Crumbl was the place to be for this special made cookie. My 1st time at his location since I was in the area. Had to get there by 1 to get the Valentine's Day special Duabi Strawberry Chocolate Brownie cookie as they sold out of them early afternoon. What a mad house it was with the line that never ended on this social holiday to buy for your special loved ones. Just fortunate to be able to buy and try this special cookie before it ran out. So definitely worth the trip. read more

Great variety of cookies. Always have a decent experience. Great for parties and get togethers.

Ok... so, it is what it is, right? Its a chain place, so not going to be as good as a local "mom and pop" shop. This was our 3rd time trying Crumbl, and our 2nd at this location. The cookies are really good, and the staff has always been ok. This last visit was a Feiday night at 6pmish. The inside is SMALL, and its chaotic when its busy. I tried to order ahead on the app, but it was so busy, I wasnt able to reserve a pickup time. I took a chance and walked in. I had to ask people if they were waiting to order. Once I stepped to the register, I was attended to right away. It took about 10 mins to get my order together. They didnt have all the flavors but it was packed so I wasnt surprised. The system in there sucks, but thats not the employees fault. All in all, the service was friendly and fast, the cookies were good though overpriced, but for the occasional treat, we'll be back. read more

I ordered a 4-pack of cookies through the Crumbl app for pickup, which included the Dubai Brownie (an extra $2.99), Dirt Cake, Banana Bread, and Halloween Confetti Milkshake cookies. When I arrived, the store was very small and crowded with customers. There were several employees working behind the counter assembling orders, but no one greeted any customers or came forward to assist. After waiting about 7 minutes, my order--placed well in advance--was finally ready. Once I got home (about 25 minutes away), I discovered that I was missing the Dirt Cake cookie and was instead given a Pumpkin Cheesecake cookie. Unfortunately, no one in my family besides me likes pumpkin, so that cookie went to waste. To make things worse, the Halloween Milkshake cookie was undercooked--almost raw in the center. I emailed the store on Monday about the incorrect order and poor quality, but after two days, I still haven't received any response. For the price, I expected much better service and quality control. Sadly, this experience was disappointing, and I think I'll be sticking to my local bakery from now on. read more

I ordered the halloween confetti milkshake cookie for pickup off doordash. The order was ready when I got there, staff was polite, and area was clean. I only ordered one cookie and if you get full fast I recommend only one cookie too. The size of the cookies are quite big lol. To add on the price was only $4.99. Overall 10/10. read more

I get that the cookies are different and not your average day to day and they switch flavors every week (and most flavors are really good).... BUT as soon as you get to this location it's absolute chaos. And I mean you have no idea where the line to order starts or ends, there's no room to stand while waiting, takes AT LEAST 20-25 minutes before you get your order (most likely longer), people who come in after you will get their order before you do. There's no rhyme or reason to their system it looks like. They're totally overpriced solely due to what you have to go through just to get ONE cookie let alone a pack. I heard all this is happening in majority of the locations around MA/CT. Unless you got the time and money to wait, it's really not worth it. My first experience here went fine. It wasn't CRAZY busy, but it was still hard to find a spot to wait. A friend and I placed our order in for a 4 pack on one of their screens. I think we waited around 20-25 minutes before getting our cookies. They were good. Can't complain about the taste. MY SECOND EXPERIENCE!!!!! I ordered a 4 pack for pickup through DoorDash at 7pm. Said it'd be ready for 7:30pm. I get to the store at 7:45pm. Checked in with the guy at the register and he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Said it'd be another few minutes. But never actually went and checked the screens. I proceeded to wait until almost 8:30pm before saying "F-- it" and walking out. Just blows my mind how people coming in to place their order and wait get their cookies before the people who placed an online pickup order do..... I'll also mention that it looks real messy back there considering the kitchen is wide open read more

