I stopped at this Crumbl early last week to grab cookies for a friend's birthday. She got lucky, it was a good lineup on the week of her birthday. I don't patronize Crumbl as much as I used to, but their cookies are always a hit for birthdays. I took my own order and was surprised to see that they had an option for a birthday themed box. I thought that was super cute, and of course I had to have it for my friend. There was some discrepancy between what the cookies were supposed to look like and how they actually came out, namely, the white sugar cookie was supposed to have a decal on it for back to school, but I didn't mind the oversight. They were also out of stock of one cookie. The employees were fairly boilerplate and only acknowledged me when handing me my cookies. read more

Horrible service. Waited at the counter on 10/8 at 5:45 for several minutes with no one In the store but me without even being acknowledged. Finally walked out. Enjoy your conversations ladies. read more

This location is pathetic! I've been there 3 times, and the first 2 times, they were out of 2 of the 6 cookies...the 3rd time they were out of 4 of the 6 cookies on the menu! Don't even bother going to this location. You may as well drive a couple more miles to the next one. read more

Decent size cookies, if you like a chewier (slight undercooked) type. They are just a tad bit pricy per cookie... I think $7 each? I like that they switch up the options every month. read more

Been waiting for crumbl's dubai chocolate version. And it's a hit. Topping is excellent with crunchy kataifi and pistachio. Brownie is very basic and tastes like a cake. Somehow it had slightly burnt taste. I tried many Dubai version chocolate and this will definitely stand among the top ones. Price is $8 which is a bit expensive. But I have bought a chocolate bar for $15, so this isn't bad. They keep getting sold out within 5mins after they make it available. I have seen a lot of people waiting and the people of working super hard to keep up the load. Plenty of parking available. read more

Cookies are so sweet. Love the ones that are not frosted though! We always do delivery and it's super fast and accurate! Thank you.

Ordered $50 worth of cookies -- a box of 12 as a gift for a friend and a box of 3 to take home. Unbeknownst to me, the bottom of the gift box had red jelly and chocolate smeared on the underside of the box. I could feel it with my hand as I carried the stack of boxes to my car. Luckily, I had some napkins and a water bottle in my car that I could use to clean the underside of the gift box. The picture below is what the napkin looked like when I was done wiping. Also, the gift message that was supposed to be written on the box was not, so there was no difference between the box that I was taking home versus the box that I was giving as a gift, except for the gift box was smeared with chocolate and red jelly on the bottom. read more

Ordered cookies to be picked up between 9 and 930. We arrived at 9:30 and they hadn't even started packing the box. We're waiting for them to pack the box when we're told ,we don't have enough chocolate chip, but they're in the oven. Can you wait? When you're on your way to work you're pressed for time this is not the customer service This place is not worth the aggravation. maybe if they had an adult working back there who organized it would be better. read more

Don't get me wrong , the cookie was good. But upon entering the store , no acknowledgement, no hello, no anything. I believe if you walk into an establishment, you should speak to someone who is looking to spend money with your business. Then they currently have a Dubai chocolate brownie that can only be purchased online ?? And not in store . That makes no sense either. Apparently they release 5 brownies every half hour and you have to order online ONLY. Which doesn't make any sense to me. How would one know that if they got in the mood for the brownie or cookie once they see the advertisement and not beforehand. The entire experience was off putting to me. I don't see me going back anytime soon honestly. Everyone just working away and ignoring the customers just baffled the heck out of me. 2/10 and that's only because the cookie was still good. read more

Not a "hi hello welcome in" 7ish employees right up front. First time in right off the bat not a great start! We spent some time trying to wait in line and was not told it was a self service iPad/POS so we waited for some time and then someone else walked in and waited behind us and then informed us it's self service on the tablet. So finally we order! 4 cookies 20$ Not 45 seconds after we pay a human pops up (FINALLY) Diego I believe, he says they are out of the cookie we drove here for and that they "don't know how to remove it from the options"! Someone's shirt said "crew lead" someone who's the leader should be well versed in how to utilize your own system! The place was dirty no one was cleaning plenty of people standing around chatting. It was just a terrible awful experience, especially for our first time, especially for premium dollar! Sad disappointed and will never return here!! read more

The self serve kiosk was having issues and would not take an order & kid working was about as helpful as the wall. This is the second time I've had issues at this location. Do not think I will be going back. Their cookies are good, but they're not so good that you should have to take your own order process your own payment. Have the kiosk ask you for a tip and that's only when it's working if it is not working, don't expect any help from the so-called people that there read more

they have delicious cookies and had a great experience. I would definitely come back.

Delicious and love that they bring new flavors weekly! So convenient that it's in the corner, but still use delivery service often.

