The service was Great! I spoken to when I came in and even made her laugh!! A 1 for sure!!!! You can smell the sweetness when you come in. The cookies taste was not bad but it was better than what I seen on TikTok. Would try them again. Just because of the service. The cheese cake was really good!!!

Came back to try the fair week cookies because I was missing the excitement of a fair, and the cookies brought it to life! I really enjoyed the lemonade cookie, which came with a fresh slice of lemon on top of it- surprisingly the lemon wasn't too sour, which I really appreciated. My boyfriend got the bubblegum cookie, and loved the addition of pop rocks!! All in all two very fun and fresh cookies!

I've heard about Crumbl Cookies from their locations closer to Atlanta, but never had the chance to go until I saw they were opening a store in Augusta/Evans. Their cookies are definitely on the denser side, so if you're more of a fan of crispy cookies, just be prepared that you're not going to get that from Crumbl Cookies. They have rotating flavours and all of them are pretty good and you can check what they have for their limited weekly flavours on their website! My favourite one was the Pink Sugar cookie, but that's been removed from the rotation, unfortunately. The snickerdoodle was delicious, and the chocolate chip cookie and the red velvet cookie were on the sweeter side but still were delicious. I tried the passionfruit cookie and it was really sweet and I just thought it was alright. For the passionfruit cookie, I would recommend eating it ASAP since the popping boba ontop do get a little wonky when left out/put in the fridge. Overall, if you're craving cookies, I recommend checking out this place, but since they just opened, be prepared to wait a while!

The few times I've come here the take out process has been really easy and fast. I've only ordered online and done pick-up though. I have to be really craving a cookie and it seems to line up perfectly with my favorite cookies! This time I got a key lime cookie and it was great. The cookie base was not too sweet and a decent graham cracker taste. The key lime topping/filling was well flavored with lime and also not overly sweet. The lime slice on top with a little whipped cream - made it a cute cookie. They seem a little high priced for a cookie but, haven't tried a unique one yet that wasn't good and they are huge.

Line too long!

I've had one Crumbl cookie prior to this and it was just ok. I was craving a cookie and I was in the area, so I went! I forgot to check in and now I'm too far to check in. lol I had "two" last night. The sugar and gingerbread! First of all, the joints were cold!! Who wants a cold cookie?! I should have known something was up when the girl had my cookies ready before they finished taking the order of the person behind me! I got in the car, took a bite and it was like they took it straight out of the freezer and put it in a box. Warm mine up, please. (Is that an option?) AND too much icing! I ended up scraping off the icing on both cookies. Although I finished the pink sugar cookie, I couldn't finish the gingerbread one. Two bites and... in the trash. I wasted my dessert! I could have baked my own dozen for $2.50.

PheNOMNOMNOMNOMenal! I had the CARAMEL SHORTBREAD, the PEPPERMINT CUPCAKE, the WAFFLE AND the CLASIC PINK SUGAR. Disclaimer: Not the entire cookies! I just ate samples of each! THE CARAMEL SHORTBREAD: If your sweet thooth is strong, you'll love the caramel shortbread. It's topped with caramel topped with chocolate topped with Twix bits. The cookie itself had a classic sugar cookie taste with a pinch of chocolate. THUMBS UP. THE PEPPERMINT CUPCAKE: For those of you weirdos who think peppermint and chocolate don't mix, I believe this cookie will change your mind. It's the perfect ratio of the two flavors. It's a dark chocolate and white chocolate chunk cookie topped with a light (and not over bearing at all) pepermint butter cream frosting had sprinkles of peppermint candy on it...very pretty. CHEFS KISS! THE WAFFLE Hands down my favorite out of the bunch. I thought it would be overly sweet especially since it has a dollop of frosting in the middle PLUS a side of syrup. BUT HONESTLY they thought of people like me who think these things and made sure all the flavors shared the spotlight...no Beyonce's over here! (lol) Tastes just like a waffle. CHEFS KISS THE CLASSIC PINK SUGAR It's exactly just that. Classic. The butter cream is pleasantly sweet with a hint of strawberry (at least that's what it tastes like to me (*shrug). The cookie itself is a perfectly baked sugar cookie. No. complaints here. THUMBS UP. OVERALL: The cookies are huge af. They cook them soft in the center with crunchy edges and the flavors don't overpower each other. Get these flavors while you can because their menu rotates weekly! CHEFS KISS!

French toast cookie. The employees stated that this is moist; however, it was very crumbly. Good flavor!

This place is quite similar to Insomnia Cookie. One cookie is $4.29. Very friendly staff, efficient, courteous, and clean. This place is always busy, so place your order online prior to your arrival. Overall, nice atmosphere and place!

Heard a lot of good things about Crumbl so had to stop by and try it out. They have a rotating menu of cookies each week. I got the box of 4 cookies and they were all fresh baked. My favorite was probably the blue raspberry icee though I can't say anything bad about the rest of the cookies. What made me hesitate about giving it 5 stars is that my cookies weren't completely baked through...I wasn't sure if that's the technique used to ensure they stay moist and .... Well, crumbly...or they were just so busy. Either way it still tasted great and I love the creativity of each cookie. Looking forward to what they have to offer the next week!

