My second time visiting Crumbl for myself. I've visited other times for my daughter. I've been so good about not buying extra sweet treats! Buttttttt..... this week my daughter sends me a photo of turtle cheesecake and that is my WEAKNESS!! Yes! I went and got one and omg it melted in my mouth. I think I went into a sugar coma lol it was so good. I ate half at lunch and was going to eat half the next day needless, to say it didn't work out that way. These cookies are overpriced and mediocre. The people working here are nice and appear to enjoy their job (who wouldn't like a job making cookies?). It's a clean bakery (and WHITE). I like that you can see what they're doing as it's an open space/kitchen. The bad part is every time I've ordered in advance or in-person, they're out of some of the cookies. Even when you order them in advance and they say they're available, when it's your time to pick them up they're out and you have to choose different cookies you don't necessarily even want. I've heard about Crumbl Cookies from their locations closer to Atlanta, but never had the chance to go until I saw they were opening a store in Augusta/Evans. Their cookies are definitely on the denser side, so if you're more of a fan of crispy cookies, just be prepared that you're not going to get that from Crumbl Cookies. They have rotating flavours and all of them are pretty good and you can check what they have for their limited weekly flavours on their website! My favourite one was the Pink Sugar cookie, but that's been removed from the rotation, unfortunately. The snickerdoodle was delicious, and the chocolate chip cookie and the red velvet cookie were on the sweeter side but still were delicious. I tried the passionfruit cookie and it was really sweet and I just thought it was alright. For the passionfruit cookie, I would recommend eating it ASAP since the popping boba ontop do get a little wonky when left out/put in the fridge. The few times I've come here the take out process has been really easy and fast. I've only ordered online and done pick-up though. I have to be really craving a cookie and it seems to line up perfectly with my favorite cookies! This time I got a key lime cookie and it was great. The cookie base was not too sweet and a decent graham cracker taste. The key lime topping/filling was well flavored with lime and also not overly sweet. Heard a lot of good things about Crumbl so had to stop by and try it out. They have a rotating menu of cookies each week. I got the box of 4 cookies and they were all fresh baked. My favorite was probably the blue raspberry icee though I can't say anything bad about the rest of the cookies. What made me hesitate about giving it 5 stars is that my cookies weren't completely baked through...I wasn't sure if that's the technique used to ensure they stay moist and .... One might ask the question, "how many cookie places do we actually need?" Well apparently the answer is "at least one more." Somehow though I have known a life of moving (parents=Air Force) and minor personal travels, I had never heard of Crumbl Cookies until just two weeks ago. This nationwide chain had somehow managed to turn a space at Mullins Crossing (Evans, GA) into a welcoming pink and white interior where the aroma of grandma's kitchen hits you upon walking in the front door. I found myself here on opening day (around 9 am) and the line had begun forming down the sidewalk. As I inched closer though I was distracted by the kitchen that stood before me in public view. You see the glass partition at the front is clear glass. So not only do you see into the entire kitchen, a wonder unto itself, but you see a team right before you prepping cookies. Eggs, flour, commercial mixer, and milk are there and intertwined as you ponder the menu. Also, there are self-ordering stations to the immediate left inside. Though the menu online boasts 25 flavors thankfully they had just 6 listed for opening day. Any more and I would have left with a dozen or more. I ordered the Classic Pink Sugar (served slightly chilled) and Snickerdoodle (served warm) and milk to wash it down. Though my wait for the order was brief, it was just enough time to learn they also have various cookie-centric ice cream flavors (in half-pints). I held my cookies like a sweet and delicious sandwich, due to their extra large circumference. I alternated between the two, experiencing the differences in flavor and temperature in ecstasy then washing it down with gulps of milk like a 10 year boy getting rewarded for helping bake cookies. I want to try EVERY flavor of cookie and ice cream (and anything else that comes out of their kitchen). And I will be finding an excuse to take advantage of their catering option soon. This cookie chain is incredible. The cookies are gigantic, and each one can probably last me 4-5 portions (which matches their nutritional information, as each serving is around 1/5 of a cookie). My daughter and I stopped by Crumbl one afternoon (back in October) and decided to grab just a box of 3 cookies. The length of time from placing our order to getting our cookies was 25 minutes. There is no organization regarding customers and their orders. There were customers who are placing orders in the shop, customers who are picking up online orders, and then customers who are placing online orders while in the store because the line is moving too slow. It was completely chaos! I would really recommend they figure out a better system for how to handle their customers. A lot of the customers who were in the store felt as though we were being pushed to the side because they were being bombarded with online orders and they didn't know how to handle it. The worst part was - they had plenty of staff there making cookies and we all saw plenty of cookies continuously coming out of the ovens so we were confused as to why it was taking so long with our orders. There was only 1 person in line before me when I placed my order and there was no one else waiting in the store, so the fact that I had to wait so long to get my order just was insane. I have not been back to the shop since and probably won't go back because it's just not worth it in my opinion. read more

I can't say enough great things about crumbl! I'm so glad they opened one up in augusta. Their cookies are huge and definitely worth the price. The flavors change every week and they make all their cookies in house with fresh ingredients, such as the caramel apple cookie I got they put real Granny Smith apples on it. We decided to come check out this new cookie spot because a friend was raving about it. We heard multiple stories about hour long waits, so we hit it up as soon as it opened on Saturday morning. There were two other people already there, but we did not wait long at all for our cookies. The smell, texture, and size of the cookies was great. The dough had an almost not fully cooked taste, but it was on that desirable edge where it maximizes softness while still being cooked. There were a ton of people working in there, so I'm sure that impacted the lack of wait. The only reason I would not give five stars is that this is quite a steep price for a cookie. The cookies are definitely large enough to share, so maybe ideal for a date split in regards to cost? The six cookies cost us $23.21 in total (including tip), so that is about $3.87 per cookie. read more

Sometimes their cookies seem as though they are a bit doughy in the middle (some people like it, but I'm not a fan of it).