Overrated, overpriced and simply not a great experience. First off we arrive to a packed lobby, you think ok this place is gonna be good. There's no sense of semblance of organized ordering as people cut in front of you to place their orders. When you get to the counter your informed that they're out of cookies and then after a conversation between the clerk and a baker you can get the cookies you want for an additional 5-10 minute wait. Ok, we can handle that. After your order is place you stand waiting in the mosh pit of the lobby. As you wait the "Grim Reaper" employee approaches nearly every customer informing them their cookies are sold out. Everyone just keeps taking what they're given after a long wait. Some notables as you wait is watching the girl spread frosting on a cookie that took her about five minutes for each cookie. Cleanliness is nearly non existent with frosting spreading tubes lying discarded on the floor with employees waking over them and not picking them up. The prep area floor is covered with debris. Not very sanitary and didn't appear serve safe appropriate. In the end we got four under cooked cookies, three of which were not in our original order. Good luck to all but I'll just stick to Oreos. read more

Horrible system and service, Never on time and run out of all the frostings constantly! Overpriced and a waste Of time- do not go! read more

This location is a joke. They are so skimpy with the cookie toppings it's ridiculous. I've gotten cookies 3 times from this location and each time they barely put anything on top. They're either lazy, don't care about quality control, don't care if the customer comes back, trying to save money or most likely a combination of all. read more

Whenever and wherever you see a crowd, it's for a reason. Crumbl cookie smells sweet as soon as you walk in; the sweetness is in the air! As an at home baker myself of cookies, I must say these cookies are thick, decadent, sweet, and delicious. Amazing flavors! I was really taken by surprise! Ordered carrot cake, lemon crinkle, milk chocolate chip, double fudge brownie, strawberry pretzel pie (yummmm), and sugar(candy eggs). The cutest part is the cookie cutter that they give you; it cuts the cookies into quarters! read more

Inside is pretty with all the decorations. Also the employees are super kind they show you your food before you get it which I love. One bad thing is one cookie is 5$ but it's big, and it's really sugary. Other than that love this place once in a while. read more

Cookies are okay. But, for over $5.00 per Cookie, they should and could be twice the size. On a scale of 1 to 10 in the Cookie Kingdom - they are a 5, not higher. Better Cookies, if you can find them are David's Cookies and Famous Amos Cookies. If you are able to get the dough for them and bake them yourself, even better. The key is freshness and the other 2 aforementioned excel on their Milk Chocolate with Pecans and Coconut. Don't forget the Cold Chilled Milk on the side as your go to beverage, a must. Par excellence! read more

my experience was that the only thing i could think about is team and not just the cookies but also the chocolate lol

not the best of service kinda mean and but there cookies tast so good they could use more room so we can all fit because it gets really cramped read more

Only order if you have 2 hours to spare. Ridiculous wait time. And they were out of one of the cookies I had ordered.

Great cookie selection. Warm and tasty! Great to bring some to a party. Recommend trying.

Worst customer service EVER! Waited in line for over 15 minutes. Stood in line & NOT ONE of the 15 staff members behind the counter so much as even looked up to address customers or even GREET us!!! No cookie is worth that wait ESPECIALLY at these ridiculous prices! read more

Tasty cookie. Super slow service. Workers goofing off. Hot oven cookies is better, with better service and better prices

Easy and quick pickup when ordering with the app! Always hot and fresh with easy parking.

The cookies were very good. Took forever to put cookies in a box. 10 people behind the counter talking. 2 people actually working. I will drive to Manchester, CT to get Crumbl before going back to this store. read more

The cookiss are good but the prices are craxy also no parking and not to many worker

The cookies are amazing. We had terrible customer service in store. We also had them door dashed and it took 3 hours for our order to arrive. once it finally showed up it was not the right order. Very disappointing. If you want great cookies and don't mind waiting hours then you will like Crumbl. read more

Crumbl cookie flavors can be a hit or miss but I'm not rating 3 stars because of the company. I'm a big fan of Crumbl and I have certain cookie notifications. If you come to this location you have to keep in mind that it just opened. This is the closest location for many people north of us. Wait times are a little crazy and the online ahead takes forever. I thought I'd save time and order ahead and it still took an hour to get my cookies. Then when my cookies came out, they didn't seem warm or fresh. I've been to crumbls where the service is much quicker and fresher but again, this location is brand new so everyone wants it. I'm sure they will improve. read more

each cookie was underbaked in the middle didn't care for them. I had a snickerdoodle, milk chocolate chip , a heavily sprinkled one with a frosting. You can actually cut the cookie in half and see the uncooked portion. Not for me it would be different if it were one but they all like that. I don't care for them read more

Good cookie place. Cookies were sweet my kids liked them. Wish flavors would change more often.

