This is my go-to place when I am feeling sick. I figure the nutrients of a good smoothie with an antioxidant boost while make me instantly better. It may be a dream but its a good one to have. Today I got a large tropical harvest smoothie with an antioxidant boost for an extra .25 cents. I remember when they used to give you a boost for free. The cashier was nice, efficient, and had a sunny disposition. She had my smoothie out by the time I was finished in the restroom. The smoothie had a good taste to it but there was an icy feel to it that wasn't as smooth as I usually want my smoothies to be. That was the one downside to this visit. It just needed to be mixed a smidgen longer to make it smoother. Sidenote: I don't know what they did with the sizing of the cups but this one did not fit in my cup holder. That bugged me because I had to hold it near my gear shift the entire ride home. Just a heads up! read more

I found some stuff that looks like eggs in their greens. It was disgusting. Turns out they don't wash their greens. That's all I have to say. Poor customer service. read more

Thank goodness a worker burned a cinnamon pretzel, the rotten baby diaper smell when we walk in made us all gag! Smells like they have a major drainage problem. Are smoothies were made well and the service was fine but they need to deal with their pluming. I love the Motcha Green tea. read more

Favorite smoothie spot in Reno! I came Santa Cruz and I'm used to finding a smoothie spot on every corner. They have ginger shots and have added açaí bowls to their menu! Favorite quick start to my day. read more

It was OK. The staff acted like we were inconveniencing them by showing up today, but they made our smoothies quickly and we were gone before long. There was nothing special about them and they didn't ask if we wanted any of the add ins, which was a disappointment because I wanted one but felt rushed and forgot to order it. read more

Besides charging extra for everything, the people have no idea what customer service is. I had to ask for a refund as they wanted to serve me half of what the other Jamba Juice locations serve and rotten bananas. The cashier and the manager on duty were extremely unpleasant and nasty. read more

Staff is always super welcoming! We love this Jamba Juice, it's delicious! We always choose Jamba Juice for a drink when the weather is nice-and when it isn't. This place is always super clean and are fast even when busy. read more

I'm kinda confused, is my cup supposed to be filled all the way? My drink was literally like a size of a medium but in a large cup. Plus, the workers there were totally screwing around and not even giving a shit about their customer, fine! I bring my business else where. I get it's a hot day, but don't give a customer an attitude when they trying to order something! read more

I loved all the drinks and I have never seen a smoothie made so fast they have so many options to chose from and even have snacks!

Poor customer service. The employees ( mostly girls) always have a bad attitude. I've gone in there 3x within the past month and I've received the same customer service. At first I thought, maybe they're having a bad day, but to receive poor customer service every time?! Reno needs another location. read more

This place is slow and unprofessional. Girl in the front lmwith long black hair rolls her eyes every time she has to do something. 15 min wait to place an order and u still have to wait an extra 10 min for ur drink after. Reno needs another Jamba Juice location. read more

When coming into this establishment I immediately realized they were in the hiring process. It was apparent the young gentleman didn't want to be there- which is uncomfortable for anyone who enters the establishment. The drinks were overfilled to the point it was coming out the top of the lids and down the sides of the plastic cups. Which I dropped one of the two drinks in the parking lot because it slid out of my hand. My wife and I tried to clean it as much as we could, but given we never received napkins for their mess wasn't good- specially having the drink on my shirt and pants on a road trip. I'm leaving 3 stars because the drinks did taste as they normally do- but for the mess and bad attitudes- not good! read more

I like to come here when I'm out running errands for a quick pick me up. Some of the fruit is fresh and some of it is frozen, but overall the quality of the produce has always seemed fresh and makes me feel good. I also like that they have vegan options and you can customize drinks to become vegan. They recently got chia pudding bowls and although I enjoyed it, it's just a smoothie bowl with chia seeds thrown in. I'm not sure if the people working here just don't know what chia pudding is or if Jamba Juice mislabeled it... but it was not chia pudding. I am dropping a star because they do not have recycling and the customer service good be a little better. How can you serve everything in plastic and not have recycling?? read more

Came in for a refreshing smoothie, the place looked like it was getting to go under construction. Had a strong bleach smell and was completely empty apart from the employees. Ordered an aloha pineapple smoothie and had it ready before I even sat down to open my texts. The smoothie was very good, paid $7 for it including the change I left as a tip. read more

What a joke this certain Jamba Juice. Every time I go in there's at least 3 or 4 things they have run out of in the mid afternoon. Today it was oranges and 4 other fruits . And to top it off it's filthy and poorly run . Takes forever every time I go in. Today was my last visit. And they tried to overcharge me. And when ever I order fresh squeezed juice (they are extremely expensive) and every time half of my expensive juice is foam!!!! Every TIME. I've tried to reach the owner, no love there, so I'm emailing corporate. Today was the last straw. I had to say something read more

This location is in major need of cleaning. The entire place is filthy. Not surprised that the other Reno area locations have all closed

There is only one Jamba left in the greater Reno area and this is the one. They're a really good Jamba with friendly service and a somewhat convenient location. This time of year I enjoy the Pumpkin Smash. read more

I live close to this Jamba Juice So I find myself in here once or twice a month getting a smoothie I tried getting the really healthy smoothie with all the green stuff in a shot of wheatgrass and all that stuff and it was not my favorite it did not taste great and I kind of left it taste in my mouth was unpleasant I do however like the banana and peanut butter. This combo makes for a excellent tasting smoothie and I thoroughly enjoy getting the banana and peanut butter once I look out for the different additional shots of energy or no boosters carbs or whatever it is because I feel like it adds a taste to the Smoothie that doesn't really enhance it. If you're in the mood for a smoothie in the Reno area then Jamba Juice is probably a good option for you! read more

