Welp, Crumbl was legit. It's a small cookie shop that serves fresh, warm, large cookies! Are they were worth the $3 a piece? You betcha. But you can always grab 4 for $10 if you're into a good a deal. I grabbed a chocolate chip cookie which was chewy, sweet, doughy, and delicious. The Smores was also incredible - that was the cookie I ate fresh. What's up with all these cookie shops popping up everywhere?? You won't hear me complaining. I love a good cookie! But I will admit that I didn't expect Crumbl to stack up next to the other competitors. So far, Crumbl is right up there with the big boys. They've got quite a few locations all over Utah. I ordered sugar cookies for delivery and they were fantastic. I'd order again for myself, if I have milk, but would not send again as a gift. On their Instagram it shows you can buy milk, but this isn't available when you checkout online. This is a drawback for me; What is a cookie without milk? I ordered a delivery for a friend for her birthday and didn't realize that if she wasn't home, the cookies wouldn't be delivered. I wasn't notified of this, and instead I awkwardly asked my friend a few hours later if she got my cookies. She hadn't. I called the store and they said if no one answers they come back to the store, but that I could come pick them up. It was 11pm and the person I talked to was really confused and unhelpful, and said I would get a refund if I placed another order. I placed another order and sure enough I was charged both times, and had to call again a few days later for resolution. read more

First time I went in this location I was prepared to spend about $20 on cookies, but I had never tried them before...so I asked for a sample and they don't give samples. This was pre-Covid. What the heck? Why in the world would you not offer a sample? So I left. I can't justify spending that much money on cookies I've never tried and actually received mixed reviews on. Second time, I had a gift card for a free cookie. Since my 4 kids were in the car I figured I'd get a box of four and we'd all share. I was told I can't apply the gift card to a box of four. Why?? I realize the price of the cookie is a little less in a box of four than if you bought a single cookie, but did someone not give crumble money for the gift card? Can that money not just go toward the box set?? I don't get it. Even if it does make sense in the end, it left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole experience and I ended up buying more cookies than I wanted. They are mostly too sweet, but I will say they last a while. In fact I think they taste better the next day instead of so gooey, bordering raw. Chocolate chip, Reese's pieces cookie, dulce de leche, and the classic sugar cookie. A chocolate chip cookie from Subway tastes better to me. The Reese's pieces cookie had too many Reese's pieces for me. It was very rich. The dulce de leche was just fine. They have a few types of cookies that they make everyday, and then special flavors that change weekly, I believe. So there were 5-6 different types for us to choose from. I had tried Chip in their soft opening days but this is my first cookie place since then. I don't like milk chocolate chips in cookies as that tends to make them too sweet, I prefer semi-sweet chips. I was excited that me and my husband was going to try Crumbl for the first time today. Walked inside and there was lady behind the counter at the cashier just eyeing us. She didn't even greet us like what normal people with manners should do. EXTREMELY disappointed in her lack of customer service. Decent chocolate chip cookies. Overall a yummy treat with a fun platform. Worth a try. A bit too cakey for our liking. However, they were yummy and warm. The outside was crisp and the inside soft and cakey. Flavor was lacking a bit. Again, sort of tasted like a lot of flour with a lot of milk chocolate chips. If you like milk chocolate then you will like these. I got a notice that the cookies were on the way and would arrive in 8 minutes. About 15 minutes later they arrived. They send you a link so you can follow the driver as he/she drives to your house. Our driver seemed to take a 5-6 minute stop at McDonalds in Centerville. I wondered if the driver was lost and sent a text. The response was, "No my tasks activated all at once I'll be there shortly." I gave him the benefit of the doubt and sent a thumbs up reply. Hard to really know. I think a smile would have been nice and helped me feel better about the waitNext time I will not include a tip with my order, rather I will give a cash tip depending the experience and friendliness of the delivery driver. There is a new Cookie Queen in town and her name is Crumbl. You wouldn't think that a business that only makes 5 different cookies a week could survive, but these guys can. The exterior is pretty plain but when you walk in, you are overpowered with the smell of a fresh bakery. A large counter space separates you from the baking area. Huge Ovens and refrigerators line the walls with bakers running back and forth fulfilling orders, starting the next batch, and adding finishing touches to each cookie. They have a cool rewards system where the more you buy, you can get free cookies. Each cookie is huge, I can barely finish one. The flavors are out of this world. My favorite cookie had to be the Peanut Butter cookie that was drizzled with chocolate. (Not sure what it was called). I literally had an out of body experience after biting into it. If you don't want to take a trip to their store, you can have them delivered. (I KNOW RIGHT?) I hope they are around for years to come. read more

It was my first time here. I've driven by at least half a dozen times and when my son decided he wanted a Hershey bar instead of Baskin, I still wanted something sweet. I thought of this place and realized I definitely want a chocolate chip cookie. There was plenty of parking even though 3 other cars had pulled in before it was around 10pm so the other businesses were closed. There were about 4-5 people in front of us didn't wait to take our order more than a few minutes. I ordered Nutella sea salt, sugar and 2 chocolate chip. We gladly waited the 10 minutes for fresh chocolate chip cookies. By the time we were ready to leave with our cookies another 10 people came in (not exaggerating). I wanted to try a piece of each cookie but the chocolate chip was the best I've ever had. I couldn't even finish the whole cookie but I got really close. Will be going back for sure! read more

. I've been ordering from the bountiful company for over a year. Late spring something changed the cookie started getting smaller and we're messy. I contacted the manager and all she wanna do is argue with me. She said she'd give me a refund which never happened. I chalked it up to they were having a bad day waited a few weeks went back and the cookies were good and back to their normal size. Yesterday I ordered two dozen of the cornbread cookies and normally 12 fit nicely in their boxes well there was enough room for five additional cookies to be added to that box. Crumbl Cookies changed the game and is worthy of their role as Utah's newest obsession. Personally, I have gained at least 10 lbs since this Crumbl opened in Bountiful. As an avid fan of an older cookie specialist headquartered in Salt Lake City, I was admittedly skeptical when I first tried Crumbl. My first thought was, 'for $3 per cookie, these better be good.' Well, they are. Not only that, I find myself shelling out for a trademark pink box just about every week. Crumbl has stolen my fat kid heart. Before Crumbl Mondays were the absolute worst. Now I look forward to waking up on Monday mornings to check my Instagram feed for a peek a the week's specialty cookies. Biscoff, Nutella, S'mores, "Basic Batch" (pumpkin chocolate chip), and Snickerdoodle are some of my favorites, but just about everything on their menu is highly crave-able. When they first opened they only offered warm cookie delivery after 7PM and only sugar cookies and chocolate chip were available for delivery. Now all of their weekly offerings are deliverable which means my 10 lbs is about to increase exponentially. The craze has spread like a wildfire warranting new location openings all over the place. I am now able to find a Crumbl near every place I go which is convenient for calming road and big box store rage. If Crumbl were to ever start serving delicious warm cups of locally roasted coffee, I'd have no choice but to have all my paychecks forwarded to them directly. read more

How do you like your cookies? If you like a thick, chewy cookie you'll like this place. If you like a thick dry cookie, you might only like the sugar cookie. If you like a thin, chewy cookie with crisp edges, you won't like this place as much. The cookies here are big and thick, but they keep them chewy and almost doughy. One cookie will easily feed 2. I recommend the semi sweet chocolate chip as the milk chocolate chip is just too sweet. read more
