tough review. the place was clean, new and sparkly. the counter woman greeted me immediately and was helpful. lots of cooky makers running around in the back. err, my only negative... i bought 2 cookies, no bag? just a square of wax paper? well they didn't last long so maybe that's ok. now.. to the COOKIES yum. yum. yum. probably the best chocolate chip cooky i have ever eaten (including my mom's). the tough part of the review.. are they REALLY worth $3. each? MAYbe. if you consider these are monster sized cookies, lots and lots of bites in one cooky... then perhaps YES. one of their cookies could at least equal two regular cookies or maybe even three. Sooooo that ends up being either $1.00 per cooky or $1.50 per cooky. but the taste! i also had a oatmeal raisin, which was probably even better than the chocolate chip. oh my. gooey inside (i love batter) and nice and harder on the outside. Placed a curbside order online. Called the store when I arrived, told order would be out soon. Early afternoon, so store had little to no customers, both curbside & in-store foot traffic. 25 minutes later I went into the store to figure out what was going on. Between the 3 employees present not one had a clue. Asked for a refund, & had to wait several more minutes while all 3 huddled in a corner trying to figure out what to do. After being told the refund was processed I asked for a receipt, which was a mistake. Took several more minutes. I understand that the employee base consists mostly of teenagers, but at some point management has to step up & provide some training if no one w/ experience is going to be present. Ended up wasting about an hour of my time with nothing to show for it. Definitely won't be going back to this place. read more

What a waste! Hour after ordering I call and was told they're getting ready to 'start' my order. It's after 10pm and was originally told I would have my order by 0939. Went here around 3:30 on a weekday and they only had 2 people working, I waited in line, with only 1 person in front of me. 20 minutes later I was still waiting and a line of 5 other people were behind me. They had too many cookies to make and not enough employees. This is on the store owner as the two that were working were extremely busy and flustered. To their credit they were very kind and took pride in their work. I ordered, cookie butter and chocolate chip. It was warm, gooey, and huge. It does taste a little on the raw undercooked side in the center. Overall this would be 3 stars but gave it a 4 due to the great service I was provided by an understaffed location. read more

The shop itself is nice. Very brightly lit and clean. The fact that they serve cookies warm too is also great. However somewhere between me ordering my cookie and me getting it, I think they accidentally dropped it in the lake as it was seriously the saltiest tasting cookie I have ever had in my life. Let's look at some numbers, Crumbl: It took the six employees behind the counter ten minutes to correctly serve the two people in front of me in line. They messed up one order once, and the other order twice. This is impressive considering they only have two things on their menu. When I finally made it to the front of the line, I was told it would be eight more minutes before I could get my single chocolate chip cookie. This was despite the fact there were six chocolate chip cookies sitting on the table behind the counter; the collateral damage from the messed up orders. So a twenty minute wait for one mediocre chocolate chip cookie. Zeppelin wrote "Rock and Roll" in half an hour, and it takes Crumbl nearly as long to move one cookie the five feet from counter to counter. Crumbl wants you to pay $3.00 for a sugar cookie that is too dry or a chocolate chip cookie that tastes like somebody mushed together a brick of prepackaged Toll House dough squares. Cutler's is a block and a half away, and they have more than a dozen cookie varieties and charge half as much. You can be at Ruby Snap in fifteen minutes and, even with all their fancy ingredients, the cookies are still cheaper. I hate writing bad reviews because running a restaurant is hard and usually an under-appreciated labor of love. But Crumbl is overcharging people to waste their time and turning out a product whose quality has already been far surpassed by the rest of the industry. read more

These are great cookies. Not too long of a wait. Fresh ones are great. They have milk and a few other drinks you can get to wash it down. They also deliver as well, I have not take advantage of it. They have a Facebook page check it out. read more

Terrible customer service! I tried ordering online which I have done before when I have visited Utah and they wouldn't confirm my order I tried ordering 3 separate times and they just wouldn't. This has never happened at any other crumbl i've been to before I would not recommend this location to anyone ever it's terrible! Crumbl cookies have changed. Their cookies used to taste better, but the last couple of times they do not taste good. A good cookie should make you want to eat another and another. One bite of these cookies and I'm done. I don't want anymore. It wasn't like that when they first came out. I think they've changed (i.e., cheapened) their recipe and/or ingredients. I gave them another chance after it wasn't so good the time before, but now I am done. We bought four cookies a few weeks ago for the first time. Nutella sea salt, cookie batter, Rocky Mountain and pb&j. All were delicious fresh and warm! We went there tonight and bought sugar cookie and then Nutella sea salt. A sugar cookie is a sugar cookie; we were extremely excited for the Nutella one as we had been craving it since the first time we ate one. But, sadly this tome the cookie was horrible. I'm one of the biggest Crumbl fans out there! Love how big this location is and it's very convenient to Main Street bountiful. The one complaint that I have is walking inside the store it smells a little funky. It's hard to describe but it's definitely not that warm welcoming cookie smell that you see at other locations. read more
