Ground beef Crunchwrap
Aleeza A.

Visited during happy hour and tried the $5 Crunchwrap. Would say it's a quality version of the popular Taco Bell menu item. Customer service was great and is a nice option for students nearby as it's next to OSU campus.

Bar environment with a stage. Went here as it was advertised in Ohio local eats. The OG wrap was good with beef and with steak. Service wasn't very welcoming. There was a comedy in training group going on and they were telling vulgar jokes so not a place for the kiddos.

I was very excited to stumble upon this food truck because I love crunch wraps. All I have to say is that this place is delicious. I got the chicken crunch wrap and I didn't want it to end. As much as I like saucy foods, the Crunchwrap did lose its integrity very shortly and ended up falling apart by the end. A fork is much needed. The service was great as well.

Got crunchwerks tonight for dinner! Super great to order through and they brought it out right to my car. Ordered the surf & turf and the shrimp crunch wrap!! Loved both and gave us extra sauce as well. The cinnamon twists for dessert were delicious, reminded me of the ones Taco Bell has!!

A new TexMex in the campus area is much needed. Crunchwerks has a quirky ordering process, limited parking and ample serving sizes. The queso was delightfully spicy. The chips were hot and crisp to oddly seasoned and soggy in the same bag. The onions were raw and quite potent. The chicken was in quite large chunks as were the balls of shrimp. Probably will get a much deserved best of 2021 for their efforts by the end of the year, but initial impressions show they have some opportunities.

This place is perfect for a date or a nice meal with friends! You can tell their ingredients are farm to table, everything is so fresh! Every dish is executed amazingly and there are fun little twists sprinkled throughout. The crispy artichoke hearts are incredible and the flavors in pork loin dish are balanced and delightful! You need to give this place a try!

Started with their version of an Old Fashioned "Our Old Pal" which features squash infused bourbon. Now, who in their right mind would find that a good thing? The waiter said it was very subtle, so I had to try it. It was nicely prepared and tasted like an Old Fashioned. We had the Brussels Sprouts and charred Octopus for appetizers. The Sprouts were outstanding. Never had them prepared with blue cheese, apricots or toasted corn nuts. The Octopus and smoked sausage was also good, but I wouldn't order it again. For dinner we both wanted the chicken, which I have a rule against, so my daughter got that and I got the beef tips. The chicken was outstanding! The beef tips were good, but not great. Glad we came and gave this place a try.

This was my first time to this location of Tupelo Honey. I had been to the original in Asheville,…read moreNC, but even then, it had been quite some time. The atmosphere was modern with a southern twist. I'm not going to lie, I chuckled a bit when I noticed my water glass said "Bless Your Heart". In Appalachian culture, this is actually an insult. We had a large group, but the service was excellent. Very friendly, attentive, and everything was brought out timely and correctly. My food was really good! It was brunch time so I had coffee, the "Mimosa of the Moment" which was an apple cinnamon, a biscuit with blueberry preserves, and the Southern Shakshouka. All were fantastic and I would definitely get again. I also thought the price was affordable for the quantity.

My server was great. The place is really lovely and I like there is now a parking garage just steps away. I started with a specialty sip cocktail - an Orange Cinnamon Bun Old Fashioned, and ordered 3 apps since they were half-priced for happy hour. The Biscuits for a Cause (2 with butter, jam and honey), Fried Pickles (chips with ranch), and Famous Fried Green Tomatoes (I don't normally like goat cheese, but these are served with stone-ground goat cheese grits) were all fabulous and I had plenty to take home after trying all. I had a glass of red blend wine with my entree, which was the Pan-Seared Salmon. My two chosen sides were the mashed potatoes and fried okra. The salmon was perfectly cooked; it was a great dish. I also got the Rosemary & Parmesan Breakfast Potatoes to go to have with my breakfast this morning. The service, food and atmosphere were all very enjoyable. The manager also helped out bringing food, and checking on me. I would return for another meal.

I went here for my birthday and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was worth it…read more I ordered the steak, my boyfriend got the lobster ravioli, and we added salmon to the mix because why not go all in on a birthday dinner. Every single plate was hitting. The steak was cooked exactly how I asked, seasoned well, and actually had flavor all the way through. The lobster ravioli was rich but not heavy, and the salmon was flaky and done right, not dry at all. What really made it though was the service. They were attentive without hovering, kept the drinks coming, and made it feel like a special night without being extra about it. For a birthday dinner, that matters. If you're going, don't go playing small. Order what you actually want. It's one of those places where you lean into the experience and enjoy it. Solid food, great service, and a good spot for something worth celebrating.