Jamba - Jamba juice - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Reno, Nevada

A very nice and efficient stop to get a smoothie on the go. I am a non-adventurous eater/drinker so I always get either the apple and greens or the peach mango smoothie. It pains me to pay $5 for a small but if I'm away from home and need a quick and relatively healthy energy boost, I'll let someone else make my smoothie on occasion. This location is always staffed by helpful kids and orders are filled quickly. read more

Love the orange creamcicle but tried the seasonal apple drink - YUM! Like apple cider and pie!! Wonderful service today. Really nice people working there. Wish I had gotten the guy's name working the register at 1:00 today - just really nice. read more

As soon as we walked in it smelled of rotting fruit and there were many flies flying around in the middle of the store. It needed to be swept and tidied up. The three female customers were not friendly. One was coughing and not even covering her mouth. Very grossed out and probably won't come back even though the food was good read more

Wow. Sadly we will not be coming back. We had a $10 gift card and our total came out to be $12 something and my husband had to run out to the car to get his wallet because he accidentally forgot it in the car. There was no one else behind us, the cashier was beyond annoyed and didn't hold back showing it. Also the music playing had over 3 cuss words in it and I felt completely awkward sitting in there waiting for our drink. Just didn't enjoy our experience at all! read more

I probably order something different every time I go to Jamba Juice, and everything is delicious! Their menu has a ton of variety, and they serve an orange slice with their wheat grass shots, which is a nice touch. The employees are super friendly, but don't seem too knowledgeable about what they are selling. My husband asked a question, and the girl had to look up at the menu board to try to answer it. Jamba Juice has made an effort to add some lower-calorie options, and I LOVE how they post the calorie counts for each size of each kind of smoothie. Watch out - larges can have over 500 calories! Eek! I'm pretty thrifty, so I'll never be a "regular," (prices $4-$6ish per drink) but it's always a fun treat! read more

Love Jamba! This one was awesome cause we got there right before close and they were so nice to us. It was Veterans Day and we were looking for a healthy dessert option after our meal and we heard they were giving free smoothies to veterans. Jamba - Watery! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Reno, Nevada

As a new resident from Orange county CA, I was naturally drawn to this Jamba juice location. It is near my dentist. Yes it's cold but it's hard for me to get healthy calories due to a stomach issue. SO.....Jamba juice serves several of my dietary needs as well as a taste from home. The 2 employees, Danny and Belle were excellent. I have a deadly allergy to bananas and I do not carry an epidural pen. They offered to make any drink and substitute the bananas. Belle made a suggestion and the result was a drink so good that the brain freeze lasted almost 2 miles. Anyways...this it s a great location. Ask for suggestions. Tell them what you like and wait for the magic. Thank you for the great service. Hope your location is there for as long as I am here...forever. read more

Service was superb and my smoothie was the best thing I've dranked all week. Shoutout to Graham, Lewis and the young lady.

Let me start off by saying this place used to be my go to for a good smoothie. Recently I dont know if they got a new manager but the place is awful. It is run by teenagers. I walked in and walked up to the cash register to order. I was not greeted, instead the girl was sitting on the counter on her phone. Everyone was extremely rude and stuck up. The place is filthy, smells bad, and the smoothies aren't that great. Disappointed. read more

Haven't been in to this store in a couple of years. Wanted a wheat grass shot and something not super sugary. I started to tell the girl who asked me if she could help me and the manager stepped up, grabbed a bunch of receipts and started yappin' and laughing with her. WTH?! I mentioned it to her, she seemed unphased. I asked the next girl who the "big guy" was? "Huh?" Is the guy who went into the back, is he the manager? "The manager isn't here." OK who was that guy?! "Wat??" He comes out says, "I'm the manager" DERRRP! I told him what he did and then slid to the wall hoping my drinks did not get tainted with something because I complained. I will not return. Everyone here is sharing one brain and it is stashed in the lockers in the back. read more

I am a big fan of Jamba Juice in general. This location is by far the worst I have encountered from the awful smell upon arrival to the lack of cleanliness and to the overall bad customer service. To the young adults who work at this location, if you don't enjoy what you are doing then find another job. Good paying customers and the owner of the establishment shouldn't have to deal with your lack of enjoyment for how you earn a living. read more

My favorite smoothie from Jamba Juice is the Peach Perfection! It tastes like fresh off the tree peaches and is gluten free, dairy free, and banana free! I am so much more into smoothies totally from fruits with no bananas! LOL There are only about four or five that fit this tight criteria, but once I tried this Peach Perfection... I didn't need to try anything else. The only two negatives are that they are a bit pricey... more expensive than the same size frappuccino from Starbucks... The other negative is not their "fault" at all. You have to be going the correct direction on Kietzke or you have to do a U-turn down the road to get there. read more

Was in Reno on vacation this last week, and came here every morning for there fresh banana oatmeal. It was delicious, and cooked just right everytime except the last two times :/ it looked like I was getting the bottom of the batch, so it was dry, and a little burnt so I ended up adding more water to it which kind of helped. Sadly I guess there trying to save money, because almost everytime I went they only had one employee working! That can be stressful if a bunch of people come in, made service kind of slow a couple times, but not there fault. Would have given five stars if oatmeal was cooked right everytime. read more

I went in on Friday afternoon and it was the worst experience. The guy working smelled of cigs and didnt wash his hands. Too gross for me.

the worst service!!! a guy named junior and two other girls (one strawberry blonde and the other darker haired and rounder) were very rude and poured the smoothie into my cup unblended. they were aggressive with how they talked to us and didn't want to help with any service. we asked for a managers number and they said they don't have a way of us contacting the manager?? after we asked for corporate number they miraculously found a number. i came around 6pm today (thursday) and will NOT be back to this poor business. read more