It do be a little hard getting through the door but I'm not gonna hate since everybody and their moms are running over there, the last time I went their lobby was full and there were what looked like 2 employees however they were doing the best they could do. But before yall think I'm hating I gotta say that the food from there was so good it had me and my best friend flamin a whole check there because yes it is a little pricey but worth it. I woulda posted some pictures but we ate down and left no crumbs. read more

Some of the cookies are amazing, however the service is awful. They are constantly out of stock on flavors. I also waited in line to order once with no one acknowledging me for at least 10 minutes, despite at least 8 workers being there. read more

This location is new so it's still very busy. I've been twice and both times it's been a bit cramped and they were sold out of several flavors but what they did have was made very well and was good. the staff was nice and as efficient as possible with the amount of people constantly being in the store. expect to be there for a decent amount of time read more

do not order ahead. The app does not accurately reflect what is available. I was told to "come back" twice and the cookies were still not available. The store has no way to contact you regarding your order read more

The service here was awful. I placed an order to pick up at 8:10. When I got there I received a message saying my order was ready when I walked in it was packed as to be expected for a Friday night. I stood and waited foe my name to be called after twenty minutes I went up to the counter and gave my name they said they were backed up but that it would be out shortly. After another half hour of waiting i asked the girl again who rudely said we haven't gotten to it yet. I said I'd like a refund then and she turned and just yelled refund and walked away. Very Disappointed with the customer service. read more

Chaos always! The 3 times I've ordered my cookies are never available at time of pick up, the place is stressful from the moment you walk in! read more

The service is absolutely terrible. I enjoy the cookies but I don't enjoy them enough for the attitudes and bad personalities

I gave a 3 star because the taste of the cookies were on point. Unfortunately none of our cookies looked the way they were supposed to. they were all different sizes. the Lemon poppy seed was not glazed to the edges. the caramel shortbread and chocolate crumb cake basically just had a dab of topping in the very middle and the gingerbread frosting was inconsistently piped and again in very small quantity. The staff was friendly, greeted as soon as we entered, and our online order was processed quickly. For the price of the cookie you need to work on consistency so the customer is actually getting what they pay for. I am willing to try again, but always have the location in Manchester, CT as a backup. 30 minutes away, but so worth it and they are always consistent! read more

Yummy nom noms it was very cool and le epic the cookies were alright but the people were awwwwwwwwwewesome

My experience at Crumbl Cookies West Springfield was absolutely unbelievable. I am disgusted by the attitude and the speed of the employees. They were out of cookies an hour and a half before closing. They asked what cookies i wanted in exchange for the missing cookies and didn't put the right cookies in. Im taking my business elsewhere! read more

I have to say I have been to the West Springfield location multiple times and I'm pretty disappointed...it seems like there are plenty of workers but if the customer service could be considered slightly. Finally today I had 1 employee actually smile for the first time in 5 visits but it was as she was telling me it would be an hour wait for the carrot cake (which I understand that they ca only bake so many at a time) and it WASN'T worth the wait !! but it was good to see they cleaned the gum off the floor and both kiosks worked today! Some cookies are worth it and some are not! read more

Had gotten the chocolate chip cookies I really did not like them I thought they were really disgusting they did not taste right at all they tasted like they had too much flour or baking powder or something in it they did not taste like normal chocolate chip cookies at all very disappointed read more

literal worst service and wait times for cookies. none of it makes sense you order for pick up but they don't start boxing your order till you're there and wait in line to get asked. it's been 30 minutes over the predicted wait time.... for cookies to be put in a box. never mind the attitude almost all of the employees have every time i've been there. read more
