I don't like posting negative reviews but this really upset me. Not only did the girl seem absolutely miserable, but she was extremely rude and deep sighed and rolled her eyes at every single person. I brushed it off because working there can't be the greatest. I ordered 1 drink. I stood there for over 35 minutes whilst at LEAST 10 people came in after me, got their drinks, their food and left. Finally after not being served, I went up and asked for my money back. The girl did not like that and got extremely upset and threw an absolute fit. I already wasn't a fan of Jamba Juice, but this set in stone that I will never order from here again. Highly disappointed. read more

This is my go-to place when I am feeling sick. I figure the nutrients of a good smoothie with an antioxidant boost while make me instantly better. It may be a dream but its a good one to have. Today I got a large tropical harvest smoothie with an antioxidant boost for an extra .25 cents. I remember when they used to give you a boost for free. The cashier was nice, efficient, and had a sunny disposition. She had my smoothie out by the time I was finished in the restroom. The smoothie had a good taste to it but there was an icy feel to it that wasn't as smooth as I usually want my smoothies to be. That was the one downside to this visit. It just needed to be mixed a smidgen longer to make it smoother. Sidenote: I don't know what they did with the sizing of the cups but this one did not fit in my cup holder. Besides charging extra for everything, the people have no idea what customer service is. I had to ask for a refund as they wanted to serve me half of what the other Jamba Juice locations serve and rotten bananas. The cashier and the manager on duty were extremely unpleasant and nasty. read more

Thank goodness a worker burned a cinnamon pretzel, the rotten baby diaper smell when we walk in made us all gag! Smells like they have a major drainage problem. Are smoothies were made well and the service was fine but they need to deal with their pluming. I love the Motcha Green tea. read more

When coming into this establishment I immediately realized they were in the hiring process. It was apparent the young gentleman didn't want to be there- which is uncomfortable for anyone who enters the establishment. The drinks were overfilled to the point it was coming out the top of the lids and down the sides of the plastic cups. Which I dropped one of the two drinks in the parking lot because it slid out of my hand. My wife and I tried to clean it as much as we could, but given we never received napkins for their mess wasn't good- specially having the drink on my shirt and pants on a road trip. I like to come here when I'm out running errands for a quick pick me up. Some of the fruit is fresh and some of it is frozen, but overall the quality of the produce has always seemed fresh and makes me feel good. I also like that they have vegan options and you can customize drinks to become vegan. They recently got chia pudding bowls and although I enjoyed it, it's just a smoothie bowl with chia seeds thrown in. I'm not sure if the people working here just don't know what chia pudding is or if Jamba Juice mislabeled it... but it was not chia pudding. Came in for a refreshing smoothie, the place looked like it was getting to go under construction. Had a strong bleach smell and was completely empty apart from the employees. Ordered an aloha pineapple smoothie and had it ready before I even sat down to open my texts. The smoothie was very good, paid $7 for it including the change I left as a tip. read more

I live close to this Jamba Juice So I find myself in here once or twice a month getting a smoothie I tried getting the really healthy smoothie with all the green stuff in a shot of wheatgrass and all that stuff and it was not my favorite it did not taste great and I kind of left it taste in my mouth was unpleasant I do however like the banana and peanut butter. This combo makes for a excellent tasting smoothie and I thoroughly enjoy getting the banana and peanut butter once I look out for the different additional shots of energy or no boosters carbs or whatever it is because I feel like it adds a taste to the Smoothie that doesn't really enhance it. A very nice and efficient stop to get a smoothie on the go. I am a non-adventurous eater/drinker so I always get either the apple and greens or the peach mango smoothie. It pains me to pay $5 for a small but if I'm away from home and need a quick and relatively healthy energy boost, I'll let someone else make my smoothie on occasion. As a new resident from Orange county CA, I was naturally drawn to this Jamba juice location. It is near my dentist. Yes it's cold but it's hard for me to get healthy calories due to a stomach issue. SO.....Jamba juice serves several of my dietary needs as well as a taste from home. The 2 employees, Danny and Belle were excellent. I have a deadly allergy to bananas and I do not carry an epidural pen. They offered to make any drink and substitute the bananas. Belle made a suggestion and the result was a drink so good that the brain freeze lasted almost 2 miles. Anyways...this it s a great location. Ask for suggestions. I probably order something different every time I go to Jamba Juice, and everything is delicious! Their menu has a ton of variety, and they serve an orange slice with their wheat grass shots, which is a nice touch. The employees are super friendly, but don't seem too knowledgeable about what they are selling. My husband asked a question, and the girl had to look up at the menu board to try to answer it. Jamba Juice has made an effort to add some lower-calorie options, and I LOVE how they post the calorie counts for each size of each kind of smoothie. Watch out - larges can have over 500 calories! Eek! I'm pretty thrifty, so I'll never be a "regular," (prices $4-$6ish per drink) but it's always a fun treat! read more

Haven't been in to this store in a couple of years. Wanted a wheat grass shot and something not super sugary. I started to tell the girl who asked me if she could help me and the manager stepped up, grabbed a bunch of receipts and started yappin' and laughing with her. WTH?! To the young adults who work at this location, if you don't enjoy what you are doing then find another job. My favorite smoothie from Jamba Juice is the Peach Perfection! It tastes like fresh off the tree peaches and is gluten free, dairy free, and banana free! I am so much more into smoothies totally from fruits with no bananas! LOL There are only about four or five that fit this tight criteria, but once I tried this Peach Perfection... I didn't need to try anything else. The only two negatives are that they are a bit pricey... more expensive than the same size frappuccino from Starbucks... The other negative is not their "fault" at all. You have to be going the correct direction on Kietzke or you have to do a U-turn down the road to get there. read more

Was in Reno on vacation this last week, and came here every morning for there fresh banana oatmeal. It was delicious, and cooked just right everytime except the last two times :/ it looked like I was getting the bottom of the batch, so it was dry, and a little burnt so I ended up adding more water to it which kind of helped. Sadly I guess there trying to save money, because almost everytime I went they only had one employee working! That can be stressful if a bunch of people come in, made service kind of slow a couple times, but not there fault. Would have given five stars if oatmeal was cooked right everytime. read more
