar items including protein shakes with plant protein or whey protein, on request. They also have several coffee specialties and fruit blends. So many choices! I ordered the coffee blend protein shake with oat milk. Choices were milk, almond milk, oat milk or water. So delicious! Thanks to Adley, the Business Manager who was friendly, energetic, professional and made a delicious protein shake!
Such a nice shop, very bright and clean with a great vibe! The power bowl is delicious, definitely quality ingredients and tastes so fresh- my new go-to for a post-workout treat!

A few of my gym girlfriends have recommended I stop by here and try their meal replacement shakes or their protein waffles. I was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a birthday cake shake and some caffeine (I'm an addict). We were greeted immediately upon entering. Cute space with tables and a bar with actual seats. Again another plus for me. Great friendly service. We were given the run down on their menu and I decided to add an horchata protein latte for my mid-day pick me up. We also ordered a snickers! Their menu is very organized! Thats a huge plus for me! I get distracted easily. ;-) All drinks were delicious and highly recommend these flavors! I signed up for their rewards. We were pleased by the service and prices were a tad pricey as well. (Most supplements are; iykyk) I'm so glad to have more protein bars like this in our area. I learned they have another location in European fitness. I haven't had a membership there since the early 2,000's. I look forward to coming back to try these waffles. Perhaps for my next post workout meal.
Drinks are really good and the service was top tier. It's a good break from eating food when you're on vacation and still need to hit your protein goals without the sugar crash. Very friendly employee and very clean little space. Definitely recommend it and will come back!
Haven't tried this store before, received $5 off on Instagram and decided to give them a go. Was not disappointed they had so many flavors and so many options. Coming here after the gym is exactly what I needed. They options to add on as well, added collagen and creatine into my protein shake. Tried their pb cheesecake with almond milk and plant protein for low cal. Service was great, he was really informative and nice. Awesome place to get protein. My friend tried the strawberry cheesecake and loved it as well.
First time here but what a great spot in Reno! In a world of FAsT Food that fills your body with chemicals and fat, try a smoothie or something actually good for you!! I tried a chocolate covered strawberry protein smoothie.. it was legitimately delicious. Creamy and cool on a summer day. This spot is SUPER clean and the guys here today were kind and welcoming. There's room to sit and relax, and bar seating too! So order a protein drink, chilly energy drink or protein coffee and visit with friends. They have a small eats menu too !! Located conveniently across from Red in a little shopping center (behind Black bear diner) go try something! They took no time to whip this up!

I grew up drinking the Herbalife brand smoothies and this definitely brought me back. I love that every thing there is healthy! I will be coming back a lot more to try everything on the menu.
I finally had a chance to try a tea here. I got the peach ring tea. They were a little busy and behind , but compensated us by giving us a coupon and upsized my drink. It was good , the only thing is that it did taste like it had too much syrup. I will be back to try their protein shakes though. I love that we have spots like this in Reno for those who want a little extra protein/ health boost.

The shop has a few tables with chairs and some bar seating if you choose to sit and enjoy. It's bright, open, and the cherry on top is straws they use actually work for getting the shake out of the cup without a struggle. Can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend. Me and my hunny went in to try a new place for smoothies & we're very happy. I got the horchata ice coffee and he got PB&Oreo shake and a build your own bowl . Both were very good and filling which was nice. The owner I believe was extremely kinda and very informative of his menu! I will back! Lots of protein options. Different milk options. Stopped in here for a post workout protein shake. It was my first time so the menu was explained to me in detail. I appreciated that a lot! I had the chocolate covered strawberry shake and loved it. Great flavor and no weird after taste. I had it made with oatmilk which I think is a great choice. I look forward to trying one of their protein coffees. read more

I tried the mega-size Coffee Blender from Alpine Nutrition, and it has 39g of protein into just 260 calories. It was rich, tasty, and perfectly filling. Totally worth the money and I'll be coming back! read more

My first time in they gave a warm welcome and explained their menu in depth! I ordered the Oreo Java chip protein shake. It was delicious, wasn't chalky at all and hit the spot. It's spacious inside with plenty of room to sit. Very clean, I will definitely be back read more

Wow. What a cute, new, local, CLEAN energy based shake shop! Highly recommend! The vibes are on point, Adler & Jason are very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I especially loved the ingredients used for their menus. Will be back for sure. Little tricky to find, but it's door 13, right next to the nutrition shop. They also have non-caffeinated options that will hydrate & help you recover! So happy I stopped in today to find this little gem! read more

Tasty and packed with protein! Sign me up. I ordered el jefe and a banana chocolate protein shake and enjoyed both immensely. It didn't have the chalky protein taste that most shakes have, definitely on the pricier side but overall a great experience and very friendly staff read more

I've been meaning to go since the opening and finally made it. First of all, the owner is super friendly and will explain the entire menu/ concept to you happily. They're very flexible with changes also (type of protein, for example). Everything is made healthy, with no crazy amounts of fat and sugar, keeping calories low also. That being said, the flavor is amazing and rich. The shake is frothy and satisfying, my white chocolate Reese's one tasted just like a peanut butter cup. They also have hydration teas which I'm looking forward to trying. Definitely worth every dollar you're spending, and the portion is big! Worth checking out 100% read more

Absolutely one of the best places you can go for a smoothie, regular refreshing drink or a small snack that's not full of crap ingredients or unnecessary sugars.
