Northbrook is always fresh. Had just about every flavor, all were delicious. Never had a bad cookie.

Sometimes you crave a chocolate chip cookie... and this is my go to place, not often as it is a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it once in a while. I really like the strawberry cookie and have been waiting patiently for the Rice Krispies to come back on the menu (hint hint) I like how you can order the smaller cookies but it will be gone in a few bites. People who work here are nice so that's a bonus! read more

The raspberry cheesecake (the free cookie I picked for my birthday) was a delightful surprise. I liked the crust/cookie crumble that was under the actual soft cheesecake part. The raspberry jam was also great to pair with it. It's for sure a "non" cookie, cookie item. But I think it was a wonderful thing to try! The service was great. I ordered via app and hit "I'm here" when I arrived and they packed it and handed it to me within a few minutes. The ambiance is a cute shop that is for take out only. read more

Crumbl - Northbrook - Mini 3-Pack - Bakeries Near Me - Northbrook, Illinois

This Crumbl is a little bit hard to find if you're new, as it's in the middle of the Willow Festival strip malls. It is a small pickup only location. I have come here many times and just used the kiosks, generally they work well however the past few times I have had challenges with special QR code coupons getting to work on the kiosks. I did manage to get assistance after a little bit and then was a bit taken aback when I was asked directly how much tip I wanted to leave - I'm sure not all cashiers will be as forward. I wouldn't recommend ordering the new 'mini' size, because if you think about it for just a little bit more you get so much more cookie. The basic chocolate chip is always been my favorite. I have tried others, but I do find many of them to be too sweet - however the kids love anything and everything ever brought home from here. I would recommend joining the free rewards program and getting the birthday coupon. read more

Always easy to come in here and pickup a cookie or two. My most recent order was just redeeming my birthday cookie freebie. FYI the day it says it expires, it does not last till the end of the day. read more

New week means no cookies! Tried out 4 cookies this time. Honey bun, Chocolate Chip, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Cookie Butter Ice Cream. All were honestly really flavorful, did not expect the Cookie Butter one to be cold but it was good as well. My favorite was the Blueberry Cheesecake, the glaze with mini blueberries and the cheesecake frosting or cream on top really went well with the graham crusted cookies, whatever it was it was good. Wasn't busy at all maybe a couple people picking up. I had paid $15 for 4 cookies. read more

I've been hearing rave reviews about these cookies for a long time and wondered how good a cookie could really be. It's true- they are AMAZING! We recently ordered the party pack (a dozen cookies) for my daughter's friends bday. Their app couldn't be more convenient- a few clicks and the cookies were on their way, courtesy of door dash. I promised myself I would only have 1 bite, but pretty sure that's impossible with cookies this delish. They change their flavors all the time, but if you see the key lime pie flavor that's a must. And the others deserved 5 stars too! I look forward to more cookie deliveries and even visiting in person too; I'd even wait in line for cookies this good! read more

We just moved near this location and it has been dangerous! I love how they change flavors every week and the cookies are all so delicious. This location is clean and efficient which is all you can ask for. Crumbl is definitely pretty pricey but we knew that going in ha. The mint chocolate chip chilled cookie is amazing but they are all good! read more

When you walk in, the smell is intoxicatingly delicious. Like a mix of fresh baked cookies and vanilla. This location is very well staffed and super accessible in the evening. We stopped in at 7 PM and we were the only ones in line which was amazing after seeing lines out the door last week. Ok so we ordered 1 cookie to share (the s'mores cookie) and that took some self control. They packaged it in a really cute pink box. Yay We brought the cookie to our car to eat. This was the thickest, and most dense cookie I have had the pleasure of eating. It was warm gooey buttery, everything you look for in a mouthwatering indulgent cookie. We devoured the thing. The only thing missing was milk and they actually sell it, on site haha. All in all, if you have a sweet tooth, you will not be disappointed! read more

Crumbl the cookie shoppe known for its large cookies and weekly rotating flavor choices has finally landed today in Northbrook at the busy shopping complex at Willow Rd and Waukegan Rd. They've gotten alot of attention, because just like the cupcake fad of the 2010s, it's now the cookie dad of the 2020s. I used to have to jump out over to Schaumburg or grab them while traveling to another state, but they're just in my backyard now. The cookies are pretty hefty, solid and chunky. Personally I could only handle a bite or two of each cookie. This opening week's choices included some personal favorites such as the banana creme, the rose white chocolate and the cookies and creme. The banana creme this time has a sort of tanginess almost citrus-like that I was not expecting - (could it have been key lime by accident?), it was not what I remembered and not to my liking. The base of the bana creme seemed like a simple sugar cookie. The Rose white chocolate was my favorite, since I do like the white choco, the "rose" didn't really do much it tasted like a white choco cookie. The cookies and creme had the typical creme between Oreo cookies as a topping - which was ok. All together a little disappointed with the experience. The cookies seemed larger the previous time I got them and the banana creme surprise was not my cup of tea. I'll keep the pulse of the next week's flavors to see how things shake out. read more

So good, the workers in the store were very friendly and kind, only ordered from that location one time, but by telling from that one time they were very kind! ordered from there instead of the Vernon Hills location.. (because that store is crazy) but definitely try the Northbrook Crumbl location read more

I really like the staff. Wish the store was bigger and maybe places to sit down. I wish it was open on Sunday's too!