The staff at this location are very kind and they do get a lot of business. Unfortunately i'm just not a big crumbl cookie fan it just taste so doughy i'm sorry y'all! I will say this location is clean, fast and they have wonderful flavors of cookie options so I'm still going to give them a rating because while I may not like the cookies that doesn't reflect the amazing service at this location whatsoever! read more

DoorDash driver here. This is easily one of the worst establishments I have ever walked foot in. Soon as you come in there's no one greeting you. If you're a driver or have a pick up they simply ignore you. There's never not at least 7-8 active employees when I go. But yet somehow it always still results in me waiting at least 15 minutes for my order. I hear them just talking and having conversation, while one employee actually makes the orders on the line. When the order is ready, they slap it on the counter and basically tell you to F off. I never eat crumbl but the fact I still have an unpleasant experience and I'm not even a customer of there's is embarrassing. read more

First time going to a crumbl, and the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was nauseating. Completely overwhelming. We ordered a six pack of minis that showed they were available on the website and in store. When we went to go pick them up they said they were completely out and had nothing else to offer. This happened with multiple others walking in, who had ordered other cookies and were told they would be given them, just to be told their order was canceled with literally no other context. One man was visibly confused because the staff didn't say anything to explain besides "oh we canceled it on our end don't worry!" Didn't say they were out of stock, or if he was refunded. He wasn't given any other alternatives either, bad business choice. Ended up ordering 4 entirely different cookies, and they were terrible because THEY FORGOT HALF THE COOKIE?? Photos attached. No chocolate drizzle on peanut butter crips, and no streusel on blueberry muffin cookie. Need some advice? Offer a 25/30/50% off for people who order cookies, but then are sold out once they get there, even though they ordered before. Or just teach your stupid staff to not sell products that should be set aside for people who ordered online. Greatly needs renovation as well. There needs to be some sort of wall or barrier so it doesn't just feel like you're just walking into a prison-like, depressing kitchen. I understand that the cookies also obviously have to bake, but that can't take more than 10-20 minutes. There really shouldn't be things that are that sold out, when there's massive tubs of cookie dough just sitting there. Maybe invest in another oven? Absolutely terrible business model. read more

The employees are always playing a round and not doing their job! I always waste so much time waiting to get attention here! They even see you and never ask you if you need help for the pick up orders. They just play and doing others stuff instead of taking care for the customers. Even if you make a pick up reservation they keep you in the store like 10 min!!!! read more

Crumbl delivered fast and kind service and the cookies are delicious. Great variety of flavors!

First off, I think it's utterly inane that you can't make orders via the phone. It's pretty much the only food establishment I've called that doesn't allow this. I asked them why it wasn't possible and they said they don't "have a system to take phone orders." I guess putting in my order on the register or writing it down is too hard for this chain restaurant to accomplish. Note that each of these cookies can be anywhere between 680-880 calories each and cost up to around $5 each. What's nice is that you can feel pretty satisfied eating one cookie and having 2 cups of milk. The cookie themselves are okay; I'm disappointed that this particular Crumbl Cookie does not make the cookies fresh like other locations; their cookies are pre-made and cold. In fact, for a chain establishment, it's quite odd that all their places operate so differently in terms of their customer service and how they make their food. To add a cherry on top of this feces cake, they don't even have paper receipts and the one they give you via text just takes you to a error page. Pretty awful all around. read more

I have been to Crumbl(great name)in Arcadia and really enjoyed their cookies and vibe. This Crumbl is located at Bell and Tatum. There is ample parking in the large mall lot. Cookie staff were working hard with tons of customers(where do I buy Crumbl stock?). Manager Payson(cool name, reminds me of a town nearby)attended to me personally and suggested their Valentine special and I added my usual favorite chocolate chip cookies. These cookies are HUGE(could be lunch)and delicious. If you are craving a cookie fix, run don't walk out of your car or walk miles is ok to Crumbl. Thank me later. read more

There are a few things I appreciate about Crumbl. I like how they open early so it accommodates those who work and want to bring a sweet treat into the office. So sad! Used to be a great cookie and I was obsessed! The last two times we ordered delivery were failures. In June I ordered cookies for my daughter, I received live updates that they were out for delivery on their app then mysteriously halfway there I received a notice that the delivery was canceled. What?? Super bummed--she was waiting for them--it was her birthday treat but she never received cookies not matter how hard I tried to remedy the situation. It was hard to locate a phone number but I did and called several times but no one ever answered or called me back. I finally gave up and ended up "eating" the cost of the cookies and delivery without my daughter receiving the cookies, even months later. I even emailed the corporate office and alas, no response. How can a business do this and stay in business? Today we gave them another shot and ordered from Tatum and Bell (instead of the Metrocenter west side store) and the cookies came an hour later than we were told at checkout, & tasted old & stale. They were hard to cut in half, not flavorful like they used to be a couple of years back. The outside 1/2" of each cookie was inedible and we had to cut off about 1/3 of the cookies to eat the bland centers. The delivery was an hour late but I don't fault the sweet delivery girl, Ashley, who apologized and said she was the third person these cookies were passed off to (that's why they arrived an hour late). We're never ordering from Crumbl again, unfortunately. Bummed. read more

Had to try crumbl because they really aren't available in my home state. The cookies are huge and tasty. The peaches and cream could use a little more peach flavor. Chocolate chip was excellent! Not too sweet...just perfect. Selection is limited to the cookies of the week and limited to 6 flavors. I think that was my biggest upset. Most cookie places have an extensive variety, but here the flavor selection was limited. I would return because they are perfectly fresh. One cookie is big enough for two. read more