I rushed in here as soon as I saw they were open. I had heard great things and was not disappointed! The red velvet cookie is to die for. I got one of each flavor. They came out warm and were checked by staff upon delivery to ensure satisfaction. 2 thumbs up.

This cookie chain is incredible. The cookies are gigantic, and each one can probably last me 4-5 portions (which matches their nutritional information, as each serving is around 1/5 of a cookie). The flavors rotate every week, which adds novelty and compels potential customers to visit regularly. I have tried 12 flavors thus far. Here they are, ranked from personal favorite to personal worst: - salted caramel cheesecake - mango frozen yogurt - caramel cake - pink velvet (yum. i like it better than red velvet) - passion fruit (came with popping boba as a topping, a very stylistic and nice choice) - snickerdoodle - classic pink sugar (reminded me of a tollhouse cookie) - mom's recipe (oatmeal cookie, sea salt, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips. But I didn't like the oatmeal aspect) - milk chocolate chip (classic, always on the menu, but kinda boring to me) - chocolate potato chip (sweet and savory, which I normally like, but this in particular just wasn't for me) - lemon glaze (way too sour for me) - peanut butter bar (chocolate topping is too sweet/dense) The first time I visited was the day after the grand opening, and I waited 2 hours in line to order. This location had a DJ (likely promotional for opening weekend), so they obviously anticipated just how popular their product would be. Glad that they recently implemented 2 additional order kiosks to speed up the process. For the first couple of weeks, they only had one kiosk at the counter with a worker to help, which is nice for first-timers. But it was ultimately inefficient and led to longer lines. The lines are much shorter now, which is a huge plus! Very impressed. Will come back almost every week from now on.

My new addiction, but not for the reason you might think. Let me begin by first saying I love the softness and texture of their cookie. If you don't like the barely cooked taste then A. This place is not for you - no crunchy cookies here AND B. there is something wrong with you (I'm just kidding). All jokes aside a wonderful soft delight. I'm not an icing person so I just wipe that off, but still yummy. Now I know you're wondering why is it my new addiction? I'm addicted because every week there's new flavors and now I have to go every week to try them out. Smart business model Crumbl! I'm the sucker that goes once a week to try them. I also have to try all the flavors. Worth the try especially if you like cookies. You'll find at least one flavor you like. This location is great and everyone super friendly. Also did a mention SNICKERDOODLE ICE CREAM!!! Yum.

After having a negative experience with Crumbl cookies in my hometown, I decided to give it another shot, and I am so glad I did! The cookies at this specific location are well made and flavorful! I can now look at the flavors on the app with the understanding that they will be well made and tasty if I get them from this store! Here's to many more crumbs!

Crumbl Cookie is the most sinfully delicious little establishment. They have different sweet every week and they are made with a rich quality of pallete seducing sweetness. The presentation of every hand made cookie is pure passion. The line out the door is definitely worth the wait. Desserts, Sweets and Cookies just got better. Get into Crumbl today to try the amazing hype.

It's not inexpensive but you can certainly taste the quality. I had a scoop of bourbon salted caramel ice cream and a scoop of butterfinger ice cream. They were fantastic! My wife had a scoop of the banana pudding ice cream and a scoop of the coffee crunch. She loved them both. It's a small establishment but for a dessert after a nearby meal, this is definitely worth the effort of driving to. People were friendly and the store was clean. So it wasn't a total surprise to find that they have decided to move to suburban Augusta. The new shopping center they've chosen was otherwise still under construction when I stopped in, but several groups of people had found this place and were shopping for ice cream. I imagine on a nice summer day there will be a line when word gets out. Not a lot of really top end ice cream around here, but this place knows how to infuse flavor. A more caramel and cookie creation complemented my dark and bitter chocolate. The chocolate came with Andes mints inside, which sounded nice but honestly could hardly be tasted because the flavor of the ice cream itself was so strong. Premium local ice cream isn't cheap, but here I did get a heaping portion size as I watched more flavors being created in the back of the shop.

They have a number of stuffed and warm cookies to choose from. I couldn't decide on just one flavor and so opted for two! This was a bit of a mistake as their cookies are really large and dense which I discovered when the worker placed the first box with one cookie on the counter before me and it made an audible kerplunk. My goodness! I got their chocolate peanut butter cookie as well as a sugar cookie. When I realized how ample the cookies were, I gave the sugar cookie to the hotel clerk at my hotel, so I can only speak to the chocolate peanut butter cookie. It was sweet and delicious. I will note that their cookies are very sweet. I don't eat sweets often so the rich sweetness of one cookie was a bit much for me. Were I to go again, I'd probably split one with a friend. That said, the cookie was warm and ooey-gooey. It's kind of an inside out peanut butter cup with a peanut butter cookie surrounding a fudge-y chocolate center. If you like a chocolate/pb combo--this cookie is for you! The workers were lovely. I walked in with no familiarity with the biz and the clerk immediately gave me the rundown of their cookies and how ordering works. They were all so nice in here! If you're looking for an indulgent sweet treat, Dirty Dough has you covered! Get to it!