This crumbl location is absolutely convenient for me. It's located in a plaza so there's plenty of parking space around. I love crumbl cookies and was super happy to find this place. I like that they have a convenient kiosk/ipad to place your order and then you can see what queue your order is at. I grabbed a batch of 8 and when closing the box, the lid had hit one of the cookies and made an indent line mark on it. The lady helping me offered to switch it out for a pretty non marked one. I was super thankful and really appreciated it. The cookies are huge - the size of a palm! So I feel like the price point is definitely worth it. I've never tried their ice cream but I'm 100% positive I will be back again for ice cream and cookies! read more

Holy moly! Wowza! A party in my mouth! I have heard about Crumbl for quite some time and this was my first time trying it. I wasn't sure if I should believe the hype and let go of the notion that this is just part of a cookie fad! Well, my experience was fantastic and I'm glad I finally tried it! I've been stalking the menu waiting for a perfect combination of 6 cookies. There were some missed opportunities, but this week had a molten chocolate cookie and I was sold! We ended up getting the Graham cracker (teddy Graham) cookie, molten chocolate, limeade, and a traditional chocolate chip cookie. Ordering via the app was easy and seamless! The cookies smelled AMAZING in the car! Haha! I couldn't wait to get home and dive in! Ok, on to the good stuff! That molten chocolate cookie was AMAZING! I think it may be one of the best cookies I've EVER tried! I was worried that it was going to be overly sweet and my teeth would hurt, but no way! That dark chocolate was delicious! I was in a happy place doing a happy dance shimmy as I sat in my chair! Downside, I had to share with my toddler...lol. But, she's like her momma and did a shimmy as well! Lol. Her delight was a bonus and I can't wait to share more cookies with her! Graham cracker was delish. I was surprised I loved it as much as I did. And limeade was sooo good, too. I didn't think I would like it, but man it worked! These cookies are massive, thick, cooked to perfection, and not overly sweet. Dangerous part is that I may now make weekly stops here. My tummy will love it; my waistline, not so much! Haha. If you've never been...GO! I seriously don't think you can go wrong with your choices. I enjoyed all 4 flavors we got! read more

amazing cookies. Staff where friendly. and the store had a very nice vibe to it. overall amazing def coming back here again.

The Blueberry muffin cookie and the cornflake cookies are to die for. Pricy but the cookies are so large and delicious!! This spot is worth a try and get those cookies heated! The blueberry muffin cookie tastes exactly like a blueberry muffin. The cornflake cookie is a mix of butterscotch and rice crispy and it was so good I had to go back for a second. The chocolate chip was just ok and the peanut butter Reese's is good but a bit too sweet for me. If you like icing you'll love it. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to find out a Crumbl had opened in Northbrook!! There was a constant stream of people in and out on a Saturday night, but the location was very well staffed and able to keep up with the demand. I liked how they showed what was in the box to each customer before closing the lid. I opted to try one birthday cake Oreo cookie this time and it had the perfect crumbl cookie texture like I was expecting. Great late night dessert option! read more

Sugar overload and lack flavor!! My kids have been begging for me to buy these cookies for a while now, I decided to give it a shot and ordered one of every flavor. Boy were we highly disappointed. The cookies tasted like sugar, no depth in flavor...just blah. The shop is cute, love the packaging, staff are friendly but the cookies are not worth the extra calories sorry!! It's a no for us, sadly won't be ordering again. read more

Nice!!! the cookies were amazing and GREAT! My kids loved it. The service was fast. Ambiance amazing.

Ew. Just yuck. I only came here because I had a coupon to try a cookie for free. So one additional star there. I've been curious about this place and I wondered if it's as good as people make it seem, or is it just hype. Well I got two cookies to try out. A chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. We finished neither one. Both cookies are lacking in taste. There's nothing special about them. It's a cool looking store and the presentation of the cookies are cool too. But these cookies are definitely not good at all. read more

Excellent cookie shop with many standouts and unique flavors that I've enjoyed several times. I enjoy that the cookie flavors change every week to keep me coming back. The most notable flavors are Pink Sugar, Cornbread Honey Cake, Apple Pie, Pumpkin Cake, and Lemon Blackberry. Pink Sugar has a great creamy icing with a surprisingly strong fruity flavor coming from either strawberry or raspberry. Cornbread Honey Cake is still nice and moist with it having cornmeal in it and the frosting is subtle in the sweetness. Apple Pie is probably my favorite with a super buttery cookie base and the apple topping still having some tartness. Lemon blackberry pairs perfectly together with both flavors providing a sweet and sour combination. The pumpkin cake cookie is super tender and flavorful with a super good cream cheese icing. This is the best spot to get high-quality gourmet cookies that other places can't match. read more

The best! Always friendly. Always ready for pick up! This location is my favorite of all of the ones I have been to. Clean and orderly.

This location has two of the nicest staff members. Stumbled across this place while looking at the map and glad I did! Stopped by on a Friday night around dinner time and they had a ton of people working to bust out fresh cookies. They rotate 5 flavors every day so check their website. They also have them at the register. They also have chocolate chip every day. 4 stars because even though we kept it level, we were driving and had to stop fast so the cookies slid and each cookie had the frosting from the cookie next to it, on it. It was fine but that's why no pics. Need to work on a better box for travel. We ordered the 4 pack and had (in order of fave): Iced Oatmeal - EXACTLY like the flavor of our childhood (IYKYK) it's what I was hoping for. It's served warm. It was soft with a little bit of bite with the oatmeal. Not super chewy. Snickerdoodle - Nice cinnamon flavor. Lots of frosting but it was so light and fluffy. Served Warm. Nice and soft. Blackberry lemon - Not much lemon. Has a fluffy frosting (maybe blackberry? It was faint but a nice flavor. A HUGE dollop of blackberry jam. Not tart, perfect balance. Served Warm. VERY soft. Falls apart but that's ok. Chocolate Chip - good cookie but nothing special. Served warm. Nice and soft. read more
