Super cutesy vibe and pretty delicate desserts. Almost reminds me of Nothing Bundt Cake interior with merch, candles, gifts, flowers. Things you can pick up last minute if you're on your way to a party. They offer cheesecake, cupcake, cookies, cakes and few others. Lattes, matcha, Hojicha, teas and lemonade. I got the earl gray lavender cupcake and black sesame matcha Hojicha drink and lychee hibiscus tea drink. The cupcake was moist, not too sweet, had some grittiness to it from the seeds. Tasted the earl gray and lavender combo. It was delicious, I could have ate the entire thing but had to share the other half. There were a few tables outside but none inside.

We ordered a bunch of desserts to share at work so I got to sample a good selection. Pricing is in line with other fancy dessert places. Presentation is beautiful. Some items were to my taste, others not so much. Creme brulee cheesecake - The brulee is very slight, not enough to form a sugar top or anything. More just like a good slice of cheesecake. Cookie - This was my favorite, strong vanilla flavor from the icing, a pretty densely baked cookie. Very large, worth the $4.50 in my opinion. Carrot cake tres leches - Not for me, the cinnamon was overpowering and I would've liked to taste more of the other spices. Pandan cake - The texture is slightly different, almost bouncy like some tapioca or rice flour was used. The pandan flavor is very present; I enjoyed it, reminiscent of some Southeast Asian desserts. A bit on the sweet side. Mango cupcake - Very delicate whipped frosting, overall good but nothing standout to me Passion fruit tart - Very good. Can be a bit sweet for some, I think some of my coworkers didn't enjoy the gritty sugar in the center filling, but I thought the flavor was excellent. Coconut cake - Also not very popular among my coworkers; for me it was a little sweet but also a little one note. Not my favorite. Hojicha cheesecake - Good! Strong tea flavor which balances out the sweetness, and possibly the most unique flavor out of all the desserts. If I were to return here for something, it would be for this. Pavlova - The eggy smell is too strong. Least popular item among my coworkers. The custard inside is decent and the dessert itself is beautiful, more of an instagram dessert.

Very cute inside, with some Strawberry Shortcake theme decor. Unfortunately first impression with the service was not very good. The person seemed very unenthusiastic, didn't smile, or seem welcoming. It's possible we just went on and off day. Since we were there I did get some of the mini cupcakes to try. One was a Snickers chocolate cupcake and the other was a Strawberry Shortcake cupcake. They both tasted good, but nothing really spectacular that I would have to go back for. The Snickers one tasted basically like a regular chocolate cupcake with a miniature sneaker placed on top. The Strawberry Shortcake one had some type of strawberry crumble on top which was good. I would say that was my favorite of the two. If you come on Tuesday they are $2 for the cupcakes, so something to keep in mind. They have a variety of other desserts and even drinks as well. They have caramel apples, Sundays, different cakes, Etc. If you're already in the mall it might be worth the quick peek to see if anything appeals to you. If anything just for a few cute photo ops.

If you want to have an amazing dessert experience this is the place! There is another location north of this location about a 7-minute drive but there are not as many tables. The same inventory but the parking is even more limited. The ordering workflow can be confusing at this location but here's how it works. The line on the left lets you view the dessert display that line will get you to the cashier but patrons think the line starts at the cashier. It does not, it can be confusing. I recommend having one person in your party stand in line near the register and have another party stand in line near the dessert display case on the left side. Swap places with your party if they want a better visual of the desserts. The coffee, tea and lemonade are good here, just be patient with your order it's a process here but the wait is worth it. Enjoy!

This was not our first time visiting Extraordinary Desserts, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Sadly, every time we come back, the service seems to get worse. The waiter's attitude and level of attention were unacceptable, and the overall customer service was simply not there. For a place that is supposed to be about enjoying beautiful desserts and having a nice experience, the quality of the service completely ruined our visit. Service, attention, and hospitality were all a zero.

They stepped in seamlessly and were an absolute pleasure to work with during what could have been a very stressful time. The entire process was easy and smooth, and they truly delivered. Our two-tiered cake was not only beautiful but also absolutely delicious! We chose lemon tart cake and carrot cake for our flavors, and both were a huge hit with our guests. In fact, we were a little sad we didn't end up with any leftovers--but that just meant everyone loved it! Thank you to the team at SugarBear's for saving the day and creating a cake we'll never forget. Highly recommend!
