Had to get there by 1 to get the Valentine's Day special Duabi Strawberry Chocolate Brownie cookie as they sold out of them early afternoon. What a mad house it was with the line that never ended on this social holiday to buy for your special loved ones. Just fortunate to be able to buy and try this special cookie before it ran out. Ok... so, it is what it is, right? Its a chain place, so not going to be as good as a local "mom and pop" shop. This was our 3rd time trying Crumbl, and our 2nd at this location. The cookies are really good, and the staff has always been ok. This last visit was a Feiday night at 6pmish. The inside is SMALL, and its chaotic when its busy. I tried to order ahead on the app, but it was so busy, I wasnt able to reserve a pickup time. I took a chance and walked in. I had to ask people if they were waiting to order. Once I stepped to the register, I was attended to right away. It took about 10 mins to get my order together. They didnt have all the flavors but it was packed so I wasnt surprised. The system in there sucks, but thats not the employees fault. All in all, the service was friendly and fast, the cookies were good though overpriced, but for the occasional treat, we'll be back. read more

I ordered a 4-pack of cookies through the Crumbl app for pickup, which included the Dubai Brownie (an extra $2.99), Dirt Cake, Banana Bread, and Halloween Confetti Milkshake cookies. When I arrived, the store was very small and crowded with customers. There were several employees working behind the counter assembling orders, but no one greeted any customers or came forward to assist. After waiting about 7 minutes, my order--placed well in advance--was finally ready. Once I got home (about 25 minutes away), I discovered that I was missing the Dirt Cake cookie and was instead given a Pumpkin Cheesecake cookie. Unfortunately, no one in my family besides me likes pumpkin, so that cookie went to waste. To make things worse, the Halloween Milkshake cookie was undercooked--almost raw in the center. I emailed the store on Monday about the incorrect order and poor quality, but after two days, I still haven't received any response. For the price, I expected much better service and quality control. Sadly, this experience was disappointing, and I think I'll be sticking to my local bakery from now on. read more

I get that the cookies are different and not your average day to day and they switch flavors every week (and most flavors are really good).... BUT as soon as you get to this location it's absolute chaos. And I mean you have no idea where the line to order starts or ends, there's no room to stand while waiting, takes AT LEAST 20-25 minutes before you get your order (most likely longer), people who come in after you will get their order before you do. There's no rhyme or reason to their system it looks like. They're totally overpriced solely due to what you have to go through just to get ONE cookie let alone a pack. I heard all this is happening in majority of the locations around MA/CT. Unless you got the time and money to wait, it's really not worth it. My first experience here went fine. It wasn't CRAZY busy, but it was still hard to find a spot to wait. A friend and I placed our order in for a 4 pack on one of their screens. I think we waited around 20-25 minutes before getting our cookies. They were good. Can't complain about the taste. MY SECOND EXPERIENCE!!!!! I ordered a 4 pack for pickup through DoorDash at 7pm. Said it'd be ready for 7:30pm. I get to the store at 7:45pm. Checked in with the guy at the register and he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Said it'd be another few minutes. Overrated, overpriced and simply not a great experience. First off we arrive to a packed lobby, you think ok this place is gonna be good. There's no sense of semblance of organized ordering as people cut in front of you to place their orders. When you get to the counter your informed that they're out of cookies and then after a conversation between the clerk and a baker you can get the cookies you want for an additional 5-10 minute wait. Ok, we can handle that. After your order is place you stand waiting in the mosh pit of the lobby. As you wait the "Grim Reaper" employee approaches nearly every customer informing them their cookies are sold out. Everyone just keeps taking what they're given after a long wait. Some notables as you wait is watching the girl spread frosting on a cookie that took her about five minutes for each cookie. Cleanliness is nearly non existent with frosting spreading tubes lying discarded on the floor with employees waking over them and not picking them up. The prep area floor is covered with debris. Not very sanitary and didn't appear serve safe appropriate. In the end we got four under cooked cookies, three of which were not in our original order. Better Cookies, if you can find them are David's Cookies and Famous Amos Cookies. If you are able to get the dough for them and bake them yourself, even better. Crumbl cookie flavors can be a hit or miss but I'm not rating 3 stars because of the company. I'm a big fan of Crumbl and I have certain cookie notifications. If you come to this location you have to keep in mind that it just opened. This is the closest location for many people north of us. Wait times are a little crazy and the online ahead takes forever. I thought I'd save time and order ahead and it still took an hour to get my cookies. Then when my cookies came out, they didn't seem warm or fresh. I've been to crumbls where the service is much quicker and fresher but again, this location is brand new so everyone wants it. I'm sure they will improve. read more

The service here was awful. I placed an order to pick up at 8:10. When I got there I received a message saying my order was ready when I walked in it was packed as to be expected for a Friday night. I stood and waited foe my name to be called after twenty minutes I went up to the counter and gave my name they said they were backed up but that it would be out shortly. Unfortunately none of our cookies looked the way they were supposed to. they were all different sizes. the Lemon poppy seed was not glazed to the edges. the caramel shortbread and chocolate crumb cake basically just had a dab of topping in the very middle and the gingerbread frosting was inconsistently piped and again in very small quantity. The staff was friendly, greeted as soon as we entered, and our online order was processed quickly. For the price of the cookie you need to work on consistency so the customer is actually getting what they pay for. I have to say I have been to the West Springfield location multiple times and I'm pretty disappointed...it seems like there are plenty of workers but if the customer service could be considered slightly. Finally today I had 1 employee actually smile for the first time in 5 visits but it was as she was telling me it would be an hour wait for the carrot cake (which I understand that they ca only bake so many at a time) and it WASN'T worth the wait !! but it was good to see they cleaned the gum off the floor and both kiosks worked today!
