We stopped by to pick up an online order placed by our daughter. We were immediately greeted and I provided the order info. The workers were very patient and helpful with helping us choose a cookie flavor to bring home. While I do like the chocolate chip one best, it's always nice to try out other flavors. Ugh. So good. Trust your gut when it comes to flavors you'd like because the reviews stating the cookies aren't good are probably because it isn't a typical flavor they'd traditionally like. It should not take 30+ min to get a cookie. The staff was moving so slow and were SO unbothered. There were like 20 people all waiting while the one worker frosted cookies like he was in the great British bake off and had all night to perfect his frosting technique. I was the only person in line today and it took 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, I was the only person waiting in line at the time. After waiting for 10 minutes I was finally able to place my order at which time the cashier tried to shame me for not including a tip. It took 30 minutes to get my cookies during which we time we listened to the crew talk about multiple topics including Top Gun and how they had ran out of sugar. How does a cookie company run out of sugar? After waiting for 30 minutes I finally got my cookies and when they showed them to me we discovered the topping was completely off the Oreo one and they had failed to include the chocolate syrup. The cookies were fine in the end but my problem was with the staff. I went last night and the girl working was very nice however, the male working with her was extremely off putting. spoke completely fine and normal with his coworker but when it came to me picking up his order he spoke in a very slow and low tone of voice and it felt like he was looking down on me. and on top of that he was very...very....slow to close my box and hand it to me. even the other girl with me felt very off about his behavior (we are both female). I placed my order ahead online about 10 minutes before I went to the store there was probably atleast 20 people waiting in the store I ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for 3 cookies and they ended up not having 2 out of 3 cookies I ordered, and I talked to a girl who was waiting too she said she waited 2-3 hours for her cookies and I know a lot of the people were there for about the same time if not more then me. It was nothing on the employees working it was on the person who makes the schedule if you know you have a special week of cookies you need to schedule more people especially since it was a Saturday night. I've never seen 4 employees want to work less in my life. It felt like it was like I wasnt there. Check out the Thursday evening staff if you really want to know how to feel invisible. Ordered at 9 pm, didn't get the order until 9:38, and we were 3rd on the waitlist. The online cookies were warm but alright but not worth the wait. The male worker was extremely rude, saying how people kept walking in at 9:10 when they still had 50 minutes until closing. They didn't have anything and even ran out of fruit. The worker said we "shouldn't have walked in at 9:45" when we had placed an online order at 9, and it wasn't even 9:33 yet when he said that. Ordered a 6 pack at 9pm and wasn't able to pick up until well after 10pm due to the line. Come to find out they sold out of 2 of the cookies that I previously ordered and payed for. This has never been a prior issue with any other Crumbl I have been to, they sold the cookies that I ordered, normally they update the menu right away but these workers and this establishment clearly are not fit for the demand of this community. I recommend different management or just more employees overall. If the wait wasn't enough to turn me astray then Them selling the food I had ordered definitely will ensure I that will not return. read more
